I had a great legal representation from Thomas Kelley and his firm. Thomas got a a criminal charge dismissed. Tom is very professional, very responsive, and easy to get along with. Ryan helped guide me threw the process of my charge for 3+ DWI which carrys serious prison charges. He was there to answer my questions and calls threw the whole process. We was able to work out a deal with the DA that was fair to my charge. I very highly recommend Ryan as a criminal lawyer to anyone in need for southeast Texas!

From the beginning, Ryan made us feel more calm and in-control of the situation. He was always available when there was a new development in the case, or we had questions. He also did a great job communicating with my daughter and making sure she understood the situation and what was expected of her. Ryan knew all the players and was able to negotiate the best outcome that we could have hoped for. We are so thankful to have had Ryan on our side during this stressful time.

Ryan will fight for you! My son had serious charges against him related to drug offenses. This included revocation of state probation along with additional federal charges. Ryan Gertz was highly recommended as a lawyer that would fight for my son. From our first meeting with Ryan, it was apparent that he was a highly skilled and experienced defense attorney who would make sure our son had the best outcome. With his legal expertise and commitment to acquiring the best results, he guided us all through this stressful journey. He clearly explained the charges, how this whole legal process would unfold, and how he intended to make sure my son had the best representation in court. There were complicated circumstances related to the charges and he thoroughly investigated all the evidence to build his case. Ryan always made himself available to keep us updated or to share information. Terrible experience with this lawyer! After two court dates without him showing up or returning phone calls I was suggested by 3 different people that practice law to hire a new one. Then got none of my money back after he did Nothing.
