9/22/24 Target discounted and sold defective Cheez-it s. The packaging seal was not properly sealed so the chips were stale as shown in photos. Very disappointing that Target would cut their losses and sell stale chips at a discounted rate instead of sending back to the manufacturer. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and BBB.

This is my favorite target to shop at cause of proximity and cleanliness. They had a new layout change over the last year and it does make more sense than the previous layout. My only drawback going here is lately there have been lots of stray shopping carts in the parking lot and on medians cause of lazy shoppers. These carts don t get collected quick enough and I am always bringing or collecting extra ones to be able to park and or make sure they don t run into my car.

Cashier was not helpful at all in locating a simple AT&T prepaid phone card even though they were hanging on her gondola and in every checkout lane across the front. Might have been a racial thing, who knows.

I m not sure who thought it was a good idea to place Sophie into a lead position but they made a terrible mistake. I went to the customer service counter to do an exchange and received nothing but rejection. She wouldn t even scan my wallet to search if items were purchased, she told me I would have to search all 100+ receipts myself. When I asked her why she was talking to me like that she responded that s the way I m going to talk to you . When I walked away another customer stopped me and said they had an issue with her recently as well. I eventually went to the manager on duty (thank God for Mayra) and she did the exchange with no issue. Please get Sophie some customer service training or get her out of there, she s giving Target a Walmart experience.

The Target in Cedar Hill TX is the go to place. The tecs that set up my new phone with Consumer Cellular was very knowledgeable, polite and funny. This store was very clean and orderly. I recommend this Target location the best in Texas.

Horrible customer service. The self check out employee was very rude. Grabbed my minor sons wallet and purchase and rushed him away from the self check out. We quickly moved and she called us back to get our change. The self check out employees excuse was she had a long line so she needed us to move fast. Ill be reporting her to corporate for placing her hands on my son and his stuff.

This store just doesn t compare to the ones further north. Good luck with your drive-up orders. They will say low stock 6 available, select a more expensive option or delete the item only to actually be in stock when I walk to verify on a hunch! I just don t understand how this keeps happening and good luck getting anyone to answer any extension. They will just hang up on you. Smooth target real smooth.

Our experience at the Starbucks in CEDAR HILL was our worst one yet. The employees were beyond unprofessional and quite immature in their actions. They were more concerned with shrugging shoulders and giving attitude than they were with providing good customer service. As someone that frequents Starbucks, almost daily and to a fault, I found the actions of these employees quite reprehensible. However, the manager was kind and beyond professional, and she took time to speak with us and to give us the opportunity to speak to the horrendous and unwarranted treatment we received. I hope this situation will be given the attention it deserves and needs.

had a terrible experience with self check out employee Kristina, was in the register & wanted to void out an item, pressed need assistance & employee was on her personal device, ( not the zebra ) & was conversating with another employee. I waited enough & decided to move register, once she realized she came up to my friend & i & said there was no need to move register & got super defensive once i advised her we waited enough, in which she said you could have asked in which i replied you didn t see the light blinking & proceed to ask where the voided item was but we had already put it back in its place and she asked in rudely manner. I love target and this one especially because it is a super target, but today was the second time the same worker was just walking around with a broom and as soon as he saw me walk in he stopped sweeping and would follow me and sweep some where I was and keep following me, the first time he did this I was with my friend and he followed us the entire time in the store, even to self check out. After being basically stalked around the store i stopped and just stared at him until he went away. It made me feel very uncomfortable, just a warning if anyone else has the same experience.

Shopped in store yesterday and had the absolute most uncomfortable experience there. I stopped by at Ulta & it definitely was evident that this store has a shoplifting problem by the way they were following me around. Employee literally followed me around like I was a delinquent and I didn t know they had a policy where you couldn t leave the Ulta with their products. I tried to walk over to the Elf aisle which is only one aisle over and the lady snatched my product out of my basket as i was walking over to the aisle and said she could hold it for me. Mind you she was very quick to follow me and take it out of my basket without even asking. 2 minutes later , I went back and paid for it. I understand maybe some precautions need to be taken to prevent their shoplifters , but I believe I was targeted and it was very uncomfortable. Store needs to work on that.

Quick & Easy Order & Pick Up from out of town. Loving couple were days away from delivery of the their second addition to their family. Registry was giving the blues; got creative and googled exact registry selection online and ordered. Called staff to confirm & in 2hrs it was ready. Target is a quick place to stop by to buy food items for dinner after work. The store doesnt have trash and garbage spread all around the store. No empty packages from stolen items are hiding behind product on the Shelfs. The entrance sidewalk is clean with no receipts or trash blowing around. I usually wait in the car while my boyfriend goes into the store due to social anxiety but this one time I went in with him and the employees were anything but mean and intimidating. Very respectful and very kind. Customer service I give 100% my boyfriend sells collectable toys and he found the toy he needed immediately. Well kept store and very professional staff. Keep up the good work!!!

I went to target for only 2 things but knowing me I walked to the baby area to see what I can buy my son and I saw a car seat that I have been wanting for 107.99 so I got it had the name evenflo on the bottom tag so I got one I went to check out and it rang for 329.99 so I told the girl that I saw it for 107.99 and showed her the picture she didn t know much so I told her it s okay I ll pay and go to the service desk which I tall guy started to help me out i explained to him that I saw this item for 107.99 and showed him the picture and he went to check it out and he said it was in the wrong spot that he could not do that price so I told him that s not okay it s not my fault the employees put the item in the wrong spot he said he was sorry that he could not do it so i returned the item and left and I will not return to that target anymore.

I placed an order at 4PM and was given an ETA of 6 to 7 PM. It is now 9:47PM and I havent received my groceries. I am unable to cancel because the order states the shopping is complete. At this point it seems like they stole my money. The majority of my items were canceled and the replacements for others are nonsensical. Save yourself the trouble and do not order from this location. You may have better luck shopping in the store but after this experience I doubt it.

This is my favorite location to patronize. The inventory I desire is usually in stock and it s always clean (except for the area by the women s dressing room). Things are still being organized after the remodel so things have changed. I do not understand why advertise products and then when it doesn t ring out probably they don t adjust it properly. How does it refund me less then what I paid for and rering with the right price and I m now paying more then that They gave me as a return.

Did a target pick up and once home I noticed I was missing 2 items. I called many times, but no answer from customer service. My disabled husband went to obtain the 2 items, which were milk. Once there he was told if he wanted them he needed to go get them himself. He expressed he wasnt able to walk and was told to take an electronic cart. If thats not the worst customer service. Since it was previously a drive up! Our kids needed the milk, if not i would have asked for a refund.Not sure who is in charge in the evening but the crew now is not what it used to be. Not ADA complaint! Will be calling xorporate in the morning.

If yall dont want to work and just chit chat we wouldnt come at all, I went there to buy one thing and the person in charge of the technology section wouldnt show up at all. We went to the front for assistance and they told us theyll send someone there and it took him almost an hour to show up and to put cherry on top he was talking to other customer that wasnt even about the product that he needed. It was disappointing and unprofessional for that employee to do that. Hopefully next time I go everything is talked with that employee.

This target has improved a lot over the last few years. It was struggling with messy aisles, poor merchandise selection and rude employees but they have really turned it around. I love how they added an Ulta inside and the store stays stocked now. They must have had a change in management or something, but whatever they did they really improved. I almost gave up on this target but I m glad they got it together!

If you re looking for consistent disappointment in customer satisfaction, this is the place for you! They never answer the phones, customer service is lacking in professionalism, patience, and a people-first attitude. I d recommend elsewhere such as the Grand Prairie or Mansfield target.
