I ordered a bowl for delivery from this location a few days ago, and it was fantastic. I would have preferred the steak to be cooked a bit more, but I ll give the cook an 8/10 because everything I requested was spot on, and the flavor was exactly what I wanted.

Forced to eat out because GP has no water and I am so happy I picked Genghis! Arturo was amazing. Our takeout was delicious, plenty of sauces, AND chopsticks! Ill be back voluntarily. Thanks for being open when everyone else had to close.

I payed for my order today 5/30/24 @5:15 at the bar. There were two white girls. One with dark hair (who was a server that took my order) and one with blonde hair & a dark stripe (who was the bartender). I could tell the server was a little frustrated but I ll give her grace because she didn t look like she had much help. I asked the server about a drink at the bar and she pointed and showed me who to ask for drinks. The bartender tells her I ll just tell you how to and you make it and the server said no. As she should because she had tables & that s not her position. She walks away. So the bartender continues to sit and I said I would only be getting a shot not a mixed drink. So she yells out to the sever see you can make that, it s simple so I asked if you guys carried wine and she said no. So eventually she gets up and leaves the bar area and never comes back to ask if I wanted anything (which I did). The sad part is I ve worked at plenty of restaurants and clubs, I would ve ordered my drink and tipped you well but that s your loss baby. Terrible customer service. And to top it off I get home and my noodles were HARD AF. The only thing good about the meal was the flavor. Between GP and Arlington idk who has the worst customer service but yall are neck and neck. 2 stars just because I like the flavor other than that the texture of the noodles & chicken (drunken noodles) were terrible. Oh and I paid for extra noodles, so yeah I m annoyed.

Silvia is the absolute BEST waitress ! She def needs a raise, she is a one woman band. I mean - Taking orders - seating guests - serving food and drinks - busting tables I mean talk about a hard working woman!!! Our first time trying out this restaurant and she made it to be the best experience for us. The only reason I gave the food 4 stars is because the egg rolls are tiny and have no flavor . Ive never experienced disappointment with the level of severity that this restaurant just gave me. I love going to Genghis Grill and hadnt been in a while, so I thought, Why not go? However, once I got there, I Iearned that they removed any noodles as options for a base on their custom bowls. When I inquired after this, the server said, Since we sell so much [noodles], we added them to the line so that customers arent charged more. So, to have noodles now, you have to add them to your bowl, which decreases the amount of room for food you have [the add-ins] and means you dont get a base. What is this logic?? If they were selling more noodles, why take them away as an option?? Why make the customers reduce their number of add-ins in order to get their preferred base?? Needless to say, this was very annoying and disappointing to find out and, honestly, makes me rethink ever coming back. It wasnt helped by the fact that the servers wouldnt come over to take my order. The hostess had to be flagged down in order to get anything done.

I went here for lunch with my mother and sister as new comers. Our waitress was horrible we informed her that we was new comers and asked how do it usually go, she couldn t gives us answers and made us figure it out. Once we got to the line to pick our ingredients that we wanted we asked if there was trays we could use our bowls everyone acted as if they didn t know anything. Once we finally got to the end where they make our bowls. They gave us the complete wrong order and we had to go thru the line again to redo everything. We never got our appetizers till we was fed up on asking them for it. They ended up giving it to us when we was leaving. They wasn t busy 2 employees was sitting down talking and laughing it up and our waitress was just standing around n walking around blinding. They gave it the wrong food twice. Then the cooks gave us attitude when we had so many problems with the food and service. The restaurant was empty except 1 other family who also had problems but there were smart enough to leave before their food came out. The crazy part is 3 employees chased after their car to take a picture of their license plate after they refused to pay because there was paper in their appetizer. 1 employe chasing them was our waitress and that s the only time she had Focus on something and pep in her step. I highly don t recommend eating here. The bill wasn t worth it for the food and service.

I never though this would happen to me. I have been dining at the Genghis Grill chain for years now and have been a loyal customer because I love getting the food here. A friend of mine who used to work here told me to be careful because of the unsanitary conditions in the back and how they have seen maggots in some of the food. I order the largest bowl Genghis can offer and for starters they barely even filled it up, the amount of food would have been no different than if I ordered a small size, but to make matters worse there were two hairy cockroach legs in my order when I sifted thru the rice as I was mixing it together. I nearly vomited the second I saw it. I was so disgusted that I just threw the food away, and had completely lost my appetite. I will no longer be eating that this establishment ever again. I blame myself because I was warned from a former employee, but also blame Genghis for allowing this to happen. Do not take warnings lightly, the same could happen to you.

This place is amazing! We were in the area and the way they stir fry the chicken makes it So Soft! They brought back the classic flavors when we went. Definitely get the general tsos with udon noodles. The mixed-in general tsos sauce with the udon noodles is a savory explosion that is to be recognized.

The chef Mike did an awesome job with our food! The food was hot, cooked to perfection and mixed properly. Adriana provided great table service. She kept checking in on us to make sure we had enough sauces or drinks. Overall great!
