From the beginning, Sean and his team explained the process of a wrongful death caused by medical malpractice lawsuit in great detail and about Texas Law for these types of cases. Sean is extremely knowledgeable and his passion for his work is very evident. Sean treated me with respect and I appreciated his honesty, and he made himself available when I had specific questions or concerns. The level of professionalism this law firm displayed while handling my case was phenomenal! Not one time during the entire process did I feel like I was in the dark, they kept me updated on the entire process and patiently explained anything I did not understand. The entire staff is friendly and professional and showed genuine interest in my case. Even when I was personally unable to meet with them while still in the hospital, they made accommodations to insure the entire process went smoothly. Undergoing a legit medical malpractice can be painful, stressful and frustrating, however having the Lyons&Lyons law firm fight for us and guide us through the entire process made everything manageable. Sean Lyons was there for me when no one else would take my case. He recognized the egregiousness of the circumstances of my situation and set about to help me right a wrong. He encouraged me to stick with it when I was discouraged but never tried to force me into a decision I was not comfortable with. While I cant get into the specifics of my case and the ultimate disposition because of confidentiality agreements, I can say I was more than satisfied with the outcome and wouldnt hesitate recommending Sean for your legal needs if your situation warrants. He understands what constitutes medical malpractice and what it takes to prove. This is a highly specialized area of law and one that requires an attorney with the experience and results that he continues to have. Thank you Sean for everything!

When we first started looking for a lawyer, Lyons & Lyons was our absolute first choice. After just one meeting with Sean, me and my husband knew we would be working with good people .
