I ordered Christmas cards online Nov 24 during the black Friday special. They were supposed to be ready for pickup on Dec 2. The online order shows delayed but customer service stated they were processed at the store on Nov 30 and I needed to go to the store. The store personnel were unable to find them. They could print new ones for $15 but couldnt offer the black Friday price of $3.75. I shouldve done Shutterfly. My mistake.

I never had a problem except the last couple of times I ve been here to print out pictures I wait to check out at the photo center and not one, but TWO of the employees working in that section saw me and kept walking and never bothered even to ask if I needed assistance, or ready to check out or how I was doing. I was literally standing at the cashier counter ready to pay for my photos. I know there is a ring bell for service but seeing that they literally both saw me standing there with pictures in hand with my card ready to pay. It wasn t until someone else from another department starting talking to me and see how they could help. The WORST part was once the photo worker came to check me out is that he ASSUMED I didn t speak English! I was so furious I couldn t even talk! I was born and raised here- and even then it doesn t matter where I was born or raised - have some customer service skills and provide service! Don t just walk away and pretend you don t see me standing there at the check out counter.

I love this place I can print out shirts mugs and a lot more they said my order would be ready on Friday but today is Tuesday it came three days early to even give me a call to tell me my me my order is ready
