Great restaurant! One thing though.. we requested patio seating and we were unaware they werent going to have any fans circulating the air.. it was a bit stagnant and hot.. Loved the frozen margs. Mango swirl was just the right amount of sweet and sour. Their queso (despite the size) is delicious! highly recommend you get it. For the Entree I had the Chicken Quesadilla.. it was also very delicious. My partner had the chicken enchiladas.. their cilantro rice is pretty dark green.. but very very delicious as well. Solid choice for Texmex

Fantastic service ( thanks Alberto!) and the food was phenomenal... Absolutely get the white queso. We went on a Monday night, around 7:00 and decided to sit outside because the son had gone down and the air was cooling down. The outdoor patio is beautiful. That being said, The patio desperately needs fans for air flow... As beautiful as it was there is no air movement on the patio ... The patio could really benefit from fans, even misters.

Great food. I had chicken enchiladas the red sauce was not overpowering with spices you can taste the chicken. The black beans had good flavor, and the rice was different it was green but was delicious. Ofcouse I had to have tres leches it was simply awesome with little toasted coconut on top. Our waiter was exceptional he made some great suggestions and was very attentive.

I don t eat meat and was excited about the veggie enchiladas. I only ate one cause it tasted too salty. Turns out it made me feel so ill that night. I had the runs all night and it smelled like the enchilada I ate from here. I would never eat there again. Their free salsa was good but they are serving old food. That s the only reason why veggies would make me this sick. I m at the toilet as I write this.

The tamales- out of this world! My husband and I stopped in for dinner and really enjoyed our meal. I had the spicy pineapple margarita, which was just the right mix of sweet and spicy. The salsa verde served with the chips was pleasantly flavorful with the perfect amount of heat. The queso wasn t world changing, but wasn t the worst we ve had either. Now, the tamales I can t say enough!! My husband ordered the pork as his main and I wish I had done the same. The masa is so moist and airy! I ve never had a tamale like it, and regretted my choice of fajitas after snagging a couple of bites. The fajitas were great, don t get me wrong, but I would write home about those tamales!! Definitely try them for yourself!

If you like it really hot, the salsa verde will blow your socks off. It was a bit too hot for me but it was still good. I ordered the cheese enchiladas and the queso blanco and a margarita. The margaritas were well made and the bartender wasn t chintzy on the tequila so I only had one. I was alone and ate at the bar.

I had multiple conversations with our server about the need for no cilantro in my meal. Not only did it still come topped with cilantro, it had a cilantro sauce inside it making it inedible for me. She didn t seem interested in fixing the problem but was sure to tell me that she put the note on the ticket. That doesn t help me when I can t eat the dish. Also, there were TWO tables populated during the lunch we had and the slowness of service was ridiculous! I may be back for their Wild Rita at the bar because it is fabulous, but I will not eat here again.

This place was pretty amazing. Went for the Taco Tuesday special and was not disappointed. Really enjoyed the experience from start to finish. We were able to walk in and be seated immediately (went around lunch time). The food was tasty. We ordered the Carne Asada, Chicken Tinga, Barbacoa, Mahi Mahi, and Shrimp (grilled and fried) tacos, elotes, churros, and three margaritas (blood orange and mango (rocks and frozen). Chips and salsa were brought to our table as soon as we sat. There was an issue with the corn, but nothing crazy. It was sent back and we were able to enjoy the rest of our food. My favorite of the tacos might have been the Barbacoa. The churros were also a highlight. Service was fantastic. Lesly took great care of us the whole time, even recommending things for us to try. We will definitely return to check out the rest of the menu!

Great place for drinks. The food is standard Tex Mex. Went for a work function and the quesadillas were pretty tasty. Get the frozen margarita with either mango or strawberry added and ask about their happy hour specials if before 6pm. Update to my review: The tacos were good, shrimp being the best and the steak and pastor were decent. How the barbacoa torta was the best meat and entree on the lunch menu. Also, there s an ice cream cart on your way out with FREE mini-popsicles. Coconut and cookies and cream are milk based , lime is water based. A great bonus to end the meal.

I recently dined at Wild Salsa and had a fantastic experience. Bartender Andre was exceptional attentive, friendly, and skilled. He recommended the Blood Thirsty Bandido, and it was one of the best cocktails Ive had in a while. The flavor was vibrant and well-balanced. Our server, Michelle, was equally impressive. She was very helpful and suggested the barbacoa torta, which turned out to be a great choice. The torta was flavorful, well-seasoned, and the portion size was generous. Unbelievable experience yesterday at Wild Salsa. It was our first time visiting and our server David promptly greeted us and WOWED us with such great service. He thoroughly took his time with us and went over the entire menu. We asked him what his favorite was and he said he would be there all day. We ordered the surf and turf fajitas and the Sonora chicken enchiladas, our appetizer was the guacamole and shrimp ceviche. And I will say for one that travels a lot and eats out often the bar drinks here are underpriced. In my opinion for the way they taste. Best margaritas ever.!

The tamale is absolutely incredible Ive never seen a tamale wrapped like this before. The presentation is a work of art. However, the standout dish isn t the fajitas or the tamale, but the corn. It has a unique flavor that sets it apart from what youd find in most Mexican restaurants it doesnt even taste like typical Mexican corn. The initial taste is subtle, but the lingering aftertaste keeps you coming back for more.

My wife and I came here after looking at the reviews around the city. I was 30 minutes early before my wife arrived and was seated and served by an amazing waiter named David. He had great input on the menu and was incredibly helpful. He was attentive and social and I was never lacking anything I needed. This was my favorite eatery in Dallas! We went as a large group for taco Tuesday. They had great deals, kind service, and delicious food and drinks. There was a mistake made on someone elses food being sent to our table and not only did they make it right with the other table they even remade our food so it was fresh when the rest of our partys food came out. Despite a challenging day, our dining experience was elevated by Wess exceptional service. She engaged us in genuine conversations, providing the perfect balance of attentiveness and space. Even though I was quiet and my girlfriend was tired, Wes made our visit enjoyable. While I have mixed feelings about the food (possibly due to my low appetite), I would definitely return on a better day to experience more of what Wild Salsa has to offer, and specifically ask for Wes.
