NO joke, I seen this man take a 2x DUI case w leaving scene of accident, which was hitting bridge pillar, running red Lts., fake urine on pocession while driving Co dump truck.EVERYTHING within 1yr was dropped, no fine, no drug classes, NOTHING,CDLs were reinstated wks after court. Marc Fellman is incredible in his profession, He helped me avoid a sentencing that had countless conditions with very high financial costs. Marc would clearly explain each and every option available I had to reach adjudication putting my severe DWI case (very high BAC) behind me. He would also ask me about my life to help make the best legal decisions that would least affect me in my daily living, for example if time was more essential to me than money than something like 200 hours of community service would cripple my daily living but if money was more essential than time the community service would be a better option. He is very genuine going above and beyond for me and I m sure all of his clients, I couldn t believe the incredibly reduced sentencing I received. He was a source of strength and optimism for me when I thought my life was over. The paralegal that works at this office is extremely rude, I called to get an update on a message I left several days ago (which no one ever responded to) and the paralegal interrupted me as I was talking yelling at me very rudely! After I gave her the name of the person on the case she said you might want to call somewhere else because our prices start at 1,000, what attorney office does that ? Mr. Fellman and his paralegals are the best team to work with. Great client/customer service also with me being in a sticky situation they definitely helped a young father out. Also very reasonable with pricing with me being a young father. If you are young and do not understand everything about justice Mr. Marc will definitely make it a very easy process getting all your cases dismissed. Very happy client( Patrick Williams) .

Very unprofessional and uncoordinated had me go to Dallas county jail when court was in tarrant county. Also has had me waiting for someone two and a half hours at court just to tell me i didn t have to be here today and I will have to come back the next day.

I Had an issue with a temporary license plate in February 2019, I was stopped by the police and got arrested, it was my first time ever to get arrested. Few days later I got a letter from Fellman Law Office offering to represent me at the court, I was so nervous and so confused to call Fellman Law Office as I heard some bad stories about lawyers in handling law cases, but I decided to make that call, so I called his office and requested to speak with Mr. Fellman, I would like to say that from the fist time/call with him I felt his honesty, he was speaking with confidence about this case and similar cases, he informed me in details on what he is going to do in this regard, then he was not greedy with money, his service fees was even less than other lawyers which I found out later on, he also made it easy for me with paying the fees as he made some payments arrangent. He kept me posted and updated on regular basis with whats going on about this case. His process was so smooth and easy. No struggles or hassles. Whenever I called his office, I always get a nice attitude and very helpful employees such as Miguel or Nanette or others.. If I requested to speak with Mr. Fellman , they used to take my message and pass it along to Mr. Fellman, or they text him if he is out of office, and he would call me right away. It took him only 3 courts sessions to get the case dismissed, I only went to the court 2 times, first time when Mr. Fellman represented the case to the court, and then at the last session of court, I did not even see the judge at all. Mr. Fellman did all the work while I was outside of the court waiting. At last session he went inside the court room, and in a few minutes he came back as a hero, with a nice smile on his face, and with a very nice attitude he said to me: Mr. Ellebnawi, I have a good news for you: your case has got dismissed, I was so happy to hear that. Mr. Fellman is a man at his word, everything he has done everything that he promised to do and in a very short time. I would highly recommend Mr. Fellman without any hesitations. Mr. Fellman is a highly educated, he is a strong and very confident man, he knows what to do and he does what he says in short time. For the record I was not a client. I was a potential juror. Marcs presentation prior to picking the jury was very impressive. He was able to plant seeds of doubt before the trial even started. I was ready to acquit his client . If I ever need a criminal defense lawyer I will hire him.
