It was love at first sight. Getting married here was a breeze for several reasons. First and foremost, its STUNNING! The tucked away, and private drive in opens up to a breathtaking view of the property. Morning, sunset, or night, you cant beat the views or the privacy. Secondly, MARY DAVID! From the moment of our arrival to tour, to executing our special day, Mary made me feel confident in my choices while adding her clear expertise. As many of you know, or may not know, the wedding industry for brides can be a confusing time, not to mention all the decision fatigue. Mary single handedly took us from start to finish with that same reassuring smile the whole journey. In a time that was so vulnerable, Mary and The Luminaire Team, made us feel at home and by the end, like family. This team not only will execute your day efficiently, but will treat you with kindness and respect the whole way through. Oh and get a package!!! Really helped with all the decisions. The Luminaire is the perfect wedding venue! I wanted natural lighting, modern feel, and privacy on my wedding day and this venue has it all. The drive in, especially on your wedding day, is magical. The staff is also wonderful! Even though I had a third party planner the venue answered all of my emails and even sent me sample floor plans to look at when I couldn t decide. We used a package for most of our vendors and we were so impressed with all of them. For the rest of our vendors we used their preferred vendor list and have zero regrets.

You will not regret having your wedding at The Luminaire. Everyone we worked with there was amazing, especially Mary. Mary is kind, personable, patient, and detail oriented. She goes above and beyond to make couples enjoy their wedding planning process and their BIG day (really she made our day go smoothly). We enjoyed how this venue is family owned because the owners had us in their best interest, were caring, and professional. Everyone was always happy to help with all our questions and concerns! The Luminaire is an absolutely beautiful wedding venue. One thing I really wanted with a venue was a package option, and they have three to choose from! The packages at The Luminaire offer amazing vendors to work with! We loved working with Mary as our coordinator. She helped bring our vision to life, and she made the planning process completely stress free! Our wedding day was perfect thanks to The Luminaire team, Mary, and the vendors!

We had a stunning wedding at The Luminaire. This was the first venue we toured aside from other venues and ultimately ended up choosing. The staff are so incredibly sweet and helpful and the venue is beautiful! Our day of coordinator and also my planner, Mary David is quite literally the best! So sweet, never hesitated to answer one of our questions and truly can handle it all. She was so helpful from our tour to the very end of our day and we cannot thank her enough. How to even begin... I would literally give 1000 stars if I could. From the moment I stepped into this venue and met Rachel, I was completely sold. My dreams literally came true for my wedding. Mary, our planner, is kind, generous and so good at her job. She made everything effortless. The packages that are offered are so comprehensive that I was left with virtually nothing I had to find outside of it. My guests left amazed at how detailed and drop dead stunning my wedding was, and honestly what more could you ask for than that? I felt like family the whole time I was in the planning phase of the wedding and walked away with real connections and friendships with those that shared this process with me. Heck, I jokingly asked to work there I wanted to stay so bad. They really are amazing and this is the place for you for ANY event, especially a wedding. Dont think twice, just book it.

This venue is absolutely SPECTACULAR! When I got engaged this was my number 1 choice to tour and after our meeting with Mary, I knew this was the place for me! We booked immediately and the Luminaire team has gonna above and beyond ever since. We ended up having a slight hiccup 21 days out and losing one of our vendors so close to the wedding. Mary, Haley and the owners IMMEDIATELY stepped in and rectified the situation, making my mom and I stress free going into the big day. Mary and Haley were the day of coordinators and made the day absolutely fun. They matched my energy and also helped me keep our large bridal parties organized. MANY of our guest commented on how attentive these girls were, which I already knew prior to the big day, but appreciated them dearly! The whole luminaire family made me feel like an absolute princess and like I was apart of their family, and for that I am absolutely grateful!

The Luminare should be on your short list for your or your childs wedding. From the initial tour to the wedding day, they were both very professional but with an added excitement for the bride and groom. There policies were straight forward and they were always quick to respond to any questions. The wedding went very smooth with the Luminaire staff working closely with the vendors. We received many compliments on the location of the venue and how beautiful the facility is. I highly recommend them for your next event.

We attended a wedding here as a guest recently. Everything was perfect! As a guest, my only complaint was how loud the DJ s music was in the reception area. Could be the makeup of the room (materials, tile, etc.), but as a loud music lover, it was pretty hard to be in the room once the music started it looked like maybe other attendees felt the same way. Staff can contact me for the wedding info if they like so they can look into the music vendor in case the vendor was the issue. Other than that an amazing, beautiful space!

