This store manger is horrible. My mother is disabled and was yelled at for using the electric wheelchair in the mall. She had asked an employee if it was ok to take inside the mall and they said yes. When returning the wheelchair and leaving the store the manager started yelling at her and causing everyone to look at them. My mother kept saying I m sorry and left the store in tears. This happened yesterday

I m not sure if this location needs more workers or what. I came inside knowing exactly what I wanted. A pair of Nike Metcons. I went to the shoe station and noticed that no one was there. They had a tablet there that you could use for someone to bring you any pair of shoes you wanted to try on. I filled out all of my information and sat and waited for another 10 mins. No one came so I just left.

Store seemed to be well organized. Harker Heights didnt have my sons size in stock but Richland did so we made the drive. Tim was very friendly and helped me find what I was looking for considering I dont visit this location often. Needless to say we got what we came for and headed out for our sons baseball tourney!

Only two employees scheduled for a Saturday morning there must have been ten customers needing help. We went somewhere else. If you can t schedule for a rush, then you need to find another way to sell shoes that s not dependent on staff.

This place is very slow all around. They only have one or two workers working the floor and you have to scan your shoe to get it brought to you to try on. Me and my son sat for the longest without any help !!!

Unprofessional! We were waiting in line where there were four employees with two employees on the register behind the counter. One employee had a terrible attitude, as she expressed it by throwing things down because she was frustrated. One customer that was getting checked out had to go get her ID, so that left one register open. Eventually, one of the employees went to another register to tend to the line, as it was long. When we finally made it to the counter, I asked the rude employee if she was having a bad day and if she wanted to be there. She replied in a rude tone and said she came in on her day off. The young male was immature, and continued to instigate. Because of her attitude and unprofessional, we returned the shoes that we purchased, and we bought them from Foot Locker. I will not be returning to buy anything from there.

I normally have zero issues at this location, but tonight, I waited in line with no one in front of me for 5 minutes while a guy was behind a register not saying a word. Finally a girl walked up and told him to help me. He did, but himself, the girl and another worker were talking and distracted the whole time. So unprofessional. They talked about co-workers and high school drama and he just handed me to receipt without any verbal communication or anything and turned his back. Seriously, the youth of today need a lesson in professionalism.

Usually I never write reviews but, I went to get some basketball shoes and there was not a very wide selection of shoes. Therefore was forced to get some Gannis immorality s because I don t have very much grip on my old shoes, they messed up and the shoe was a size 12 when I wear a 13 and it said size 13 on the box and when the guy scanned it showed size 13.I then went to pick out some different shoes mind you there is no more size 13 s I had to get a size 14 this time and they were LeBron s it was a $21.65 difference and a guy named Alek offered a compensation since it was there mess up. Then he went to a different register because there where people waiting in line. A different lady came up and said that I have to pay the 21.65.When the guy already said I didn t have to worry about it, so therefore I had to go to my mom for the money.

Dick s bicycle department is extraordinary. Jeff helped me pick out the right bike for me and did a detailed inspection and tightening of entire bike and adjusting. I was so impressed with The bike shop I bought my daughter a bike and this time SHANTELL assisted me. She is the truest bike specialist in every sense of the word. She did an extensive review the bike and did the adjustments until bike was dialed in perfectly. SHANTELL is a professional who is kind and patient. My daughter will be able to stop on a dime and be safe doing it. Thank you Dick s for having such a great staff.

I want to thank David (Assistant Manager for Operations) for his excellent customer service skills. My wife and I purchased a bicycle for each of us at the store. He worked tirelessly with both of us to ensure our bikes were set up in accordance with our personal requirements. When we left the store our bikes were tuned and ready to ride. We both truly appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. In addition, the lady at the check out counter was all about ensuring we were taken care of in a most courteous manner. Overall an excellent shopping experience.

I was accused of stealing while I was in the fitting room trying on a pair of sweatpants. An employee let me in and then called the manager because she thought I was going to put the one item I had into my shopping bag from Pink. They both stood outside of the door waiting on me to come out and gave me a disgusting look. I put the sweatpants back where they belonged and walked out. They were not very friendly to me at all and I did nothing to make them feel the need to keep and eye on me, nor follow me out of the store.

I was looking for some running shoes and I was not able to find my size. I was almost about to give up and go to another store, but then an employee (I wished I remembered his name) told me about ordering online. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. This place is huge for being a small store in the mall I was surprised. I didn t checkout the rest of the store but when I walked in it looked great and nice. Definitely going to buy stuff from here now.
