I was In a terrible accident on 2/17/2024 where i was Struck by a drunk driver who nearly unalived me. I was Referred to this lawyer by a very establish actor Jarric Tucker and to both of our surprise the attorney stated and i quote they are going to withdraw themselves from my case so i can pursue it further with the DA office as sometimes it s better for the client to reach out directly as they have a better chance at getting help I ve obtained the video footage myself from the sheriffs department where i went in person to see such video. I ve fought the drivers insurance myself where i did Not get any vehicle coverage per the other party s insurance policy which is no fault of the attorney but could have been fought a bit harder for me in my opinion. to make matters worse they only wanted to offer me $800 for medical expenses pain and injury per drivers insurance which i never received as i signed nothing i am Devastated. To be referred to someone then get a call stating they are going to withdraw themselves from my case in early july before my birthday due to matters of the DA would provide me all the information to continue the fight on my own was a blow to my chest. I could Have used someone else and got the appropriate help that i need Not only did they want to withdraw themselves from my case they are still with holding my withdraw letter I ve been waiting for days on.I found Out that on June 19th my lawyers closed my case with the injury clinic that s the reason i was Never able to continue my treatments and they did not even tell me.Im complete at lost for words and still without help I m left lost confused and hurt by the lack there of professionalism and humanity for my situation.

Hello, I have nothing but GREAT news about this law firm. First of all I was in a horrific major car accident in which I sustained certain injuries. Attorney DeMarcus Ward went above and beyond willingly to help me resolve my case. I have put my trust in this law firm now about 7 or 8 years so I Know how much his firm is willing to keep their clients satisfied. Also, I must say how well his staff performs just as hard as Attorney Ward does in helping his clients. One of his staff members by the name of Giselle called or text me on numerous occasions just to see how I was feeling concerning my injuries. Mr. Ward immediately apologized and assured us that he would look into it with his team. Mr. Ward took over our case and within 2 weeks later he called me with a settlement offer!!!!! He assured me that he would try and push for more money. Mr. Ward called me back 2 todays later letting me know he got me more money on my settlement!!!! Integrity, Respect, & Attention are supposed to be their core values however this law firm failed to do their due diligence they did not request documents to sufficiently get a simple no driver license ticket dismissed when their was an active driver license case was given in 2020 no follow up until four months later (2021) No email No mail after not having my case handled sufficiently I was given the run around about legal aid will contact me never did was told I could request a refund never received they lacked urgency, integrity, and failed to show respect or pay attention to detail absolutely unprofessional, I would not recommend they re serviced

I love the Ward Law Group! I had an accident in 2017 and I was one month pregnant, my car got totaled and the insurance of the man did not want to pay when clearly he was at fault and passed the red light. I went to Domingo García and they said they could not help just because I wasn t hurt badly. Pierro Jackson i was represented by Demarcus Ward of Ward Law Group . i asked demarcus about P.I.P he got upset and quit working on the case and said that he wonts to retain his interst meaning i must finish the case but hell still get his pay . when i try to get other lawyers to finish they all decline because theres not enough money in the case to split three ways . he called me mentioning about going to the D.A office about me getting hit from behind by a driver who didnt have insurance and that me and 19 year old son and to go to therapy for pain and traumatazation.
