Really good seafood place for what you expect from a medium chain restaurant. Clam Chowder is great at this Casa Linda location. Other stores sometimes make it too thick, roux mix. Boiled Shrimp is awesome and so are crab legs in a combo. They have some really good grilled fresh fish served with fresh veggies and a rice pilaf. Extensive menu, its worth checking out.

Staff wasnt very friendly Overwhelming smell of Fabuloso when you first walk in which means clean but overwhelms you when you are expecting seafood. I was very disappointed with the Cajun boil platter. The only great thing about this place was how fast the food got to our table. The shrimps skin was stuck to the meat of the shrimp, which meant the shrimp was way overcooked. The crab meat was not juicy at all, was thin and practically dry, and it had no flavor. Whatever flavoring they use was not at all flavorful. The spicy seasoning was just the seasoning they use with cayenee sprinkled on top of everything. Im not sure if I came at a bad time, but it definitely ruined my experience with fish n tails, and I will not be returning.

I ordered the fried fish with veggies and rice. I found a worm in the veggies. I spoke to the manager about it, and he didn t offer to refund the money or apologize about it. He said it s worms that come in the veggies and that it was okay to eat them. I was shocked at his response. I was so close to feeding my baby food from my plate. I m really disappointed and disgusted. I will never go there again.

This place meets all the expectations I have in a restaurant; price, flavor and especially the service! Our family itinerary does not allow us to be in Dallas for hours, since it is a place that we are passing through to visit our relatives. So, what we have been looking for is a fast place, with good flavor and good service from the staff. We let ourselves be guided by the stars on Google Maps and we were not disappointed. We arrived, we stood in line and by the way, despite having arrived at a busy time, there was space for everyone; We ordered our dishes, we paid, they took us to the table and without lying, in less than 5 minutes we were already tasting our dishes. The shrimp cocktail, the mixed shrimp cocktail, the red aguachiles and Corona micheladas: 100% recommended! Tell me, what did you think? Just went to order food to go. Stood at the register for a good 5 mins until someone walked in behind us. The older lady came to the register and proceeded to assist the 2 Hispanic guys behind us. She says she helped them first because they had a pickup order. How did she know this prior to asking and why does that matter when we waited for her to even come to the register longer than it should have taken. We frequent this spot however never again. That was beyond rude and I hate to say it however very prejudice of her.

I took my 10 yr old here on Saturday because he wanted some crawfish and he got food poisoning. His stomach started to hurt shortly after eating so we left the restaurant and he threw up in the car on the way home. Then he threw up when we pulled up at home and the rest of the night too. He also had headaches and chills and bad stomach cramps. Sunday, same thing. Couldnt keep anything down. Now its Monday and he hasnt eaten but is still complaining about stomach cramps so he missed school. My friend went up there this morning to tell the manager what happened to my son and they said since we didnt have a receipt it was nothing they could do. The restaurant did not give either of us a receipt when we ordered and I paid with cash so no card transaction either but we took pics of what we had. Im sure there is a way to pull past transactions but they were not helpful at all.

We loveee this place! Took some friends over the weekend, they mentioned the Cajun boil has the best flavor they ve ever tried. And they ve tried many in Houston and Chorpus. Something happened with the drinks, they changed the recipes because its not the same I always ordered paloma and they dont prepare them the same anymore. The food had a good flavor. The cashier kind of rushes you. Ive always worked in food service, and understand that you need to keep the line moving. But they can slow down a bit, it was my first time. I had a couple of questions and felt rushed. Also their side dish portions, are very small, and you have to ask for cocktail sauce, and tauter sauce, even though youre ordering fish. If these dishes do not come with the order, they should offer them, so you dont get home and realize you dont have them! Parking: Congested parking lot. So many venues, so theres limited parking.

I just ordered takeout for lunch today, first time eating here. The food is -- overall -- quite excellent. I had the 4 shrimp/4 oysters fried platter. It comes with 2 hushpuppies. I added french fries and coleslaw. Everything tasted fresh. The batter used is some of the best Ive had. The coleslaw is very tasty and I finished it all (which I almost never do at other places). I wouldve given a 5-star rating for food if the oysters where a little larger and plump. The ones I got were a little too tough and very small, but they tasted great. Ill try the fried oysters again to see if they vary (I understand that when it comes to fried oysters, they can be from a good shipment batch or not so much). Overall, this seafood is some of the tastiest Ive ever had. Ill definitely be eating at this establishment again in the future.

Shrimp soup not vegetables new manager Ignores customer requests... The employees made fun when I asked for vegetables they said they are very expensive.. shrimp is cheaper than veggies... Cant change the portion...

First visit ever and was very disappointed. To begin with the person couldn t even hear me when I was ordering because of the loud night club music they were playing. The food was mid at best. Buffalo wings were really sweet for some reason. Boiled shrimp was ok. Also they charge you an automatic 18 percent tip but you have to serve your own drinks and all they do is bring your food to the table lol. Was looking forward to this place based on all the reviews but I have to say very disappointed. PS turn the music down

Highly recommend! Stopped by after a long outing at the Dallas Arboretum. The restaurant was crowded at 2pm on a Sunday. Nevertheless they got the food out quickly and it was hot. We ordered the shrimp nachos, grilled oysters, catfish basket and pineapple salmon. The grilled oysters were my favorite. They had such a good flavor. The pineapple salmon was also excellent. The watermelon wave and cucumber drink were also really refreshing.

Amazing food. Amazing atmosphere and amazing staff!! The food is always so delicious and fresh and you can tell the cooks really put their heart and soul into their cooking. The girls in the front are always so welcoming and friendly. Adriana helps me every time and she always has smile on her face and she s very attentive. I ve also been helped by Martha who is funny and kind. She s also very attentive and is on top of her job duties.
