2024 update: I m content with the service provided by this law firm. Elizabeth helped me this last renewal period. Thank you Liz! Ive worked with this office for five/six years and I must say their service started very shaky. I was never impressed and always confused. Calls went unanswered and when something went wrong, they would throw the ball around. However, this past few months, I have been working with Christina and everything has been much simpler. I understand legal processes can be long and stressful but she has shown she can make it less painful. When she wasnt available, Elsie -the receptionist- was there to give us some feedback. Shes always so nice and patient both over the phone and in person. I hope whoever is on top of this group keeps them around for longer than a few months. I have known this legal group for five or six years. At first I wasnt impressed. When I spoke on the phone, they never answered or returned calls. When I went in person, the person who was supposed to talk to me was never there. But these last few months I have been working with Cristina and I have no complaints. So you can see that she is very organized and definitely made a process that is usually long and stressful easier for me. When she was not available, Elsie the receptionist helped me with information I needed. He is always in a good mood and is cordial. I hope this pair stays around for a while.

I am currently a client of Gerald M Gonzales Law Office who are helping with my mother s case. This law firm is very professional & helpful with their clients. Erica Castillo has been excellent with my mother case every time we call for questions she s very attentive & supportive. Also, the receptionist is always smiling & sweet you can feel welcome every time you go to the office to visit. Not to mention the new location is excellent!!
