This was for a bday party for kids age range 6-17 this past weekend and they had a blast. I could not keep them off of the purple crush water slide even long enough to sing happy birthday. Set up and take down was quick and I didn t do any of it. Scale of 0-10 I give them hands down 20 we will definitely rent again in the near future. Thank you guys for being so helpful through the process.

We rented the Blue Lagoon obstacle course from The Backyard Jump for our companys grand opening, and it was an absolute delight! Justins prompt response and availability reassured us from the start. The entire process was smooth, timely, and thoroughly professional. What stood out was Justins proactive communication. He reached out ahead of the event, confirming details and coordinating delivery and pickup timings. On the day of the event, he and his son arrived punctually, set up the obstacle course quickly and efficiently, and let us know they were just a call away for pickup. True to their word, Justin and his team were back within 10 minutes of our call to dismantle and pack everything up seamlessly. Backyard Jumps fantastic service exceeded our expectations. From their incredibly fast reply throughout our conversations, to them arriving exactly on time and setting everything up perfectly! I cannot say enough great things about them! What a great experience. Found this company on the Internet, selected the waterslide I wanted, set the date and time and paid for it. Received a very fast confirmation text and I was all set. This was for a Fourth of July party with a bunch of kids, so it needed to be reliable and cool. And it was all of that and more. Set up was a breeze, they walked me through how it worked, and what I needed to do at the end of the day. Pick up was equally smooth and quick.
