Food is over spiced and most of it was cold at the time I ate with my family there. The price is not acceptable for the food they serve, the aguas frescas are not made with real fruits but with artificial powder, the red enchiladas had no flavor at all, the breaded shrimp were tasteless as well...they charged me for my two years old granddaughter. I will not eat there again, never. If you really want mexican food, I recommend: La Tapatía on Josey Lane and Frankfurt.

BEWARE Hacienda Buffet refuses to post prices. The manager stated this is how they do it. I will not go to any restaurant that wont post the price especially a buffet. I wonder if they charge what they want arbitrarily. The food is decent but overpriced. I guess guacamole and flan cost too much. The manager stated they dont use the internet so they wont acknowledge this. A very bad business practice.

Too many flaws to compare to the fortworth or grand praire branches. The food in this restaurant, some has no flavor, some has no salt, it has a Chinese restaurant facade. You can see the dirt under the furniture, the salt shakers, plates and glasses, as well as tortilla holders, are dirty. I wont return to this branch even as a joke. If it is that dirty where can you see it. I cant imagine how dirty it is where you cant see.

For the first time going, it will be my last one. Especially when the service is dryer than a lime. On top of everything I took my family to it total of 7 that includes my kids, but what was a true slap on the face was I had to pay for the tip from the begging before even experiencing the service. The tip was 50.00 dollars ten per adult. For that kind of tip the service was horrible. Believe me when I say that pay for service before you know what kind of service you get, is like going on a blind date you will not know what you are getting into till it s date night. And this date was a date I will never go to again. I believe in tipping for great service and this was horrible. If management could truly see the service they are providing the amount that they are requesting for one to pay as a tip is not worth it.

Great concept all-you-can-eat Mexican food. Over priced for the experience. $27 with drink. Considering Chinese AYCE are under $20 typically with more food options. No soft serve ice cream. Be ready to eat a ton of food to make up for the cost. If you re a one plate kind of person, it s not worth the money. Not sure what they charge for kids but I m sure it would be a waste of money.

Well, to be brutally honest I kind of didnt like the taste. I know when someone put their heart blood and sweat into their cooking when it comes to Latinos and Mexicans. Let me tell you my background. Im black American but I was raised with Latinos, Mexican-American, Salvadorian, Puerto Rican, and people that are from Mexico originally. I tried majority of all the meats because Im a meat person, I think I left about 4 that I didnt try. I really dont want to down it buuuuuuttt Im going to have to say it tastes old and reused. The food pretty much blended together had no taste. I didnt like it. If you like quick food , then go. It wasnt my liking . I brought someone that was Mexican-American. And she too was like meh . From a scale of 1 through 10. She gave a 6.5 out but for me at 4.5. dont get me wrong but pozole is ok, but its not the best. I would rather go to a mom-and-pop hole in the Wall authentic restaurant. Food - its your run of the mill buffet style food. Nothing too extravagant but there are more options to choose from. There are some traditional style foods like cevchie to dishes that little ones will eat like chicken nuggets and fries, itlsall good. Service - service is good. They dont hover around your table like other restaurants, so it give off more of that leisurely feel. Atmosphere - Yes, the AC does seem to only work some of the time, but when it works, its nice. Overall... I think that Hacienda Buffet is a nice place to go if you are celebrating with large groups. For the price at $25 a person, its a bit steep so plan accordingly. Also, if you are in the womens restroom, be sure to avoid stall #1. The flush isnt great.

First and last time I go to that restaurant. Some friends made the reservation but according to Josselin adding 2 was not possible, things cannot be changed according to their guidelines. As if this was a Michelin restaurant or it was busy. The manager behaved the same, he said that there had to be a charge when there are more than 6 people. In order not to make things worse, we had to sit at another table and at the end of the meal we sat near our friends who were celebrating the fact that one of them is in remission from cancer. This place doesnt know about customer service, they have no empathy. If only I had enjoyed that the food had tasted good. But hey, there are so many places to choose from to go eat something delicious, I learned that this is not one of them.

Family and I were very excited to find a Mexican buffet and the reviews looked promising. When we arrived, at first it started off amazing, all excited to see most of our favorite dishes. Lighting was good and bright. Cleanliness was okay, as expected. Service was almost nonexistent, almost. For the food, the excitement died off real fast and then you were there just to eat because the cost of admission was steep for what it is and don t want to go out to eat again. This should had been under $18/person for dinner/weekend. A lot of the food was overly salty and after a while there really just wasn t anything GOOD. I HATE wasting food but I just couldn t finish a dish/side and again I just had to keep trying something else because I didn t want to spend money somewhere else again because I was hungry. Definitely won t try again. Worth a shot but huge miss in our book.

The food was amazing! The service however was not the best. Most of the servers and people working front desk are teenagers. They were very poor at serving the people. Most if not all the servers were in a corner on their phones where the customers could see them. Lucky for me and my family we got a pretty okay server. Me and my family saw that when a family next to us had left, one of the female employees was talking to one of the other employees about how nasty and dirty they were and she kept making vomit noises. This is absolutely disrespectful, if she is getting paid to serve and clean she shouldn t be complaining about having to clean in front of other customers. I did not feel very welcomed after. This place is a hidden gem. First, they have authentic homestyle Mexican fare, with buffet variety. This is NOT your typical TexMex food chain. Secondly, there is so much variety, everyone will find something they like. No kidding, the choices are huge!! Lastly, they offer daily specials in the buffet. I went for the first time on Friday, March 15 at 12 noon for lunch, we had a good group here from work, We told the lady who was at the front desk that we didnt want to sit all together because she sent us to different waiters to give us a place, the people who passed first grabbed the table and we got there. Then the cashier comes and told us that we couldnt be there, that we shouldnt go with the waiter to another table and I told him that we came together. The person at the front desk came to the table and did a show with us, and the truth is that we no longer ate comfortably. After walking to serve the dishes, the waiters were in the back also speaking badly about what happened. I think that we are paying for their services, not for Allan to treat us this way. Then, when we left, the woman at the front desk just gave us the wrong words as we walked because we told her thank you and she turned the other way. I think they should have more trained personnel with experience in costumers-customers, since those of us who go to eat at restaurants do not go to be treated like that because one is going to pay for the food and they pay themselves from there. Horrible experience. Floor was filthy!! Restroom floor was like walking on grease. Feet were literally sliding around. All of the food that I had was terrible hard and tough. Couldnt eat the fajitas, fulata or chips. Never was asked of I even wanted a refill on my tea. 57 bucks for this place and I aye 10 bites or less. Can not recommend at all.

For the $22 that I had to pay to have this highly unpleasant experience its not worth it. The food was barely passable, reheated dry stuff. The young man that was assigned as my waiter was not rude per se but was very inattentive, I didnt get a refill on my drink . Overall it was awful and way overpriced.

The food is Amazing, a lot of variety to choose from. The only bad experience was our waiter was not a good one he never brought us drinks, I had to get up and ask a different waiter for my drinks. He never went to pick up our use plates or stopped by to see if we needed more drink. Another waiter was the one who stopped and ask if we needed more drink because she saw we were completely out. We informed her our waiter hadn t come back since he sat us. We kept seeing him talk to other waiters and hide in the kitchen. If we were to get a different waiter everything would ve been 5stars.
