The idiots who built this place managed to place 4 out of 5 benches in the sun with no shade. Its west texas its get up to over 100 here.. the play area was decent for the kids.

Despite the water receding, it was rather relaxing. Well, minus the loud and super annoying swing that needs some oil or something, but when ever a kid gets on it and starts to swing.. nails on a chalkboard. Overall, the park is clean and quiet. Though a walking path would be a great addition.

What a fun park - well kept and lived seeing the ducks around. It felt like a private park as nobody else was here, of course it was pretty cold that day. We just took our dog for a walk around the water. Looking forward to returning after its warmer.

Me and my children call this the evil park. My poor kids ran out expecting to play and we re covered in stickers. How in the world are there so many goat heads in ROCKS! Rocks ! The play area for children were completely swarmed with stickers. My son fell and caught himself with his hands. HORRIBLE we ll never come back.

Is spacious park with large lake. Brand new picnic tables and grills make this an ideal place to bring the family for lunch. Large lake is filled with ducks and geese that love to be fed. There are covers over the picnic tables and several large trees for shade. Theres a small play area for children. Well cared for and tidy.

Great play area for little kids! My girls are 2 and 3 and had a blast! I highly recommend bringing the kiddos here! There is also a pond with lots of ducks to feed. Is very clean area and looks very nice. Tons of parking and lots of types of birds and ducks

The city needs to up date the, park by adding more tables,a basketball court and making the lake larger. We have alot of children and there is,a home for battered women who visit the park. It would be nice to have a track around the park!!!!!

I live in this neighborhood and you destroy the water supply to this playa lake when you installed the drain system now there is no longer any good fishing for my grandchildren as there was when my children were little I pray for another 12 inches of rain to come That area is so large the playa lake could have been dug deeper but those are just opinions of the other generation and who cares about the geese and the ducks and turtles that are living on very low water levels

Earl Crow is a place close by, its not so bad if you like lookin at the sky. Whenever I go Im always alone so I feed the ducks that call it their home. If I only had a pole Id sure like to fish, if a star falls soon Ill make it my wish. Sometime theres a dog there who just roams free, Im definitely more afraid of him than he is of me.

A small playa lake, great for feeding the ducks and geese, close to Tinsletown and Grocery stores. so if you must wait for showtime or need to run the kiddos before shopping it is a nice play place. Not crowded and great place to walk the dog. They have one of the old Gametime Spring four seat animal rocking seesaw playground equipment pieces from the 1960s. Dont know real name lol Real swings that go high and one of the regular climbing gyms available all over. Covered Picnic Tables

Super dirty! Was trash everywhere mostly in the sand and play area. Some the ducks around there look super sick to. And were some really sketchy people there pretty sure were doing drugs in parking lot just feet away from kids at play ground.

Earl Crow park is a pretty nice park. As with most places in Lubbock, it lacks grass in spots. There are a lot of ducks here year-round, and theyre always hungry, so bring the kids and bread. Beware, the water is very dirty, much like the rest of the park ponds in town. During certain times of year, hundreds and sometimes even thousands of Canadian geese stop in here for a rest.
