The service was great. Friendly and attentive. The food was very disappointing. Fried pickles were like potato chips, all crispy no chewyness. And it tasted like they salted them after frying them just far too salty. Also had the smash burger, order got messed up so it had both american and Swiss so that I had swiss, american, and mushroom. That would have been okay, but like the pickels, the patties were too salty. It was not all bad. The French fries were good.

I visited The Draft during my stay for a management conference. As a leader in a customer service dominated industry I can say that the team at The Draft went above and beyond to make my customer service experience top notch. Johnathan was the absolute BEST! He truly went the extra mile making sure myself and my colleagues had everything we needed to enjoy our night. Johnathan was the literal definition of elite customer service! Loud and not the best. Priced are higher then I would like. Staff is doing their best but....you can tell why its a mandatory 18% tip on groups that are bigger then 6 Charged us 44 for pretzel bites and chicken tenders. As a former food service employee this place is disorganized and If our server isnt new I will be very disappointed. Ot was loud not a good place for kids, or those overestimated. Staff made too menay drinks and just gave us it. 4$ for soda and lemonade is counted as soda. 18 for chicken tenders that looked exactly like the ones at rhe stop and go for the con i was attending.

Hotel bar so it s pricey and the service is garbage, but the smash burger is fantastic and they revolver on tap. Added bacon to the smash burger and it was super curly and hard. won t do that again and it didn t really need it.

Extremely satisfied with my service! Sat at the bar. The chicken tenders and Margaritas were to die for!!! Mari (if I m not mistaken that was her name) was my server. She was extremely quick, friendly, attentive and informative! She definitely made my time enjoyable! I would 100% recommend!!

The food was amazing! We tried a lot of the appetizers and my personal favorite was the brisket nachos. I got the smash burger but my family specially loved the baja fish tacos. The atmosphere makes me want to go back and the waiters were amazing and always making sure that our beverages were refilled. Shout out to Draft and their chef Roy Villanueva for the amazing food! 10/10

Located in the Sheraton Downtown, this sports bar has a great appetizer selection and well prepared burgers and salads. Drink selection is good and the service was really prompt. It does get a little crowded if the hotel has something going on though so keep that in mind.

We came here for a convention at the hotel. Second time being here this weekend. Both times there are always angry looking managers walking around, staring you down for daring to eat burger while wearing cat ears. Service is very very slow, but the staff are friendly, just extremely understaffed. Youll probably be fine if you come with a small group of like 1-5 people, but any more and youre going to be waiting a while for food and there will be mistakes from the kitchen. Oh! Almost forgot, the chips they give you with your $20 burger and $10 drink are just straight up regular Lays brand chips on a plate. Besides that, the food *is* pretty good.

I ve been here couple times to do take out. I have eaten at the restaurant a few times. My burger at the bottom was cold and soggy, despite being evidentially toasted. I have lost trust in the food quality at this establishment, would rather Uber eats than order takeout here on my future stays

I was served my drink within 10 minutes of being seated. 35 minutes later I was still waiting for my waitress to take my order. She had greeted and taken orders from multiple other tables without ever coming back to check on my. I finally spoke to the manager and asked for my ticket. I explained the situation and she comped my drink. This is the second bad experience at thus restaurant this week. I would suggest going elsewhere.

Quesadillas were good, but the shrimp tacos was basically just biting into an avocado which I wasnt a fan of. The service was really slow but its not like I saw waiters and waitresses just standing around, they were constantly busy and even hard to get anything from them because theyre so busy. Personally not a fan of this place and probably wouldnt go there again.

Food is decent. Service is SLOW. Weve been here over two hours and have had to flag people down for everything. We do not have time for this over this week. Plus its loud as hell and I cant hear anything from my friends at the table to the employees when Im trying to request something. Basically its 4 stars for food and 1 for service with an average of two. If you have three hours to devote to this place, maybe but if youre expecting to be out before 8:30 when you arrive 15 to 5... Yeah.

We got some water. Then no one came by to ask us what we wanted for over 20 minutes. I had to go find someone to get our order. Took another 25 minutes to get our food. Two of us got our food. It took another 10 to get the last entree. No one came by to check on us. Food was good but service was the worst I have seen.

Quite possibly the worst food I have ever had in a restaurant. Nice staff but just cant stomach the horrible taste of the wings. The fries have no salt or flavor. The chocolate cake was a last resort since nothing else tasted good enough to eat and the cake was even worse. Marriott should close it and just open a snack shop.

Good was quite good, service was lacking. Hostess sat us then handed the menu to one person and had him pass them down and around the table. He also brought us top a table of 8 when we had 9 in our party so I had to help him drag another table over. I had to ask twice for my tea to be refilled, they never came by to refill anything. Manager stopped by and said hi and checked on us which was nice.

