My boyfriend lost his phone in the ball pit in the morning so we were told to come back before they closed so that they could search for it. When we came back, we searched for it with help and still no luck. We searched for 45 minutes, and then the manager Sam decided to check the cameras before we left to see where it could be, and he ended up finding it! Shout out to Sam for all his great help!!

I do not recommend this place for your childrens party, despite having very bad customer service and if you want to order extra food, you have to wait almost an hour to be able to order, the advertising they have with the unlimited time of stay is a lie, they only give you like 2 and a half hours paying 300dollars, IT IS A COMPLETE ROBBERY

We had our daughter s birthday party here last month and everyone had so much fun that we decided to have our sons party here as well. They took care of everything and made it very easy on us. Zay was our party coordinator. He was wonderful. Very friendly and very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. He did such a great job that we requested him for our second party.

We had my daughter s 3rd birthday here! The place is big and plenty of things to do! However i payed extra for a room and it was so hot! Extremely hot and uncomfortable! So if you have a some what larger group I recommend not wasting your money and get the tables outside of the rooms it s way cooler I promise. The party host was timid and quiet. But other than that, it was fine. My daughter had a blast!

I signed up my son up for a membership at Urban Air and it has been an absolute nightmare. The membership contracts are incredibly shady and they seem to make it impossible to cancel no matter what you do. Customer service is non-existent, and they clearly dont care about their members. It feels like theyre deliberately making it hard to cancel just to keep charging you. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Ubran Air memberships at all costs. If you do just know it will cost you $167 no matter what!

We had our sons 10th Birthday here over the weekend. It was an absolute blast for all the kids! On top of having all the trampolines and ball pit, the sky rider and ropes course put it over the top. We had a private party room with Blake as our host. He was excellent! He made everything a breeze for us so we could relax and enjoy the day with our guests. The kids enjoyed pizzas and as an extra treat the frozen ICEE slushies! We could not be happier with our experience.

My kids went outside for five minutes to walk, and when they went back, the lady wouldn t let them go back in because she was having a bad day. and she said that you re not allowed to return and that it s in the policy and when they looked all through the policy on the website, it was nowhere. My family and I had a good experience at Urban Air overall today. We came because it was a late Christmas gift from our grandparents. There were new attractions that added more fun to a traditional trampoline park. Staff and other visitors were friendly, and we had a great time for a couple of hours. There was one standout that kept this from being a five-star review, however. The employee Benjamin seemed annoyed and uncaring at times, wearing an Airpod the whole time he was on duty. He was catering to a group of young, snobby teens who had made friends with him. He allowed them to ride on the skyride for half an hour, despite my polite asking for myself and two younger siblings to have a turn. The teens were rude to us, and Benjamin claimed he had to stay with them so they were supervised. When we finally did get a turn, he had an angry look in his eye with me. Thankfully it did not ruin the whole experience, it only tainted it. Thank you Urban Air!

I took my large group of students to Urban Air Coppell and it was phenomenal. The staff communicated clearly and well. They were patient and understanding and kind. They answered every question I had and made booking my appointment so easy. When we arrived to play, they were completely ready for us. The staff were friendly and helpful and vigilant. We were never neglected. They were kind to my kids. For the autistic community...Our family has had great interactions with the staff at the Coppell location twice now. I dont know if they specifically do sensitivity training for special needs kids regardless, I was surprised (usually having tense interactions with staff regarding my daughter being on the spectrum) that the young staff was very kind and patient with her. One young man asked if she was autistic, which put me on guard, but then proceeded to tell me that the area she was in was prone to injuries and where it was the safest for her to play. Not that she wasnt allowed in that area but he was genuinely caring. Another young man noticed she was non-verbal and took extra care to help guide her in the rock climbing area. Overall, I think most parents from the autistic community will agree taking our kids to any of these fun centers comes with an added layer of anxiety both for how our kids will be and also the sensitivity of the staff. So thank you for being kind.

