Chris came highly recommended when I looked around for a realtor to help with the sale of my townhome. I can see why! He worked diligently to get the property staged and priced so that I had multiple offers after a single weekend (in a tough market!) Not only that he worked with me when small hiccups came up along the way and made the sale super easy. Shout out to Laura as well who answered every dumb question I asked her with grace and patience. Chris is an amazing Realtor. From preparing the house to go on the market until closing, Chris was there the entire way to make suggestions and answer any questions. We had multiple offers within seven days of putting the house on the market and was under contract for full asking price on the eighth day. 30 days later we closed on the sale of our home. During this time Chris helped us find our next new home and sign a contract to build. Looking forward to closing on the new home in January once the build is complete. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!

We have worked with several realtors in the past, and Chris is far and away the best one we have had the pleasure of doing business with. He was patient, polite, realistic, and incredibly professional and thorough. We used Chris to sell our home in Duncanville and to purchase a new home in Providence Village. Chris was able to help us sell our house in Duncanville for above the listing price--and for cash--after just 3 days on the market! Chris was also able to help us purchase our new home for below the asking price, I believe in part due to the highlights his submitted along with our offer to provide the sellers with confidence that we would not only be able to close on their home, but also would continue to care for it as they would want. We could not be happier with our new home for our growing family, but if we ever do decide to sell, I do not plan on using anyone other than Chris! Thanks a lot!