Great service, very attentive. Food was good but either slightly overpriced or low quality. The set up of the tables makes it so that you can enjoy whatever sports game from any angle. The beer selection is very nice, although I would like more local beers. The food options were very basic, which is ok for a sports bar, but slightly overpriced. We had the Texan Loaded fries, which for $17 feels like a gimmick. Tons of fries that get cold quickly with cheese and three small chicken tenders. The quesadilla was just ok, not amazing but tasty. I would give this place 3 stars, but since Restaurant isn t even in the name, it makes more sense of what it is. Come here whenever there s a good game going on, and get a bunch of beers to forget about the food. Cheers!

Restaurant Supervisor Echo Roth is rude and condescending. I have visited and dined at Draft Sports Bar many times before during work. My coworkers and I decided to have lunch there today but I was not that hungry but had a sandwich I had brought for breakfast so I decided I would just have that this time. This lady approaches the table and proceeds to rudely and condescendingly tells me We do not allow outside food in the restaurant. Im thinking who the hell was that? She did not introduce herself, just walked up and berated me. Totally unprofessional! I will try my best to inform all my coworkers of my experience and will do my best to convince everybody I know to not patronize this establishment.

Excellent staff! My friend and I were staying at this hotel and got to know the bartenders very well. Kasey, Kelsey, tony, and Glenn were amazing. They made the trip so fun. Everyone there was professional and when helping us addressed us by our names. It felt so personal. On top of that the food was delicious. I d recommend the carne Asada quesadilla or pickle brined chicken tenders. Seriously. If you re in Dallas check this place out!!

Good food and you get lots of it. Baked turkey wing, collard greens, spicy cabbage with mac & cheese. Mac & spicy cabbage was overcooked but still very tasty. My sister had ribs, sweet potatoes, blackeyed peas, & ???. I had pound cake & she had peach cobbler. Both were good. Everything is served in styro because you cant eat it all in one sitting. Next time I will order 2x collars greens. They are excellent.

The restaurant is nice and has Giant TVs, music, and atmosphere. Most of the dishes that left the kitchen looked really appetizing. I had a really tasty southwest steak salad! It was very filling a bed of lettuce with corn, black beans, fried tortilla strips peppers etc.

Really nice atmosphere and setup, the wait staff was efficient and friendly. Had the Dallas blonde and loved it! I ordered the short rib baguette, and felt there wasnt enough meat per the amount of bread. The toasted bread was very greasy and heavy. Overall the quality of the food didnt seem to match atmosphere and price point.

Horrible experience.on night 1 service sucks. Tried again to go there find out they was closed. Online and throughout hotel website says close at 2. We was there at 12:20 and they was close. Stop at front desk and Keisha said they close early because it was slow. She recommended a bar to go to but Im not spending extra money to go to a bar where i booked a room at a hotel because of the bar on site. I ask while if you pay for my uber there and back I might be willing she laugh and said maybe if we moved you to another hotel. Horrible service all the way around. I cant. I have friends staying here in another room I paid for now what am I suppose to do.

Great spot for watching sports with lots of TVs and serve bar types of apps and entrees. This would be a great spot to watch a big game for sure. They also have a nice pool table for free use, but the sticks were in bad condition and all but one were missing felt tips.

Better than most hotel bar and quick bites place. Staff was attentive, it is noisey but there are little cubby areas you can settle in with your party and find places to converse.

Nice place to go but the drinks were expensive. Food was mediocre. It is usually loud and packed. I gave them 3 stars for the good waiters and TVs. There are lots of TVs to watch sports.

Wow. Just wow. $9.00 for a well vodka and soda. Served with a side of rude by a hair flipping cocktailer. A weak pour at that. If you are not dressed to fit in and to mingle with the rest of the people that know Im somebody then you will not be treated well. For sure a place for the suit adorning traveler that wants an expensive one night stand and ALL the pretentiousness (but not really..lol). Oh and comes with a lot of chest thumping dudes comparing the sizes of their.....yea....you get it. So...No..just no. Better, more deserving pretentious places for this traveler to spend her companies dollars!!! P.S. wipe down a damn table once in a while. Germs man! Would hate to see behind the bar! Eek!

Probably the crabbiest and most inattentive server ever. Waited 30 min after ordering deep fried jalapeños, before finally seeing our server and asking where they were. States they were probably delivered to the wrong table. Instead of asking, would you like another drink? , he rudely asks, do u want another....yes or no. I honestly have never been to a bar/restaurant with the service or lack of, that I received.
