First time with Dr. Romero, the wait was very long despite having an appointment. They called us an hour later and moved us to another cubicle where the wait was another 40-45 minutes. I understand that because it is the first time it can take so long. The employees were all very helpful and attentive and the Dr. was very friendly and answered all our questions. Despite the long wait, it was excellent service from everyone.

I just love Dr Romero. He saved my life 6 years ago when he found a tumor in my abdomen. I had no clue but when he did my physical, he immediately requested a ct scan and bloodwork He is a very intellegent man and knows his work. Thank you Dr Romero!

This doctor was very rude, condescending, and dismissive to my senior parents. He diagnosed my mother with hypertension after a single blood pressure reading in his office, ignoring her when she told him she has no history of hypertension, and didn t even bother to have her monitor her BP daily before carelessly prescribing an antihypertensive. He rushed through the appointment and shushed my father when he asked a question because I guess my dad interrupted him typing on his computer. This man doesn t listen to patients and doesn t seem to care about his patients. My mom saw a specialist who disagreed with Romero s diagnosis and advised against the prescription Romero wrote, no surprise there. This man needs a lesson in professionalism, respect, and practicing medicine. Do not recommend.

Do not go see this doctor!!!!!! He gave me all the wrong information and prescribed me the medication that I didnt even go there for then called him back to see if he could call something else in and never did... Had to get a second opinion with a real doctor and everything this doctor told me was 99% wrong!!! Save your money and time and plz go somewhere else....

This place is Ridiculous! the Doc. Only see patients in the morning, a lo t of patients! So the waiting is always more than 2 hours! Once you get in the room, the Doc. Is always in a hurry , he only spends with you like 5 min.

I just dont understand why they tell you or you have an appointment and they make you wait for 1 hr were is the professionalism on the employees but if your late they dont take you in or they reschedule they really need to work on this maybe the doctor can put attention on the front desk and less focus on the insurance like he said no insurance no visit

I made an appt for a physical and the nurse neglected to tell me not to eat or drink anything before my appt. That was the first irritating part of this visit. Second, my appt was at 10:45 and after waiting 45 MINUTUES I left. I will never go back!

Dr. Romero has been my doctor for I think 15 years...it is very rare in this day to have a doctor and staff that actually know their patients. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, ethical, skilled and caring. I am unable to say enough...best doctor I have had since I left my home to attend college in 1985.

Dr. Romero has a history of giving out the wrong diagnosis. He diagnosed me with an allergy to humidity (a born and raised Houstonian where humidity is an everyday thing ) and when I got a second opinion from another doctor, it was actually SCABIES! IF YOU GO HERE, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GET A SECOND OPINION FROM A DIFFERENT DOCTOR. Or better yet, just avoid this doctor.

My wife and I came in early in the morning before they opened hoping to get to see the doctor. We waited almost an hour before they lady at the front abruptly told us that they didnt do walk ins. This whole time they were socializing amongst themselves instead of doing their jobs and actually look at the list of people signing in. Now thanks to them my wife and I wasted precious time of our only day off and now we have to find another doctor thatll actually take us.

Dr. Alberto Romero is a Great Physician!!! He has a good beside manner, very patient and answers all your questions. He has been taking care of me now a little over a year and I would not go to someone else unless he retires. He is very gentle and thorough with his exam. The office staff and nurses are great too!!! I have been an RN for almost 30 yrs and worked with a lot of physicians and I have to say he is one of the BEST!!!
