Bartender was awesome. She made a perfect cocktail and spoke very highly of their food. After that discussion, I ordered the Buffalo Wings EXTRA CRISPY. I even emphasized after the initial order that I wanted my wings extra crispy. My preference only; I hate wings that arent crispy and loathe soft/soggy wings. I saw the bartender even go to the kitchen after my discussion with her, I assume, to tell the chefs to make the wings extra crispy. My wings came out with zero crispness and very soggy. I tried to eat them and managed to get through half the order, but the experience was not enjoyable. I really like the vibe of this place and my cocktail was great, just disappointed that the kitchen couldnt accommodate a simple request.

This bar has one of my favorite lemon pepper wings hands down!! I appreciate that you can order at the bar but they also have servers that come around as well. We enjoy watching football games here on Saturday because they have kore table space and everyone is not crammed in like it is at Mayers.

Unmatched vibes for going out. Great 2000s up to modern music pumping in the pub. Busy but can get around easily. Young crowd brings the energy. Ive been to other similar places to go out in the city but not many like Spider Murphys. Highly recommended! Come here for a fun night out

Ordered various items. The grilled chicken sandwich had a weird lime taste, and no one liked it. The fish and chips were good. The hot wings with honey Chipotle was very good. It had a nice kick to them. The queso was a big hit. The salsa lacked flavor and heat. The guacamole was kinda too plain jane, needed salt for sure. The elote fritters were a big surprise. I didnt know what to expect and really liked them. The fries were very good, I didnt try the steak fries, but I was told they were good as well. The drinks were good. The place had a nice vibe and had great music playing. The staff was very friendly and did a great job. Everything was made well, so please keep in mind that taste is subjective. I definitely would return.

This was our 2nd time going... the first time was alright a couple drinks and each of us ate a salad... But today, I saw Buffalo cauflower & artichoke hearts... sounded good but wasnt something I enjoyed... it is a great location, has a patio with tables & TVs and Ive seen the place packed... Had our company Christmas party here. The food was really good, especially their Mac and cheese. We had a good time but .... Some of their boards for ax throwing werent wet enough or something was going on because an ax would not stick to it. Maybe the ax wasnt sharp enough? I dont know. But some people were having fun because the axes did stick to their boards and others were not having fun because no matter what, the ax would NOT stick. As for the karaoke, that was pretty fun too but the DJ who played songs in between the karaoke performances was only playing lame line dancing songs.(i.e. The Macarena, electric slide, etc.) It was meh, and then it was ugh.

The cocktails were pricy and the service was terrible. My boyfriend was standing in the middle and the waitress repositioned the tray she had and dropped over 6 drinks on his back. When we talked to the bar tender he refused to do anything and the waitress s friend intentionally bumped into my boyfriend when she saw us trying to talk to the manager. She muttered something snarky to us and when we talked to the owner he refused to do anything. In customer service, the people should feel sympathetic but never got an apology only from the owner. Wont be back and recommend people to try out other bars or pubs! Hopes this helps!

Came here for the first time on a Sunday morning around 11:30 AM. Mimosas - Standard mimosa. No strange aftertaste. Decent strength in alcohol content. Huevos Rancheros - Eggs were cooked perfectly - nice & runny yolk with whites cooked thoroughly. Tostadas were very crispy, but slightly overcooked & a touch burnt. Served with refried black beans spread over the tostadas, a generous, spread of salsa, and cotija cheese. Served with a side of rancheros sauce which tasted like salsa verde. Brunch potatoes - Lightly salted. Cooked nicely - crispy on the outside & soft, fluffy, & tender on the inside. Doesn t get soggy despite sitting on top of salsa. Would have liked more seasoning, but still good. Brunch Burger - Like biscuits & gravy, but on a burger. Flavor is good - very tasty. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Habanero Margarita - actually uses a pretty good reposado tequila - Mi Compo. Very smooth & slightly spicy. Hot Mexican Chili Arbol Wings to go - Came with a hand sanitizing wipe. Medium crispy on the outside. Good flavor. Overall, we had a very nice experience. We sat at the bar, and our bartender, Kinsley, was very nice, personable, & very knowledgeable of menu despite only being here for a month. They also have a happy hour between 4-7 PM, so I d like to try out their happy hour. I d recommend & I d come back.

Amazing spot for food and drinks. Try the shrimp shooter. Its so good! Off menu shot is the El Chapo created down the street at the sister bar. Delicious! The food is so good too! try the wings or the Tex-Mex bowl.

DISSATISFYING. Spider Murphys displayed discrimination against my guests. We were overlooked and received after thought service. My guests were of color. You could gage the difference very vividly in service towards race of fair skin. Additionally, the lines were out of hand leading into the very busy streets. If you are looking for a bar to enjoy your night and time with friends, I would NOT recommend Spider Murphys Pub to anyone.

The old Victory Park and its still the same cool Cheers-vibe bar. Very friendly and down to earth crowd in a dark bar with plenty of windows and great service. Even the food was surprisingly very good and not typical bar food. I highly recommend if you are looking for a low-key local bar.

Decent bar. Not sure if they consider themselves an Irish Bar or not. Found it from an Eater New Bar recommendation. This is more of a college style bar. Loud rap music and lots of shots. Definitely a younger crowd so if that s your scene, this is the place for you.

I ve been to Spider Murphy s a few times for drinks, which this spot is very solid for. BUT I WAS SO IMPRESSED BY THEIR BRUNCH WOW WOW WOW! Tasty, great options and good mix between healthy/light and delicious. Old Monk coffee is muy Bruno as well. Service was top notch too. If you haven t tried their brunch, you re missing out.

What a great experience my family and I had at Spider Murphys Pub. Do I want ham or shrimp with my Eggs Benedict? No need to choose. It comes with both, blanketed by a luxurious hollandaise sauce. The double cheese burger was juicy and delicious. Even my sons scramble eggs were fantastic.The margaritas and bloody marys were made perfectly. Brooke took great care of us! I recommend this establishment highly and well definitely be back.

Absolutely love this pub!! By far the best Guinness in Dallas (knocking Old Monk off its pedestal) and the staff are phenomenal! We come here way too much and have never left disappointed. Kudos to Feargal for getting this up and running during a global pandemic..more power to yer elbow!!

Great new place! Delicious food. Tasty drinks. Attentive service. I got the Build Your Own Taco meal. Wow! Twice as big as I expected. The fajita beef was crazy tender. The Buffalo cauliflower and artichokes was fabulous. The friend chicken was juicy and crispy. Everyone loved their drinks, we all have varied tastes and got some cocktails and beers. My old fashioned came with an edible chocolate straw. Really boosted the experience. Loved sitting in the shade with the open doors to the patio. Perfect for a Sunday afternoon. Will definitely be back.