And whenever we needed them or had questions we had no issue to get in contact with them. The packages they have make planning so much easier, no need to look all over for vendors as they have the main ones in the package and they are worth it! I got married May 2023 here. The grounds are absolutely beautiful! Mary and the other venue staff are extremely sweet and were extremely helpful. We had a little miscommunication, but not due to the venue staff!! Most venues I toured had hidden fees and random last minute payments, but The Luminaire was very up front about any cost. Our caterer was taken off of the 2023 preferred list and they were flexible with us because we had booked them when they were still a 2022 preferred vendor. The venue is even more stunning in person and we could not have gotten married at a better place. The bridal suite has much more room than you think and the guys loved the grooms suite. They wanted to arrive as early as they could to get to spend the most time there! Thank you Luminaire staff for the wedding I dreamed of!!

The venue it s self is beautiful both inside and out however as a guest at a wedding my problem was the service. The food took an extremely long time to come out and when it finally did it was chaos. They were just giving the plates in a randomized order that just made it take longer. Besides that it was a great experience as a guest.

Mary, Hailey and the remainder of the Luminaire team are the best in the business. They are patient, empathetic and passionate and value every single detail. My sister just got married at the venue and the pictures do not do it Justice - it is gorgeous! The space can adapt to whatever you want it to but has enough stationary pieces to not require too much. The Luminaire exceeded our expectations as our wedding venue. Not only is the venue stunning (as expected), but the customer service is beyond amazing. Mary, our in-house wedding coordinator, went above and beyond to help make our wedding day perfect. Shes very good at what she does and completely understood my vision from the start. From the planning process to the actual wedding day, she was with me every step of the way to make sure my vision came to life. Rachel, the venue manager, was also amazing and helped us in any way she could. Even the venue owner, Balie, was super helpful and stopped by on our wedding day to give us her best wishes. Literally, the entire staff was a joy to work with and made the entire process enjoyable. I can not recommend this venue enough!!

We were deciding between this venue and another and we are so glad this is the one we chose! The owners and all of the staff really made our experience amazing. Pictures of the venue are beautiful but it really doesnt do it justice until you see it in person! It was raining on our wedding day but since the chapel, cocktail area, and reception area are all inside and connected, it didnt even put a damper on our day and I wasnt stressed about it. I absolutely loved the pews, floor to ceiling windows, and chandeliers in the chapel. My husband and his groomsmen loved the grooms suite. The absolute only downside is that the big pond was a chocolate brown color but I believe that was due to recent weather. Still sooo beautiful and 10/10 recommend this venue!

we were originally set up for a destination wedding but I was starting to have doubts about it so we started shopping around for venues for the weekend of our original date. unfortunately, they didnt have our date available so we didnt proceed. the staff was amazing though & their customer service is top-notch. I felt 0 pressure to book and rachel was so welcoming and helpful. we even received wedding cake samples from their preferred cake vendor! i know that we would be in good hands if we booked! pros:- the luminaire is gorgeous immediately upon driving in. they have a gate with a long private driveway covered in trees -multiple options for ceremony & cocktail hour spaces, especially with unpredictable weather - bridal suite is STUNNING and the grooms suite is tucked away- the building and fixtures are timeless and leaves lots of room for decorators to get creative cons: - the packages are a little pricey, but its very well worth it in my opinion if you dont want to find all of your vendors yourself - the space is perfect i literally cant think of any other cons.

The Luminaire is a beautiful venue with fantastic staff! My daughter fell in love immediately with the contemporary, versatile vibe of The Luminaire. It is the perfect canvas for any style of wedding. Their staff was so welcoming and efficient. The day of was perfect and they were always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The bridal sweet is spacious and beautiful. The grooms house is perfect for the guys to hang out and relax. The grounds are so pretty we had a winter wedding so we didn t get to experience the beauty of all the greenery and blooming flowers but there are still places to take good outdoor pictures regardless of season. The circle bar is a great feature, allowing guests to be served from both the foyer and the ballroom. The chapel is stunning and the lighting at night was just beautiful. The grounds, the chapel, the getting ready suits, and that AMAZING ballroom just everything was EPIC. We decided to use one of the many packages they offer and when I say it was seamless, I mean there were very few moments I felt the stress of planning. I was blessed beyond belief with the beautiful and talented Mary David as our planner. This woman deserves a dang medal. She is a great communicator and an outstanding organizer. The Luminaire was the perfect place for our wedding! The venue itself is beautiful and once it was all set up on our big day, it was perfect! Our entire experience from the tour of the venue a year and a half ago to the wedding this past weekend was amazing! We chose to select an all inclusive package that included the venue space, food catering, cake, flowers, and DJ. They made it very easy to set up the meetings with each of our vendors that were included. We had 3 meetings with our event planner, Mary, in the year leading up to our wedding that were all very helpful. I was one who asked for lots of suggestions and she was always more than happy to help! Mary was also our day of coordinator and we can not thank her enough for making our day so great!! Our event manager, Rachel, was also so helpful and running all around for us the day of! I would 1000% recommend The Luminaire!

