After years of living here, sad to say its a nice area managed by bad upper management, worry about the aesthetics of things. some people have 3 kids, toys will be places. and apparently people are limited to the amount of plants you can have, so plant people, limit to 2 pots per porch. FYI

This time I will not be changing my review. I have dealt with the incompetency of Adrien for a few months now. Every time I call to follow up on my application/lease it s always the same thing said you were on my list to call guess how many times she s called me? Once. The other several times have been me calling her. I have signed a lease elsewhere and glad I don t have to deal with this any longer. I could only imagine how bad it would be if I actually lived there. Do not reach out to me asking to change my review, it ll remain the same. Or maybe I ll respond with you re on my list to get it changed and never actually do it.

We have lived on this property for the last three years. Kelsy was by far our favorite property manager. She was very efficient in everything we asked her for As well as finished everything in a timely manner. Overall a very profesional property manager.

They change management offices every year, and if you have children and they have a bikes or toys (sand box, stroller) they put one paper in a door and verbally addressed it not only that, you deal with all this and your rent is just as much as a house. strongly advise to go elsewhere. apparently little children arent welcome in the neighborhood.

The Village at Creek Meadows is the perfect place to live. So much room and my yard is huge for my dog and cat. Friendly, Homey atmosphere. My family along with two of my siblings families live in the Village...we love it here.

We have lived here for going on 4 years and we could not ask for a better place. Kid and pet friendly with great residents. The staff really take care of their residents and are always hosting something fun for the families and kids. The grounds are kept very nice and the pool is a great way to relax in the summer. A very quite community yet close to all of the restaurants and shopping you may need. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in living in a very friendly community.

I ve lived here for just over a year now, and have had nothing but positive things to say so far. The neighborhood is extremely safe, the unit itself is comfortable and in good shape, and management is quick to respond and resolve any issues.

I lived at this property for 3 years. It is a wonderful and safe neighborhood in a quiet area that is family friendly and you actually see children play...outside! I didnt realize that happened anymore! The neighbors are friendly and so is the management company. I cannot say enough about the property manager Kelsey and the Regional Manager Cindy. These are two ladies who truely care about their residents and take great pride in their properties. Work orders are closed in a timely fashion (dont get me started on Horacio their Maintenance man....THE BEST!). If I put in a work order for one thing, I would come home to that thing fixed, replaced light bulbs, and new air filters...ABOVE AND BEYOND! I love the neighborhood forum for residents to post openly...it really helps to build a sense of community. I never joined in but I always saw neighborhood barbecues and ice cream days hosted by the property management and always thought, Wow, I live in an awesome neighborhood with awesome people. I will miss living here but I was needing something a little larger for my needs (not to say these units arent spacious). Thank you to The Village for taking care of me for 3 years and always treating me well. I will always recommend you to anyone looking to rent!

Kids playing without parents supervision on the streets and on the parking lot , damaging cars and other property. Noisy neighbors. Neighbors not cleaning after their pets. They don t have a clear policy for ending leasing contract before time, so instead of giving you a final statement with all penalties and final charges before you move out, they will use a collections agency and ruin your credit report. That s just the way they do it, is their answer when you call back looking for a reasonable answer.

Spoke with a women at the office and she was very rude. Tried to explain that they needed to put the United States Flag at Half Staff and she give me an attitude about it. I had put the flag down once before and they raised it because according to them it rub on the tree they have next to the pole. Tried to explain the reason why it was suppose to be down and before I could fully get out the words was interrupted and told they will check with the corporate office and got hung up on. Amazing in todays world that basic courtesy and honor must be oked by a corporate office.

The management was very disorganized when I lived there. They were never in the office when I stopped by and one of their employees messed up my lease, which took months to fix. There is always children all over the streets and their parents let them run wild. They act like they are entitled to play on public property and have no problem confronting drivers. I wouldnt believe all of the rating either, the office was taking money off rents if people posted positive reviews on websites. Some good things were that the appliances were up to date and the maintenance was fast.

Absolutely love it! The new management is amazing, and it is a very wonderful neighborhood. LOVE the open and spacious floor plans, maintenance is very quick and friendly, and all the perks you are getting by living there is very nice. You are getting much more than just a roof over your head!

We love it! The neighborhood is quiet and still convenient to get to town. The units are very nice looking and spacious. Management and maintenance are very on top of taking care of our needs and are always striving to make improvements. Definitely looking forward to another year in the community. Come check it out!

The community is very nice. It is away from the college student life, but has an easy access to town from Wellborn road. We just had a Easter egg hunt on Sunday and my son really enjoyed it! Our Maintenance is also the BEST here and I never have a problem with work orders being completed. The neighbors are really friendly and I love how traffic isnt an issue because of the location. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a small family!

We are a family with small children, have lived here in a large 3 bdrm unit for a year and a half while my husband has been attending a graduate program at A&M, and we have loved it! The Village is located in a very quiet, beautiful area that has a very family-friendly feel. Friendly neighbors, professional management who cares, and the maintenance is very competent and efficient (and really nice!). These are very spacious units with plenty of closet/storage space. We love our private backyard - plenty of room for our kids to play in when we cant make it to the park that is just down the road. Running/walking in the neighborhood is great - its beautiful, safe, and not a lot of traffic. When its too rainy to exercise outside, I love having the onsite fitness room to go to! There are only a few pieces of equipment, but I have never had a problem being able to use what I want. Its great having access to a pool (that is clean!) during warmer months (most of the year) - sometimes it gets pretty busy, but Ive always been able to find quiet times to take my kids. Having the internet/cable provided has also been really nice to not have to worry about. The internet is fast and we have never had any problems with it. Best housing experience we have ever had.

I have lived here going on 3 years. The property management is very friendly and makes moving in easy. It is in an awesome area, where you get privacy and quiet, but still close enough to town where it takes only 10 mins to get to the center of college station. They make repairs very quickly. if you have an emergency, like your ac goes out, they work fast and hard to resolve the issue. I love how it is a family oriented community and there are sidewalks and a park near by. i would definitely recommend living here. very spacious, love the floor plans!

We like it here quite a bit. Very spacious, washer/dryer, fenced yard, pets allowed (any size dogs/cats although I believe they have put a breed restriction now). Very nice interiors and many of the places are only a year old so youll save money on your A/C bill. Cable/Internet/Water paid (Internet is Suddenlink, one upgrade from the slowest speed but pretty good for us and we use it for gaming and downloading. Cable is pretty basic) Originally we decided to live here because we liked the manager Kim so much. We had a very poor experience with our old apartments where we couldnt get any maintenance. Kim left before we moved in though. We are able to get things fixed relatively quickly but we do wish she still worked there. She seemed to be very invested in the community. Cons: The pool has a no drinking/no smoking rule that no one seems to follow. Ive found cigarettes in the pool along with a pair of boxers in the patio area and the trashcan overflowing with beer cans/bottles. The actual Creek Meadows pool is much nicer but I did see several people using a keg from the back of their truck last time I went but at least these people cleaned up after themselves. The fitness room is unusable in my opinion. It grossed me out so much that I decided not to use it anymore. It doesnt seem to be cleaned often and the equipment is broken a lot of times. Weve had a very big ant problem this year. They were even on our couches. Other than that, we love it there :)
