I went just as the area was beginning to fill with Cowboys and Saints fans on September 15th. So, I stopped after early morning grocery shopping....been wanting to try them out for years. The people were super friendly and my food was so good, especially those crinkled sweet potato fries. I truly enjoyed my Impossible Burger (420-550 cal for those who may have wanted to know).

5 starts all around! I had an issue with an UberEats order and although the issue was unable to be resolved through UberEats, the manager invited me into this location to make sure I was taken care of (even though they weren t at fault). I was unable to go get my food that same evening but the restaurant accommodated my schedule and I was able to go a few days later. I called ahead and spoke to the owner and my food was ready when I got there. We decided to dine in and had a very pleasant experience. The cashier was smiling and greeting us as soon as we walked in and the owner was walking around and making sure everyone was okay. The restaurant was clean, there were TVs for entertainment, and there was a wide variety of items to choose from. I definitely recommend dining here (also, they have the BEST impossible burger I ve ever had).

Food is good, but not great. I can go many other places for something comparable or better, especially for the price. Definitely not fast food We waited OVER 40 minutes for our order. Not worth it. Won t be back anytime soon. TOURISTS AND VISITORS If you are in town for a game, concert, Six Flags or whatever and are looking for something fast beforehand DON T COME HERE. Wait time was extremely long. $60 dollars for burger and fries wow. I guess the location by AT&T station really inflated the prices. Fries was very good, only to be lukewarm when my food was brought out. The burger was underwhelming and seemed to be very dry. I expected a moist burger. I feel sorry for the sweet elderly lady bringing people food out. The music was so loud, she was struggling to project her voice to serve people. I understand people have to work, but she could have been a greeter at least. I dont mind paying for my food, but at least put your best foot forward when serving people for their hard earned devalued dollar. First impression and wasted an opportunity to get another potential loyal customer. The Impossible burger was like eat on cardboard box. My sister ate three bites and had to throw the burger away unfortunately! Oh by the Sprite was amazing!!

First off.....HUGE FAN OF FATBURGER Second.....Please Pass on the place Placed online order, arrived about 5 to 8 minutes prior to designated pick up. Restaurant was not busy. Went to counter and said I was picking up on online order and gave them my name. 2 people were at the counter, manager and fairly new hire. Told it would be about 10 minutes. Was not offered my drink at this point. 15, then 20 and then 25 minutes go by. Finally manager is at counter again. I ask again for my order. He literally told me that lots of people come in claiming to be picking up online orders....I had no reply, I just stood there. He finally looked into the system and saw my order and told the kitchen to get it out. Now 45 minutes later, no order. I asked the kitchen staff about my order and they told me there was nothing showing on their screen. I ask manager again to check on my order. He prints out the order and hands it to the kitchen. Still no one has even suggested that I might enjoy my drink while waiting. Finally, after waiting more than an hour I am handed a cup and my order. I open the bag and my onion rings were not inside. Kitchen stated they do not cook onion rings. But no one offered a replacement....not even the manager. I stood there and requested a refund, manager would not and only said would you want a frozen dessert? I agreed and left. The food was subpar for FB standards. I travel for a living and know what their food should taste like....this was not even close. Would NEVER RECOMMEND

Simply put don t come here and don t place an online order. Don t get me wrong they may get it right or you may end up in my position. I Waited almost an hour for 3 shakes. I Was told they were working on them but the blenders were not on the whole time I waited. Asked on the status once again and being worked on was the response, after my third status update they realized the shakes were already made a long time ago and they were in the cooler and at this point melted. They still needed to make my 3rd shake and credit to the staff it was nice and fresh but they got the flavor wrong (I didn t even care at this point) they remade the melted ones but the 3rd freshly made one was already melted by then too. Again you may not experience this or you may that s the gamble. please do not come here , from the lack of communication to getting orders incorrectly. Me and my family went to the restaurant to dine in, we placed an order that was almost 70 dollars just to get this horrible experience.. we asked for sweet potato fries and got the complete opposite as well , I ordered my chicken wings well done and they weren t even fully cooked. On top of that the burgers tasted like Whataburgers so really don t even waist your time . Fun place. Great ordering system with an enthusiastic and happy counter professional. I had the regular fat burger meal and really liked the burger and the fries. The burger itself was cooked to perfection and quite tasty. Fresh veggies and a delicious bun. The fries are excellent, better than just about any others out there. Lightly seasoned and crispy like a good fry should be. The service was top notch. Its great to be in a restaurant full of happiness.

Great customer service. This was my first time going here and the lady were amazing. Always walking by asking if we need anything. Food was great. The hamburger was very tender with a nice flavor. Wings were crispy on the outside and real tender on the inside. Definitely coming back for the triple king challenge.

Came in here a few days ago for my very first time with my son and was greeted as soon as i walked in. Ms Nichole is such a sweetheart and a thrill to talk too. She introduced me to the menu with a smile on her face the whole time. She even noticed my son looking at the cookies and bought him one with her own money. This place is so great! The food is crazy good and the service is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and I can t stress enough that the food is so good. The day we went Dee, Kendall, Jared, Lamar and DJ were just a few of the people helping us and they were wonderful! They actually have a large vegan selection including vegan shakes in 4 flavors.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! We got super lucky to have been helped by Maisha. She made us feel right at home. Took the time to explain the menu - no rush. She always had a smile on while taking our order. I felt super welcomed by her! To our surprise she is the owner of the Franchise, her staff is definitely lucky to have a leader like that. I can for my birthday and she gave me a shake on the house. This was my first time at any Fatburger location, and they did not disappoint! The burger was juicy. The patty was cooked just right, and the veggies were fresh. The fries were good but the watermelon lime refrescas was 10/5 easily! Parking: There is shopping center parking available as well as a gravel lot to park in. Even on a busy day/night, I dont imagine they have issues with places to park.

Went here for lunch and got a burger and onion rings to go, enjoyed the flavor of the burger but did not like the little squirt of mayo that was put on the sandwich, I would recommend spreading mayo on the bun, this seems to an issue at restaurants, ill know from now on to ask for extra mayo so the correct amount will be on the burger,I had to end up putting more on my burger when I got home cause the burger was dry, did not like the onion rings the crust was falling off the onion, I tried to put them in the air fryer to give them a better crust

I placed an online order. 2 combos for $45 bucks (very expensive for overcooked hamburgers). The order wasnt ready by the pick-up time. One milkshake was frozen, meaning it wasnt freshly made, and the hamburgers were overcooked = dry meat and burned patties edges. Its not worth that price!
