I took my Mom out for lunch at The Terrace on a Tuesday. It wasnt super busy at all. The server was bright and cheerful. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. I enjoyed the chicken lettuce wraps. It was fresh and full of flavor.

I had salad with popcorn shrimp and husband had tilapia plate. The shrimp salad was really good and the shrimp were plentiful and bigger than popcorn size. Talapia was baked with a light breading and served with really good & crispy French fries. Super reasonable prices and good service. My only suggestion is: please turn the music down a notch. It was very loud and hard to carry on a conversation. Otherwise awesome lunch and will be back. 7/24: Tried again. Walked in. Music blaring so walked out. Turn it down folks!!!

I have gone there for along time . And all of sudden, the restuarant is charging 50 cent for a to go cup on a to go order. You just lost my business, I just buy my to go soda at Mcdonalds, they dont charged extra.. And the new waitress was rude and a snub.

There is great potential here! Very chill hang out vibe. The bar food and drinks are creative and tasty. My burger was dry but still had good flavor. That could have just been a one-time thing. The rest of our food was extremely yummy and we will definitely be back to try more stuff.

Good prices, kind servers, but not so good food. Wings were not saucy or crispy- as requested. Tenders and fries tasted as if fried in same oil as seafood. Sandwich was extremely greasy and soggy, falling apart. Chicken fried chicken was dry and chewy. And all of our food was cold. We packed our food as leftovers and fed what we could to a wandering pup.

Hidden Gem of Corpus Christi!! The Terrace was fantastic! Not only was the food fantastic it came out super quick. All of it was well cooked and flavored deliciously. We will be back and I ve already told all of my coworkers about this little place cause no one is talking about it!

There is Good bartenders and then there is Sam. I am an Old Fashion connoisseur and I came in two days in a row and ask for a perfect Old Fashion..... Sam delivered two days in a row not only perfect but consistent. What else can you ask for .... Im happy to find a neighborhood bar where everyone knows your name and makes perfect consistent drinks..... she is so young she didnt know who Sam from Cheers was but who cares as long as she keeps the Old Fashions coming.

New place,,,Lete try it!. It is OK, well attended and lively. They have done a good job of reviving a local that has seen many other eateries gone by. The food was much less than expected. Had seen the pics and was excited but my rib tips were dried and COLD. The fries were very good, kudos. My wifes Terrace burger was sterile, and they even messed up the condiments. My beer was nicely cold and the wine choices were limited. Not inclined to repeat.

The Terrace is a hidden gem. I expected a typical sports bar but got a really GREAT restaurant and bar!! Nice subdued atmosphere...not too loud. Dayana took wonderful care of us, always attentive, friendly and suggesting without being pushy. Food was NOT typical bar and grill fare! I had the beef Fajita steak and wife had the grilled chicken salad and both were restaurant quality and generous portions!..even the sides! My grilled corn was almost as good as my steak! Only drawback is a somewhat hidden location that hasnt had great history for restaurants. DO NOT miss out on this place! Seek it out...you WONT regret it!

Had dinner with the kids. Ordered appetizers and everything was great. Server was very attentive, sweet tea is . Ordered the flat bread pizza, had to order another the kids devoured the first. Kid-friendliness: Took my teens and they loved it. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and shared and they destroyed it. Ordered a couple of their pizzas as well, and was so good.

First time there & will be going back for sure. Melanie, our server was very nice and attentive. The food was really good ( I got the steak lettuce wraps ), so much food to choose from, it was really hard to choose honestly. I love how the drinks had prices by each one so no surprises on how much you were gonna pay for each shot, beer, etc. when you got your ticket. The atmosphere was clean, well-lit, and enough to sit even at the bar. Has about 10 TVs around so anywhere you sit, you can watch whatever is on. Only thing it was missing was loud music playing and pool tables but other than that its still 5 !! Go by and see for yourself, you wont be disappointed. Parking: Small parking space in front but plenty in the rear of the building. Kid-friendliness: Have kid menu Wheelchair accessibility: Wide enough for wheel chair to get through

Went in on a Saturday mid afternoon. Set at the bar. The bartender was super friendly and recommended everything on the menu. I was impressed. I settled on the Terrace Burger. It was delicious, great flavor, bun and all. Atmosphere was on point. Will be going back.

Me and a buddy always go there for wings. The wings are solid. Great selection of flavors, crispy, right amount of sauce. The atmosphere is great. The bar looks brand new, well lit, and the waitresses are all very friendly young women. The owner is almost always there. Every sporting event available is on TV, with no fluff or filler on any television. Almost any sport you want is available, and if you dont have that sport on TV. Ask the staff. They WILL find it... I do not have a bad thing to say about this place. Its always a good time. Always a good atmosphere. A great place to eat, and a great place to be. Great for sporting events. if you havent been there, you should go.

