My experience was terrible with this law firm. First day of court date, they did not even show up to court . They backed out of the agreement and still kept half my money. Judge had to provide a court attorney who got the job done and case was dismissed . I would never use them again!

During my initial conversation with Marc, I was motivated to move forward with the guarantee that I would be fully refunded if it were determined that he could not help with my case, and that I would not experience the lack of communication that turned me away from my previous counsel. I have not received a call back from you all that was promised over a month ago, for a task that seems like it should be fairly simple; further, I ve received no reply from the many messages sent in your portal. I am no longer confident that this office has the capability of handling my case and will not remit further payment, until I am able to discuss my case with Marc, whom I ve heard nothing from since our original conversation. This is not acceptable, and I need a specific plan of action and timeline, prior to moving forward. I expect to be contacted prior to the end of next week, in order to discuss further, before exploring next steps in actions to receive my money back due to services that have not been rendered. You all have my information, I ll put no further effort in making contact with you, as it is your responsibility to keep ME informed. Thank you.

Taryn Biasiolli reprsented me in a much very complicated custody case at one point I didnt think i was ever going to get my girls back and within less then a month after hiring Mrs. Biasiolli I had my kids back in my care! She was amazing and fights teeth and nail for me and my children! I highly recommend her for anyone male or female that has custody issues! The worst thing about getting convicted is finding the best lawyer for a good price but luckily I got referred to the Lahood Law Family and I can t thank enough attorney Justin Fowlks for fighting for my sister and I s case. I was looking at serious charges with a maximum of 10 years in my situation. Mr. LaHood explained that his paralegal would rewrite my decree, which was already written by another attorney, to give to opposing counsel and be present for two court hearings to secure my divorce. None of this happened. When trying to contact him and his paralegal by phone or text, my calls and texts were ignored, the staff often covered for them saying they were out of office. Seldom, if ever, were my calls or texts returned. Mr. LaHood did not abide by the contract to have my decree rewritten in my favor, nor did he give good counsel or attend court dates. I would be very wary doing any business with this law office.
