Waited over 30 mins on a simple bagel and hash brown order. Im assuming since its a mobile order they dont care, since there were multiple people waiting along side me visibly frustrated from waiting. However the people who ordered directly in line got their food in a promptly manner. I ordered the food on their app, not on Uber eats or grub hub.

This branch can t get an order right. Seems pretty straightforward - type of bagel, type of spread, toasted or not toasted. We live close by and they consistently get our order wrong. Doesn t matter if we are there in person or order through their app. Their bagels are delicious and that s the only reason we kept coming back, but I m done.

I used to live in Grapevine and moved to Euless ...... I kept coming back to this place the fact that the other store in Euless - cant seem to tap the quality of food and how its done with my favorite Lox . I have to drive all the way to this store but its all WORTH it. Well done !!!!

This Einstein s has the best bagels. I always get a fresh bagel when I arrive. The customer service is great as well. Whenever I stop by, the team members remember my name and my favorite bagel. Stopping by here is always a treat. It s hard to get good service these days and I appreciate receiving it here. Their spinach bagel is so good especially with the regular cream cheese! Cheryl always has good recommendations when I want to try something new.

Update as requested by customer service team. They requested that I reach out to them through the website, and I did explain the issues that we experienced here. It has now been 6 months and I never did get a response from them in either email/text/phone call. Clearly this was not a big enough issue for them to even bother reaching out to try to understand or address. Yesterday morning I placed an order to be picked up today @7 am. I actually commented how friendly the staff was. This order was for a charity breakfast for our local Police and Fire heros. Today when the lady showed up to pick up the order it was not ready and she was told it wasnt even paid for despite it being paid for in store the day before. After 20 minutes of them arguing and embarrassing the lady and telling her to either repay or get out of the way she a nice stranger stepped in to try and help. He repaid the order while she was looking for a copy of the receipt. She then found the receipt and showed it to them. Even then there was no apology offered for how she was treated and now 30 min later still no refund offered for the double paid invoice. What an absolute unprofessional handling of this situation and a complete embarrassing moment for all involved. I will never trust this place with my orders again and wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

This place has depreciated in quality greatly over the last several years. The service has become quite slow. I had to wait close to 20 minutes just to get half a dozen bagels. In that time I could ve gone to Kroger and made them all myself! Worse yet, when these bagels got to me, despite spending a few extra dollars for double eggs on our sandwiches, we received half our sandwiches with only one egg. Wasting money, wasting time, wasting away. Thankfully, the bagels are still a delight to the senses, but the way this place is run seems senseless.

Tasty food and nice staff but it seems like there is no quality control on the order assembly because no one checks to make sure that the order is complete before handing it to the client. This is probably not an issue for single orders but a large order for 4 people seems like it s their Achilles heel. Also, the receipt doesn t print all the add ons or customizations made on the sandwich that are shown on the order screen which probably caused some confusion. Ordered 5 bagel/sandwiches with customizations, 2 shakes, 3 cupcakes Got 4 sandwiches and 2 shakes. Had to go back for the missing sandwich and cupcakes. Got the missing sandwich and cupcakes but it was missing the customizations so had to ask them to make it again and even then they forgot to toast the bagel. Again the staff was extremely polite but it felt like I was being served by teenagers with no adult supervision.

They aren t the only bagel place nearby anymore but the app seems helpful sometimes except lately ends up often costing more time unless they are empty. Today unfortunately even though they werent too busy I was watching them put out the bagels on the togo rack it looked like they were only doing an online order every five minutes. It took 37 minutes from my order to put out my single bagel. Only went there because it was next to kroger where I was going which was a big mistake should have just gone to 3040 and had a much better bagel and faster/nicer service. Original review: Its the only bagel place nearby. Their bagels freeze well and you put them in the fridge the night before and it is great toasted. Buy them on mondays to be supplied for a week or two. They are horrible at toasting them at the store either it isnt warm or is burnt. They are incredible inconsistent in buttering or shmearing at all. If you get things to go the whole bagel could be in a huge puddle of at least 4 table spoons of butter. To get it you have to wait a very long time whether there is a long line or no line.

walked in on 11-10-22 to place and order, me and my mothers first time here. right as we walk in we get no greetings or hello. as we stand there for 5 minutes we re listening to the phone ring for another 5 minutes and no one picks up the phone. the one boy that works here is sitting down behind the counter talking while everyone else is doing the work for him. he is so loud and obnoxious as people are sitting down trying to enjoy their meals. he does maybe one thing and that is grab a napkin and pick up a bagel. not a nice first experience.

