I looked up reviews debating on this place and wing place next door. I thought I would give it a shot. The chips and salsa were a little different seemed some of chips were stale passed on eating them. The guy who was up front named Damon I think was not nice gave the impression of am just here hate my job (robot).I asked a question on tortillas he didn t really know. I initially stated to go then I saw they had more seating so I stated I would eat here instead and he rolled his eyes and gave an impression of annoyance. I ordered the two tacos beef and chicken with rice and beans. The order didn t take too long. Not impressed with the lettuce and cheese didn t look fresh. The rice and beans were not bad and both fajita meats were good with the thin flour tortilla . In my opinion the guy needs customer skills or put in the back. I would give it another shot before I stop going .

The food always tastes fresh and perfectly seasoned. I order the fajitas and the difference between their fajitas and other restaurants is the seasoning. Its never salty and tastes amazing. We love ordering from Fajita Petes. Parking: The parking is decent. There is always a spot to park infront of the store.

I catered Fajita meat, both chicken and beef, (trays) and tacos from Fajita Petes, Carrollton location for my husbands 60th birthday party. They gave me much more food than I was expecting and everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. The pricing is excellent after seeing the amount of food they send. Aden S. (The General Manager) sent the trays of Fajita with plenty of vegetables and all the sides items to make the fajitas such as sour cream, cheese, lettuce, salsa, beans, rice, plenty of chips and delicious guacamole. The tray of tacos was stuffed with a large amount of food. I had asked for Gluten Free food to be kept in a separate tray which it was. Plus he sent me a huge stack of corn tortillas. My son pickup my order and it was hot, packed neat, very clean and was ready for pickup. Adan S. even helped me out with the chafing trays and burners, which made life easier on me. I received so many complements from my guest on how delicious and fresh everything tasted. I cant say enough about how great the food is. More importantly how nice and easy Adan and his staff made this event for me. I had about 55 people to feed and I had plenty of food. I would highly recommend the Fajita Petes, Carrollton location. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful making my husbands 60th birthday party a huge success. Stop by and try their food. I think you will love every bit! Dietary restrictions: I had several people at my birthday party that it was a must to have Gluten Free food. Which they accommodated. I was told the only thing that I needed to be carful about was the chips. So I made sure to have a bag of Gluten Free chips for my party. I do appreciate them being honest about this.

Great lunch specials! I paid $21 for 2 people, and the portions were large. Lunch specials come with chips and salsa too. Aioli is a little spicy, but tasty. Food is usually finished before the (20 min) expectation. They make their salsa from scratch. I could see them making it in the back. Salad comes with a decent amount, but lettuce is just normal iceberg shreds. Their tortillas are homemade and super good. My go-to for a quick close lunch. Vegetarian options: You could easily have a vegetarian meal here. Parking: Shared parking.

Ive been eating here consistently for years now and the quality has been consistently high. The employees give the highest quality customer service and its always clean and inviting inside. There are a million places to get fajitas in Carrollton but this place is my favorite. And today they even threw in a free queso. I guess they saw that humpday feeling stamped across my forehead . Came here after they catered my work because the burrito I had was amazing. Unfortunately going myself was a bad experience. I decided to get another burrito which was vastly different from my first one. The one I got from work had a great balance of delicious meat, beans and rice. When I went this time for myself instead of a nice chicken burrito they served me a rice burrito. It didn t even seem to have beans in the burrito and just barely any chicken. Very disappointing to spend $10 for a tortilla filled with rice. Verde enchiladas is a no go as well.

Friendly staff and service. The food was mediocre. We got mixed fajitas, queso and chicken enchiladas. Chicken enchiladas were dry. Fajita meat was very good. The rice had zero flavor. Order wasn t ready when I got here after the time it said it would be ready. They seemed surprised that I was here to pick up an order. Watched them pick up premade chicken and steak, put it on the grill to warm it back up instead of freshly cooked. He kept touching it with his hand to see if it was warm enough. The lady in the back was acting angry and aggressive. Maybe they are having a bad day, I don t know. I ordered from here to support Killian s band but this experience makes me never want to return.

When we came for lunch and saw the staff eating pizza from next door, that should have been a sign for us to go somewhere else. Our fajitas were dry and not flavorful. Chips were stale. We ordered desserts with our meals and that was a mistake. I had the tres leches, and to be honest I didn t taste the leches at all. It was so dry and bland, I couldn t finished it. Pleasantly surprised. I ordered chicken fajitas and the meat was flavorful and very tender. The rice was cooked perfectly. The only negative was the tortillas stuck together and was difficult to separate, but that will not stop me from eating there again. The best fajitas I ve had in a while. We got the fajitas trio to go. The chicken was fantastic. The tortillas were good too, the beef was ok. The shrimp did not have much flavor. But for me the disappointment was the salsa. We tried this place on a recommendation from my brother, and boy are we glad we did. Where do I start? The chips are spectacular, so if you just want chips and queso, I highly recommend that. The fajitas are tasty (both chicken and beef), and the tortillas are made from scratch! I highly recommend that you get both flour and corn tortilla, as they are extremely tasty and add great flavor to your fajita experience.

