Maybe Im biased because its our neighborhood, however, when we first moved here they didnt have shade cover or swings. Theyve installed shade and included a swing set, and honestly my kids still love going. Dog-friendliness: They have a dog poop bin and bags. Picnic area: They have a couple of picnic tables