Not only the co-owners Leslie and Travis are fantastic human beings, my husband and I were blessed to have our wedding at this amazing venue. The venue was beautiful inside and out, and what to expect when the staff matched that personality as well. The Luminaire will always have such a special place in our hearts. We got married in April 9, 2022, and sometimes I just keep thinking about re-visiting the location because we missed it terribly. We didnt know this place, which we spent only one day in, would have such an impact in our lives, but it just felt like home, and the staff felt like family. My husband and I were also winners of a Giveaway that The Luminaire hosted, and we went to Cancun, Mexico for ONE week for our honeymoon, all thanks to them, and especially Carl Mckenzie for organizing it for us. Like who or what kind of venue would do that/giveaways for their future brides/grooms. Truly UNMATCHED service. My husband and I would always pick this venue, over and over again if we have to. I cannot recommend this venue and staff enough, truly magical, beautiful, and extraordinary.

From start to finish, working with The Luminaire (and specifically Mary) was an amazing experience. They are on their A game. Obviously the venue is beautiful and so versatile, the bridal sweet is comfortable and easily fits the wedding party, and the grooms suite leaves the men entertained for hours. There packages are also very versatile and in my opinion very reasonably priced. The only thing on the package I wasn t super in love with was the catering (All Star Catering). It just felt like The Luminaire itself was on a higher level of class than the catering. However, other than that, five stars all the way around. If you want a relaxing, smooth, FUN, wedding, then this is the place to go! Mary and the whole staff are so sweet, accommodating, and above all else professional! I wish I could have a wedding there every month <3

The Luminaire was the first venue I toured when I began looking at venues for my wedding. I had originally heard about them from a few friends who were getting married there. After my tour with Baile, I immediately called and cancelled tours I had scheduled at other venues. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff are the sweetest people I ve met. A huge thank you to Mary, our wedding coordinator who assisted with anything we needed and would always answer any questions even when she was out of the office for the day. The place was very beautiful. A little small but the atmosphere and outside was absolutely gorgeous. The part that ruined everything was the staff. I didnt get her name but the lady in charge of the venue (manager maybe) was rude from the morning all the way to us packing up and leaving. From the brides immediate family to wedding guest. The price you pay for a small venue you and your guests should be treated better. The bartenders sometime made faces as they were pouring drinks on a 4,000 dollar half open bar. The only reason I didnt correct this lady was because I didnt want to ruin my sisters wedding. I think m if you want to run a venue or the choose to be apart of the wedding business you should know how to be polite and respectful to every one who walks through your venue. Business 101 everyone who walks into your business is a potential client. Not for this family of anyone e we know if anyone ever asks me about The Luminaire Venue I will not recommend this place at all.

The Luminaire helped make our wedding dreams come true! Mary was instrumental in helping us coordinate our wedding and made sure our day ran smoothly! The building is super modern with white walls, tall ceilings, dark accents, and floor to ceiling windows that showcase the beautiful greenery surrounding the property. I love that the chapel, reception hall, and bridal suite are all in the same building which makes for a great event flow for guests. It s also a bonus if there happens to be bad weather. I have had the pleasure of not only attending several weddings at the Luminaire, but also being able to work directly with the amazing owners & staff. They are some of the nicest and genuine people you will ever meet. The team loves what they do and that shines through when working with each couple. I highly recommend this venue for any couple looking to get married! They truly strive to bring all of your dreams to light, just as their site says!

From the bottom of my heart, I cannot say enough good things about The Luminaire. As a planner, I have spent hours upon hours at this venue and see the glamour on the front end of wedding days as well as all the moving parts behind the scenes. The hope on the vendor side of weddings is that your day is everything you want it to be and more. Having a venue that has your back AND your best interest is undoubtedly the foundation for that. From policies, to preferred vendors, to the staff, to the venue itself, The Luminaire has truly gone above and beyond to create a place that is special, welcoming, and unforgettable. I always breathe a little easier when a client has booked here because I know I can depend on them, in their capacity as a venue, to take incredible care of each bride and groom that gets married here. This place is one of a kind and I am so thankful for the opportunity to celebrate couple s at such a place as this. The Luminaire is such a unique and gorgeous venue in the Montgomery County area. Being surrounded by rustic venues, this place truly takes the cake with their unique & beautiful modern decor. The staff is very attentive and truly want your day to be as stress free as possible. Communication & professionalism is by far the most important when looking for a venue, and The Luminaire staff are by far the best of the best. If you are looking for a venue, you must go see this place, you will fall in love with it.

