Worst customer service experience in my life. I waited a whole 30 minutes for my food when i was the only one in line. I get to the drive thru and tell them i had a mobile order and tell me to back up out and park at the front door.. i say why? (mind you i only ordered one single burrito and no one else is in line) and that i can t because the drive way is curved (and also that s also not what you re supposed to do because you re cheating the timer). anyways then she started yelling and the manager got on the mic too about how i can t drive? so strange honestly. i would have left by now but it was a mobile order so i already paid, i then go to the window and BACK UP OUT OF THE TIMER so mind you i helped them out.. i asked her if i could have my food and she said no and starts yelling again and that it wouldn t be so hard to go to the front??? after i already removed myself from the timer??? the manager came and started yelling as well lol. They honestly just like to control people lol i ended up waiting 30 minutes while 6 cars were stuck behind me.. do they really care so much about the timer? so petty for one burrito. I really didn t want to argue just wanted to get my food fast to get back on time for work but they need to have that control lol it s actually really sad when they just work at taco bell. and that manger needs to be fired worst manager i ve seen she was worst than the child like be better! shoutout to the cook who was passing out all the orders to the cars outside those two girls are real sad.

Staff was extremely rude. First they lied to me and said they had no key to the bathroom and wouldnt let me use it. I told them I wanted a refund and to cancel my order then they finally opened up the restroom. They put cheese in my burrito I asked for no cheese on. I am scared they did something to my food. Bad experience, Armando wanted to sell me the condiments out the window told me I was only allowed one per item. I have visited a mini Taco Bell. I have never experienced. This type of treatment rushed us out of the line so fast he didn t even give us the drink and we went back for the drink. He said he was refusing service from this day forward. Stay away from Taco Bell on short by Walmart

What s odd is the food tastes fine and is usually hot and served to order. But the service is the most unprofessional, distasteful, ill mannered service literally ever. The little boy behind the counter ( not even being demeaning) he looked all of 15/16 years old slow walking to register, no people skills, didn t say hello, no customer service skills just glares at you waiting for you to hurry so he can return to watching tiktok on his phone then touches the top of your drink cup and your taco sauce with those same fingers. Like please be forreal. There s no manager or grown up on site, it s 6:30 pm, his coworkers are outside smoking in the parking lot and because he s not the cook for the night he just leans over and gets back on his phone while I wait for my Mexican pizza to make itself.

im a Semi truck driver deliver my last load around the corner from taco bell have not ate all day just to be able to get merchandise on time i walked up to the window with my semi across the drive thru and asked if i can order the female at the window said the only way you can order food is through the app i cannot take your order if you are a walk up so being that i was hungry i downloaded the app and placed my order payed for it and 3 minutes later my order was cancelled i asked another employee the reason why my order was canceled and she said because you are a walk up and dont have a car i said i payed for it and she said you cannot be at the window!!! or is it maybe that they dont wanna work or make my food so they decided not to take my order ?? i would never buy from this franchise ever again discriminating a person because they dont have a car to go through the drive thru what a shame BY THE WAY 11pm AGUST 2nd going to mcds

We love the tacos at this place but we have already had a very bad experience of arriving home and it is not what we ordered and they charge us for what we ordered, I dont know what is happening but personally it discourages me a lot! We were there 25 minutes ago. They gave us 2 chicken chalupas, 4 normal tacos and a dorito loco taco.

Worst taco bell ever. If at all possible go to a different one. They are skimpy with the food and only give you one sauce per item.