We ordered beef fajitas. The meat had a very good flavor. The problem is that I thought I was ordering enough food for 3 people. When my take out order was handed to me I ask the server is this all of it and was informed that it was. We received an 8 inch round pan with maybe 20-24 ounces of meat. 2 thin jalapeño slices and maybe 1/2 grilled onion. Also 8 tortillas. This was $43. If I had been charged $24 there would be no issue. It was way over priced for small portion. Fir $43 give me a decent amount of veggies, and maybe rice and beans.

I love pete s! I order the same thing but it is always fresh, good and fast! They always address me by first name (this could be good or bad) lol but I love it! Thanks you guys are wonderful and I am recommend them to friends!

This was my first time getting food from this restaurant and I wont be going back. The meat was a little too well done/burnt with a decent char. There were a few slivers of onion included but not enough. There were no bell peppers. The tortillas were a little overcooked as well. The rice was a bit dry and crunchy so skip it, charro beans were over salted but flavorful, the best part of the meal tbh . Salsa is runny which I did not enjoy but thats my preference, flavor wise it was fine. If you need fajitas In a pinch I suggest going elsewhere.

The staff was friendly, I got what wanted and more. I even came back to thank them in person on my way home just because I was that impressed! The Beef was superb! I m Hispanic and have a high bar when it come to fajitas but they met it hands over fist! I recommend this place highly.

Love this place. Food is awesome and even when delivered to my house it tastes just as good. Awesome Queso and Salsa as well. I for one will be continuing to go here and order delivery from here until ether I run out of money or move too far away to order delivery. Love this place. Love the food. And love the people.

Best customer service! Best fajitas and tacos! As a single mom of 3 teens, I appreciate their $1 taco Tuesdays so much! I have my own food business, so Im usually more critical than others when I take my family to restaurants... the manager at this store is top notch and the employees are so sweet!

On 2/15/21 during the power outage and icy roads. I was like many others powerless and hungry with no way to make food. I had to go out and find food for everyone. Most places were powerless or closed. I headed down Old Denton towards Herbon to see if anything was still serving when I saw a strip mall with lights. Fajita Petes was open and I pulled around the back about 8:20 at night. Walked in and I was told all they had left was meat and fajitas. Im like, thats fine with me. Walked up to the front to make an order for chicken and beef. They were closing down and the cook was heating up the remaining food to take home. The owner walked in and asked what I needed, I told him and then I said hes going to take it home and eat it and I can come back another day. He was like no sir we can help you, he said I could have what was left for $20.00. I said okay, handed him my card and unfortunately the system was down and had to be cash. I only had $3.00. He said thats fine, took the money and handed the cook $20.00 for him for letting me take the food. I wrote down my number and name and told him I will pay jim back later. A couple of days past and I called back and he asked if I was without power that night. Like most of us I said yes. He said that the meal was on Fajita Petes and its a gift from us to you. Not only were the fajitas delicious! This just shows there are wonderful people out there still and not only did he take care of a customer he also takes care of his employees! I salute Fajita Petes in Carrollton and you have a customer for life!

Terrible quantities! I bought fajitas for two for about $25. I got 4 tortillas (total not each). The meat portion was ok, although no green peppers in the grilled veggies, just onion. The toppings were seriously fit for one person. A little 5x5 box of cheese lettuce tomato and guacamole. Half of what I d expect for two people. Do yourself a favor and spend the same money at Fuzzies for their fajita plate and leave full!

Whoever thinks their food is very delicious must be out of their minds. Very disappointed with the outcome. The chicken fajitas have absolute no flavor whatsoever. The beef fajitas tasted like they were drenched in lime juice. The rice looks like it was taken from a boil in a bag box. The beans were cooked like the ones from the can. Their salsa tasted like watery spaghetti sauce. And I betcha the guacamole was store bought. Plus I have never seen this happen in my whole life and I have been to a lot of Mexican restaurants. A stack of flour tortillas prepared and wrapped like a burrito covered in foil. Fancy huh? The most shocking part was I paid almost $30 for food that looks like a typical dinner meal for 1. Wont live through this experience ever again. Adios Fajita Petes!