Party of 9: Went to the weekend Grand Opening of, The Terrace Restaurant Bar. Family friendly, nice environment, very easy to see any game or TV events no matter how youre seated or what angle. Its beautiful in there. Terrace Restaurant, youd think, nice restaurant. Its more of a clean sports bar. The appetizers are to die for. Perfectly on point, yes, we tried a good number of them. Wings, absolutely amazing good variety of sauces. Big wings, tender, and cooked properly. Fried pickles, cheese sticks, popcorn chicken, sliders oh my! Wife loved them. Fries are pretty good from the group I was with (celebrating bday). Yes, you can bring cake and presents . For the main entrees, burgers, steak ribeyes, and St Louis ribs, yep, had all those too and more. Sadly, a different story. Mind you, this is during their second day of their official Grand Opening. I will try them again later in the future, hopefully the kinks will be worked out. Service : It was clear they were understaffed. We were seated very quickly. Ordered appetizers, no problem, that was great. Main courses sporadically took between 30 min to an hour. No joke, we stayed for 2.5 hours. Reason Im bringing this up, from beginning to end we all ordered our drinks and for me it took until the very end of 2.5 hours later did I finally get it after asking 4 times, four. As did others and other tables had the same issue. When I was asked if I would like anything, I shook my head and looked them right in the eyes and said, No, no I guess I dont. Ribs : Im sure it would have been better. The ribs were tough, flash cooked, burnt and they likely hoped theyd save it by dousing in bbq sauce and was way too much, she said it was inedible and couldnt finish. As others have commented in other reviews, it is like tough beef jerky, re-microwaved and drowned with BBQ sauce. It was like watching National Geographic and a lion trying to tear apart its prey. Burger : Their signature Terrace Burger, the picture and description sounded great and looked mouth watering but unfortunately terrible and inedible, couldnt get a full bite in and I love burgers. Maybe it was a prop for Mattel or Fisher-Price toys kitchen set. The bun was stale and rubbery as if it was in put in a microwave. Tasteless burger that was also overdone, the burger itself was big with a tiny tomato that covered 1/8 of the sandwich (TX Size bun with one of the tiniest Roma tomato slices, likely meant for the sliders) and a shriveled half piece lettuce to boot. Two pickles dead center of the bun. Something Id expect to see at McDonalds, but not for $15, yes, $15 burger. Sounded amazing, execution & taste not so much. Steak : The steak was unfortunately also overdone and not how the person ordered it, beyond well done vs medium rare. Flavoring was reported good, but the steak was not. Tough cut, rough. He wasnt able to eat it. Might have used it for beef jerky. They are also having conflicting pricing, between their FaceBook, the menu pics I took in the restaurant, the posters plastered all over their walls with advertising vs. what they actually charge you. For example, Michelob Ultra, one person ordered, $1. Yes $1. However was charged $5 per. Okay, changed that ticket. Then the wings, also overcharged, changed ticket again. So, watch your receipts. Too much confusion on what actual pricing is, four different prices for the same items. I believe this a good place that will be great! Unknowledgeable staff not knowing what they have or pricing of certain items such as menu for oysters and other Market Priced items. Marketing, advertised pricing is confusing and I hope they can fix the communication between their staff members, the customers and get on the same page. Maybe seriously revamp their pricing and the menu, if you cant cook overpriced ribs, steaks and burgers that are worse than going around the corner ordering McRibs, change it. Appetizers are fantastic. Atmosphere & environment are welcoming. Seating is great and spacious. Please give these folks a try.

Went for lunch on 12/20/23. The food was filling and pleasing to look at. The loaded fries were plentiful, and the chicken quesadilla were well seasoned, hearty portions, and tender. The waitress seemed preoccupied with a couple just to my right. She seemed new. Overall the lunch was a hit.

No sound deadening anywhere, so the place is extremely noisy, even if there arent many people. It was a slow night, but they got the order wrong for one in my party. My bacon-wrapped shrimp was over-cooked. Really slow on the tea refills. Really slow to get the check to us.

I ordered the St. Louis Ribs and double order of green beans. Hannah had the Terrace Burger, sans buns. It came out to around 50 dollars. The ribs were tender and tasty. They were slathered with too much barbecue sauce which isn t my style. I d order them again with sauce on the side. The green beans impressed me as they were seasoned and caramelized. Hannah said her bunless burger was thick and flavorful, cooked medium well. Parking: Parking along Alameda lot or lot on Doddridge. Plenty of parking.
