Mr. Lee is extremely knowledgeable and someone who is all about the client. To him it s all about making sure the client is well taken care of in the short time I was able to know him he was very helpful and gave me advice that was selfless and helped me to get things started and going in the right direction. I do NOT recommend working with this attorneys office. Me and my wife have had nothing but trouble since retaining Mr. Lees office to help us with a Bankruptcy case. Calls and emails go completely unreturned. Deadlines come and go from the court with no response from our Attorney at all. When we finally have been able to speak to someone from the office, they accept no responsibility, and have blamed me and my wife for their blatant mistakes. When I have tried to call in I have gotten nothing but attitude from the personnel. They are more than happy to take your money, but once they do, that is it. Me and my wife are now in a much worse position that we were before retaining the Lee Law Firm. If I had to do it over again I would stay far away from this practice. Complete waste of time and money.

1. I first retained this firm for a business chapter 13, the firm should have realized this was a terrible option prior to taking my payment. However, instead they chose to blame me and then sell me on a chapter 7 bk and charged another several thousand ; yet when I reviewed the case with alternative counsel, the truth was they never filed the chapter.7 and rheybnver properlybdisnised the ch 2. This left me void of the bk stay, despite the whole point of filing was a negotiation strategy. 3. As time went on, things only devolved- lee asked for further payment to handle my tax situation, he again as the pattern proved itself lee dos not ever contact the IRS, again- doing exactly what lawyers are not supposed to do- profittimf my I action based on taking advantage of me when I had entrusted him. 4. Sadly, I could go on a kit his malpractice - but in sum, I strongly advise the public to NOT retain lee law or consult lee law for any matter as ors an unscrupulous and dishonest law firm, and that comes right from the top. 0 stars- unethical and irresponsible firm Do not hire!!!!!! Business as usual for the attorney on my case. I want to know processes and steps and anything that could come as a surprise and expect as much from the professionals in a field. I received more guidance and response from the assistants than the attorney. Attorney barely gave the time of day much less response to questions. Once they were paid it appeared to be their objective to just get it done and over with, offering as little guidance and response as possible. Any follow up after regarding reaffirmation and non-reporting - again, more response from the assistants and just a youre too late to retract and no reply to questions. You dont get the value for the cost. Any attorney could file the paperwork required for bankruptcy, find one that has a better value for their customers.

This may seen like a strange review but I it is what it is. They did they job and took care of my case. However, my lawyer seen cold at my hearing. She barely said a word to me. I had to get what my next step was on get the information from someone else. Nevertheless, if you can deal with lack of communication they will get the job done.

The Lee Law Firm took me through the most difficult bankruptcy that other firms would not touch. All but Lee Law Firm said that I did not qualify for a Chapter 7. Christopher Lee said he would get it done, and true to his word, he got it done. There were no surprises, no hidden fees. Chris and all the associates answered every nervous question I had - quickly and professionally. When Chris said that I would be able to re-establish credit relatively fast, he was true to his word. One year post bankruptcy, and I hold several (Unsecured) credit cards which I now manage much better and can rest easy with the fresh start he has helped me obtain. Thank you, Chris!

Started out great, said I was good. Paid them the fees then was hit with a sledge hammer. RUDE RUDE RUDE ATTORNEY. She hit me with saying Id have payments over 1k a month. If I could afford that I wouldnt be in this situation. Then hit me with 900 dollars. Told her that I needed my income Tax return back to make that payment, she said it was all good that there would be no issues. Then my Taxes get held because of the filing. When asked the response was we dont remember everything. Informed them I was having trouble with the first payment. They offered NO help. ALL I was told by a Cassandra lady was ok have a nice day and hung up. They got my money and I got a dismissed case. Ive been cheated. People beware they will get you

I gave these people $250 for a means test. They couldn t do the test because I couldn t get 2 pay stubs from the last 6 months. Since you couldn t do the test why not give my money back? I know you not hard up for money like that. You did nothing for me. I got laid off last week and I m a disabled veteran on a fixed income. I don t have money just give away. I was skeptical at first...you know worried about the stigma of Bankruptcy. Their helpful staff put me at ease. I was very impressed when I walked into Lee Law Firm the welcoming feeling from the staff and the atmosphere was very relaxing and calmed my nerves. I was very apprehensive in the beginning about filing for bankruptcy, However after consulting with Lee Law firm, I decided to move forward. It was probably the best decision Ive made in a long time. I had numerous creditors calling me multiple times per day at work and on my cell phone. After they took my case, I was able to refer the creditors to a special 800# they gave me and it was like magic - the phone calls stopped completely!!. Now Im discharged and credit score is already rebounding nicely! It was really a very simple process, a few meetings, 1 court appearance and your done!
