Ive been going to this facility for over 7 years. Even after moving to another location, I continue driving here because of the exceptional care I receive. Dr. Anju is fantastic knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. She listens carefully and answers all my questions thoroughly. Archie at the front desk is also very helpful with scheduling appointments, check-in, and answering all my questions and concerns. Highly recommended!

Avoid this place if possible. They lost my bloodwork the first visit I had with them. You constantly have to play phone tag with them to schedule an appointment, sometimes 24+ hours before they return your call. I called 3 days straight to get a very much needed prescription refilled, and they told me they would call the pharmacy. Then after it s supposedly called in to the pharmacy, I get a phone call saying it had been too long since I d had a visit, even though I d been calling for over a week trying to schedule an appointment. Extremely poor communication and very unorganized.

This clinic is the best place, as I have seen good team work throughout. I have been to the clinic for my parents. The front desk to the provider Anju Laxman is compassionate and knowledgeable. Visited for the first time last week, and the staff was the friendliest people I ve had the pleasure to meet. Peggy was extremely helpful and polite on my first visit. After my follow up, Archie assisted me and, again, she was very personable and helpful. The Nurse Practitioner, Anju, was very knowledgeable, patient and very down to earth. 10/10. I ll be back here!

I have been seeing Anju for a long time I like her so much I come a long way to see her she is AMAZING!!! She Listens and always gives you her full attention she genuinely cares! I started my weight loss journey with her she was sure to explain everything to me and what I should do! If I could give zero stars, I would. I had the worst experience in this clinic over an annual check up that took place 6 months ago. I was told it was going to be FULLY covered by my insurance just to end up receiving multiple bills indicating that I owe money. I was sent to another clinic for more testing over my history and I was also told by the Dr that seen me, that it would be covered just so I can end up paying $50. i also had follow ups done and I was also told they were covered and only needed co-pay and I ended up with more bills in my mail. Remind you, I was told it was covered and only needed to pay my co-pay. The bill came out to be nearly $340 and when I brought it to their attention, they weren t willing to take accountability for their mistake. When I visited the clinic two days ago, I was told ill get a call from the manager and I never did. So, I called yesterday..they told me she left early, I called today..and I get completely avoided. I highly do NOT recommend this clinic, they will misinform you and you ll be receiving these surprise bills . As you can see, someone else had to go through the same thing 2 months ago.

Do not use this medical practice! I made an appointment here via BCBS. That was a huge mistake. When I called to make an appointment they said my insurance would cover everything for my annual. I made my appointment for 3/29. Got my bloodwork done. Didn t receive any results. So I kept calling every week for three weeks and they said they didn t have any results yet. Since I cancelled my follow up appointment they would not give me results. Now I receive a bill from quest diagnostic for they bloodwork that the doctor said was covered. Apparently I have abnormal results!!! I asked the doctor about it. The doctor said too bad unless I want to pay out of pocket for another appointment. They didn t disclose anything like this when I made the first appointment. Oh yeah and they charged my insurance $1600 for an annual visit! This should be illegal. I don t recommend this place at all!!

I chose North Houston Family Medicine - Conroe, for my immigration exams. They lost my blood samples twice and I had a delay of almost 1 month in this time-sensitive matter. I requested a refund and went to another place that had everything ready in 4 days. They offered me a refund in 3-5 business days. This is day #10 and Im still waiting for my refund. I cannot complain about the front office employees they seem to be doing everything they can.

Pleasantly surprised by how great they were here! I wasn t able to get ahold of them through a phone call, so I walked in and scheduled an appointment for later that day. Christine and Archie were so helpful at the front and with check in. Rebecca was wonderful with patient care and a speedy, but thorough exam. Picked this office because of proximity to my house, but will definitely be using them again because of their friendliness and welcoming office! Thanks ladies!