This has got to be one of the worst places in Flower Mound. Patron beware! The staff is very poor at performing their jobs. I ordered, got the wrong food items, and when brought to their attention, I got attitude like it was my fault. I came in this morning September 4th at 7:00. Ordered a baker s dozen. Nine out of the dozen were not what I ordered? Six of the nine had jalapeños which folks in my home don t eat and three were raisin bagels versus blueberry. I m allergic to raisins. I ve been on Keto for 9 months and the cheat meal I ve been talking about and that made me drive 30 minutes was the blueberry bagels. I called to share my disappointment and got attitude from a young lady. No I m sorry she just sat on the phone and clammed up. I had to ask hello twice. I asked her to share my experience with the manager and got a right . I get labors hard to find now but a heartfelt we re sorry and come back and next order we ll throw in a free cream cheese or bagel would have gone a long way. All but 1 person was over 25 and the rest we re more interested in talking among themselves than being in the moment taking care of customers. I train Customer service and this will rise to the top of my example stories of employees who d rather be somewhere else than in front of a Customer

I loved how easy it was for me to go in and get the curated dozen box with two cream cheeses and out on my way in a matter of minutes. The cashier was very patient and kind towards me and I absolutely love their bagels. I have only tried their honey almond flavored cream cheese but it is so delicious! You do have the option of choosing the bagels you want yourself, I chose the curated one because I was in a hurry. I recommend everyone to check it out if you havent tried this place before.

We have been coming here for years. All three of our breakfast items were wrong. We ordered the Chorizo burrito and it was missing......yea the chorizo. We also ordered the Chorizo bagel and..... yup that was wrong as well. We called the store and spoke to someone named Daisy that was very un helpful. Ive been coming to the Flower Mound location for years. What used to be superb service and quality food has continually degraded to poor, extremely slo service and often not getting what you ordered. Today. I ordered a sandwich on a toasted cheddar jalepeno bagel and after 10 minutes received a sandwich on an untrusted plain bagel. There seems to be an overall sense of apathy among the staff that looks like it ascends through management.

When I ask for plain cream cheese I always get a hint of onion cream cheese. Today I ordered strawberry cream cheese to prevent that from happening, I still got some onion cream cheese. It may be helpful to label the knives used for spread onion or plain so they are not mixed up. It s not pleasant to get onion when you don t expect it.

This was such a terrible experience. On receipt you ll see I placed my order at 10:22am. I left with my order over 40 minutes later. What I ve learned today is never ever place an order on the app. I watched countless people stand in line, place their orders and leave with their orders while I stood there waiting for the pick up order as did others who placed app orders. Why advertise to place an app order if you re not going to make the food in the order that they re placed? Who is managing this mess?? This was the worst experience and I would never recommend anyone to come here. Edit: It wouldn t be a big deal, but given my frustrations, please train employees how to cut bagels in half.

The staff is always great, bagels are great, love the many varietys and flavors to choose from, will continue to go back, juat wish there was a closer one near me, but worth the journey. I am very pleased with the service..

After not having these delicious bagels for quite some time, I was super excited to have one! But when I received it I was instantly disappointed! First, it was made incorrectly so went back in to have them remake. The girl making the bagel wasn t friendly and was using the same gloves she was wearing to push buttons, make bagels and to scratch her ears!!! Ummm gross! The guy that rang us up was sarcastic and probably needs a new profession outside of customer service. He also, wore the same gloves as he used to ring people up at the register, take money, and then went and helped make bagels... same gloves mind you!!!! How unsanitary!! And yet the dining room is closed to public. Wont be back here again!

When you have customers standing at the order ahead sign a simple hi I ll be right with you is SIMPLE. 6 workers not extremely busy because there was time to play with coworkers. This is the 3 week in a row I had to ask to be acknowledged. 1 baker 5 up front with all backs to the door. The point of order ahead is to make it easier for the company/employees/customers. Been going to this location for years and never had this much of a issue before. It s really sad cause I get bagels every week but I m getting frustrated. Also at checkout first question should be are you apart of a rewards? I had time to watch other customers as myself and another lady we ignored at the order ahead sign....