If you want your child to endure targeted gender-race based physical attacks and be subjected to a complete lack of safety measures, then Urban Air Trampoline Park in Coppell is the perfect destination for you. Our recent experience hosting a birthday party there on 03/23 was nothing short of a nightmare. The dodgeball arena, devoid of any semblance of safety staff, became a battleground where our girls were relentlessly targeted and pummeled by rowdy individuals. As they ran to us in tears, seeking refuge from the chaos, the Urban Air staffs response was not only belated but utterly ineffectual. Instead of swiftly addressing the situation, they stood by passively, offering no assistance or reassurance. To add insult to injury, we were confronted by an aggressive parent who demanded we leave, while the staff looked on, seemingly amused by the spectacle. This blatant disregard for our safety and well-being is simply unacceptable. And lets not forget about Cody, their so-called Manager, whose incompetence knows no bounds. Despite being the supposed authority figure, he proved to be utterly useless in rectifying the situation or even offering a modicum of support. On the contrary, he threateningly said that he will throw everyone out. In light of these egregious failings, I strongly advise against utilizing this facility. It is abundantly clear that Urban Air Trampoline Park in Coppell prioritizes profit over the safety and comfort of its patrons, particularly its young guests. Save yourself the headache and potential danger and seek entertainment elsewhere.

Urban Air Trampoline Park in Coppell is a prime example of incompetence and disorganization at its finest. From the moment we booked our party, it was evident that there was a glaring disconnect between this location and the individuals responsible for party coordination. Despite making commitments during the booking process, it quickly became apparent that this location had no intention of honoring them. For instance, we had ordered 7 pizzas for our event, and confirmed by the Corporate Office staff that we can place additional orders at the location if required. Upon arrival we were told that they could not add any more. It took an absurd amount of back-and-forth just to secure 7 pizzas, leaving us stressed and flustered right before our guests were set to arrive. This level of unprofessionalism is simply inexcusable. Total lack of co-ordination between the staff at the Coppell location and their Corporate office staff who gives a call to confirm the pizza orders. But the grievances didnt stop there. Despite completing the online waiver process, a supposed time-saving measure, our guests were forced to endure the tedious task of filling out waivers again upon arrival. This not only wasted valuable time but also rendered the online waiver system utterly pointless. Why at all share a link if you do not honor the online process? This blatant disregard for customer convenience and satisfaction is appalling. Its clear that Urban Air Trampoline Park in Coppell is more concerned with cutting corners and maximizing profits than providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for its patrons. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this chaotic mess of a facility at all costs. There are plenty of other venues that actually value their customers and uphold their commitments. Urban Air Trampoline Park in Coppell has failed miserably in delivering on its promises and deserves to be held accountable for its gross mismanagement.

We love this place so much we bought memberships for our kids. We visit every 1-2 weeks. Clean, safe and the staff is friendly. Great for birthdays!! We ve been to a few birthdays here so far. Highly recommend!!

We just had our 3rd birthday party here. My son celebrated his 5th, 7th and now 10th birthday at Urban Air Coppell. We love this park. Its clean, staff is friendly and great! Hunter, our party host was amazing! So easy to have parties here!

So much fun for my kids birthday party! It was perfect for my 10, 9, and 2 year old! We had a blast! The lady who did my kids party wasn t very friendly or punctual that s why I gave 3 stars. Also they don t have a sign saying an attraction isn t open anymore so I waited for an attraction that was already closed. My kids loved it!

Only complaint was how small it was inside. There were people EVERYWHERE and a limited area for play. Kids had a great time, and theres a parent area for sitting.

It s fun to go around and chose any where to go. I hope the restroom and tables area were cleaner and not wet. We also had to skip some attractions from the Ultimate pass because there is low staff. Looking forward to come back to play with improvements! Visited on Weekend

Hands down the best party in experience. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience as party hosts here. My son had his 6th birthday party here and we would absolutely host it here again. We booked a few weeks in advance and the process was clear and easy. Highly recommend paying the up charge for a room - you get a dedicated party manager on the day of, two pizza included, and private dodgeball game. A few days before the event one of the managers (Sam) messaged to confirm the details and was friendly and knowledgeable. On the day of the event, our party manager Madi was top notch. She was friendly, inviting, helpful but not overwhelming. I never needed to look around, when I needed her she was there. She helped serve the pizza and cake, and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I have hosted two birthday parties prior to this one, and this is one to remember. Kids also get a pass to play all day so you don t feel rushed once the party is over. Thank you Urban Air, Madi, and Sam for making this such a great birthday experience!

Then they CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD after they CONFIRM they received your cancellation email! We had my son s Birthday party at Urban Air. It was a hit with our guests and the kids had a blast! Checkin/Checkout was quick. Our party host Maddie was highly efficient - making sure everything was smooth from Setup to Cleanup. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Sam was a great manager at urban air he is one of the best managers then all the other unban air I been to he is very kind and welling to make sure his customers are happy and Sam is very respectful and supportive about his customers and thank you Dakota was my party host he was always coming to the table to make sure everybody and the birthday girl was ok thank you Sam and Dakota y all was the best keep up the good work