So I was on this clinic yesterday, and diagnosed with covid 19. New set of doctors and nurses/ medical assistants. Dr. Huey didn t prescribe me with anything to manage my symptoms. I even asked about paxlovid or antibiotics for my symptoms but he said it s viral and no prescription for that. I was told by one of the nurses that if my symptoms get worse, just call the clinic. I called today 4:38pm and clinic closes at 5:30. The nurse told me that the doctor has left 11am today and will be back on Monday. I asked if he can page or send a message to the doctor. The nurse said she can but still it will be seen on monday. So the nurse is trying to tell me to just deal with my symptoms over the weekend and will be taken care of monday? The fact that I was seen yesterday, done 3 tests: flu, strep, covid, and didn t prescribe anything for my sore throat/ mild cough. Dr. Huey just told me to rest. Really? Me and my husband have been coming to this clinic for years since it s within our neighborhood, but with the new management and staff, I find them very incompetent. This is very unacceptable to me. I also worked in a medical/ health industry, I don t treat my patients this way. NHFM- no empathy at all. You don t even deserve a one star but no option for zero

All I can say is, have your insurance verify if you are covered or not- not them. I was straight up lied to and told I was in-network and covered. I never go to a doctor without having all of that verified first. Now I have a $1000 bill for two, ten minute office visits that could ve been calls and am being told they don t even take BCBS.

My husband went in for chest pain he has been having for the past three years, with still no luck finding the cause. They took the same blood tests he has already had, charged $2,000 even though I was told they took our insurance (blue cross blue shield). Never got the results of those blood tests. Needed a doctors note as we had to cancel a trip we no longer feel comfortable with going on because of his current health, and they completely refused to write one. I honestly cannot believe the audacity.

Still haven t gotten my results. Came here over 2 months ago for my annual checkup and saw Anju Laxman. She was very nice and professional. Got some blood drawn for lab work. Also, she recommended that I do a brain scan exam that they have here as I told her about my insomnia; came back later in the same week and a tech did the brain scan for me. I was told by her during my checkup that I should have my result in a week. Week later, 2 weeks later, no call. After 2 - 3 weeks, I tried calling the office and the line was repetitively busy. A week later (now a month after my visit), they called me and scheduled me for a virtual call several days later to go over my results with Anju. The day & time of my appointment, I didn t get a single call or anything. A few days ago (now 2 months after my visit), I decided to visit them in person to get my results since I can t seem to get a virtual call. I went on my lunch from work, got there at 12:02 (exact time). The door was locked with a note that they take lunch from 12 - 1pm. I wasn t about to sit there for an hour so I just left. I was excited when I first met with Anju and thought I found a new doc but seeing as how they don t even value their patients enough to follow up with them on their results, there s no way I can recommend this office!

Excellent service! I moved in the area recently and I needed a provider to refill my prescriptions. I found this facility online. I called to setup an appointment and I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism they showed from that first phone call. The provider Mrs. Anju Laxman is a consummate professional ladies and gentlemen. She took the time to explain answer in detail every question I had regarding my health issues making me feel that my input is very valuable in developing a plan of care that fits me the best. UPDATE: knowing my medical history of migraines they still prescribed me medicine that my new doctor said should NEVER EVER be prescribed to someone with migraines because it increases the risk of STROKE!!! Do not go here. Usually pretty good. Very personable staff and get you in and out quick. Today though, I had to get a prescription renewal so I made an appointment for today at 2pm and got the confirmation and everything. Walk up and the Open sign is on but all the lights in the waiting area are off and the door is locked. I waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. I called and it went to answering machine. I needed to get in today because I have a very busy schedule and my prescription is going to run out in a couple days. I m very disappointed that I wasted my time to show up at a locked and empty office.

I went for an urgent/emergency care for my big toe pain which appeared overnight. I did not have any insurance but the front desk two nice gentlemen took really good care from the very beginning, they were very professional and jolly at the same time, took my diversions off from my pain. Afterwards after checking in the Indian Nurse Practitioner, really admire me, she helped me in every aspect, professionally as well as medically. By the time I get out, my pain was long gone. I am very grateful that we have such an awesome medical facility where I would love to bring in my family in time of needs and get the best possible treatment under a suitable budget.

Only positive thing is that it is very easy to get in and be seen. Dr. Groning doesn t pay attention to the patient as he is too busy clicking in the chart. Also, he NEVER calls the pharmacy back for refills!!! He won t write refills on the script but won t call the pharmacy back...terrible!!!