We signed up to have our wedding at this venue and they had my date available and we were so excited about it. Then all of a sudden when we made our payment that they didn t have ours available anymore and they only had it on 3 September which we were not too happy about but we did it anyways because the lady condos into having it on this day due to them taking off a percentage because it was a holiday weekend. Then after sitting on it and thinking we decided we were unhappy with the way they handled their business. They didn t want to give us a refund from our deposit but they decided they wanted to give us almost $1000 off which made no sense. This is how they run their business and they re very unlawful I would not suggest it in her an attorney while you do this!!!!! This is how the owner talks to you!!!! Btw!!!!

My husband and I got married here in November 2021 after booking in November 2020 and the staff here was so amazing throughout the entire year of planning. Our coordinator Mary was the kindest, most patient, and authentic person ever!! She was seriously amazing and you can tell she really cares about her couples. All of our guests LOVED the venue. It was seriously the wedding of my dreams. 10/10 recommend!

The first time my husband and I met one of the owners, Leslie, we knew we had found a gem. She gave us a tour of the luminaire before they were even finished. We could see the modern vision for this venue and we trusted they would deliver. And boy did they deliver. Picking a package was easy and the vendors in their packages are top notch. The package we got came with a wedding planner/coordinator. Mary David literally took care of everything. All my questions, no matter how dumb I thought they were, she thoroughly answered. She was attentive to our wedding style and vision. The day of the wedding, we talked about table numbers and that s it. I gave her the extra décor I bought for the day of and she seamlessly put everything where I envisioned it. The luminaire will forever have a special place in our hearts! We cannot thank them enough for making our special day the best day of our lives Also, shout out to their day-of staff! I can t remember all their names, but they were so nice and helpful!

We had the absolute BEST time at our wedding at The Luminaire! It was easily the best night of our lives, and our guests are still raving about how much fun they had! The staff is wonderful, the venue is gorgeous inside and outside, and the layout and details of the venue are very well thought out. First of all, if you love the peaceful serenity of a lakeside forest, The Luminaire is the venue for you. We planned an outdoor wedding, but the weather had other plans for us. Fortunately, the venues chapel -- with its high ceilings, lovely lighting, and impressive floor-to-ceiling windows behind the altar area -- was a gorgeous back-up location. Just as important, the Luminaire team runs their operation like a well-oiled machine, even though the venue opened only a month or so prior to our November wedding. They respond to emails promptly (even if you dont return the favor ), they were understanding/accommodating of our deep anxiety regarding COVID risks (I lost my father to COVID in August 2020 and didnt want to risk spreading it to anyone else), and they work to make sure your wedding day is everything you and your partner hope it will be. HUGE thanks to Balie, Leslie, and the rest of the team (and, of course, our amazing planner) for taking care of literally everything so that my partner and I could focus on the most important part of the day -- celebrating our love for each other.

When we initially booked them, there were no walls on the building, a dirt road, and no landscaping, so we really took a leap of faith that everything would turn out well, and were so happy that we did! We had our wedding here on October 31st, 2020, and it was truly everything we wanted, and more. From the owners, to the staff everyone was a pleasure to work with, and we truly felt cared for the entire process. Our guests absolutely loved the place, and of course so did we! You absolutely cannot go wrong by booking with The Luminaire!!

My fiancé and I booked this venue for our wedding before we were even engaged! We toured, fell in love, and knew we didn t want to take any chances of losing it. It was everything we wanted - a beautiful chapel, peaceful surroundings with trees all around, and the overall vibe of just elegant and beautiful. I did a lot of research on venues, and I promise there s nothing else like this. Every detail of this venue was well-thought-out. Leslie has also been amazing throughout the entire process - quick and thorough in her responses, kept us updated on progress as the venue was being built, checked in on us frequently.. I could go on. We are just under 3 months away from our wedding and everything has been so seamless. I chose to find my own vendors, but you can also choose one of their packages to make planning even easier. We were able to see the completed venue last week, and it s even more beautiful than either of us imagined. I can t say enough about this place.

A brides perspective: Property: This venue is a brides dream come true! Modern, clean, elegant, sophisticated, and stunning are the words that come to mind to describe the venue! Landscaping, lighting, and more - no detail was left unthought of at The Luminaire!! I literally do a happy dance any time I tell anyone about how much I love our venue!! Owners: Leslie, Travis, Balie, and Carl are the absolute best owners! This is the only venue that followed up with us after my fiancé and I toured showing that they care about us as a couple than just business. The Luminaire...there are no words to describe the venue owners. We chose to get married at this venue, based off a conversation with owner Travis and renderings of the venue he brought along with him. From beginning to end this venue has exceeded our expectations, and we cant wait to have our special day on 10/10/2020.
