First customer to order a cake in 2 years and they nailed it! Look at this art piece! Inside is layers of cookie, cake and ice cream. Yes, it tasted as good as it looks. Everyone at the birthday party liked it and I will be ordering more as birthdays come around.

I got the Cookie dough delight and it was really good, but the only thing is that they put a ton of whipped cream on top and it did get messy. But other than that it was delicious definitely worth it if you have a sweet tooth.

The Ultimate Oreo Milkshake was very good, but I didn t give it five stars because of how much whip cream they use. Too much. It s very thick too so it ll fill you up if you try to eat it all before drinking the milkshake.

I just happened to find this place while searching for ice cream in Georgetown. Boy am I happy I did! The grandkids saw the photo of the unicorn milkshakes and that s what they chose to order. We ordered the smaller one and it was still huge. It looked so beautiful too. They were in for a sweet treat! And a sugar rush! Yall better hustle over here and try one for yourself!!

Nice spot on the corner of a shopping center with a patio and spacious grassy area next to it. They serve Blue Bell, so huge plus! Staff was friendly, helpful, and they provide samples. We opted for the specialty bowls because we wanted different things and the pints were just too much for one person. After ordering at the counter youre given a number, can be seated, and your dessert is brought to you. My birthday cake bowl was really good and the cupcake itself tasty as well. You need to really love sprinkles for this one! My husband got the salted caramel cheesecake and loved it. The ice cream itself was rich and flavorful and it was real cheesecake. We went by ourselves but look forward to taking the kids next time. Overall a fun and delicious ice cream experience.

This is me and my friends go to for ice cream dates to end our girls days! It s on the pricer side, but honestly the portions are insane. We always get the smallest cup size and are more than satisfied. Our favorite is the strawberry cheesecake one! Everyone has always been really friendly and helpful. Definitely an experience!

The fancy and upscale combinations are the unique aspect of the Bar. Milkshake may be a more attractive marketing concept but the Bar seems more fancy sundae than milkshake. Perhaps other ice cream shops could create the same or similar concoctions but that would require you to actually put some creative thought into your unique concoction and then explain your desire to the ice cream shop attendant who will probably wish you hadnt walked in. The Bar eliminates your requirement to engage your brain and avoid the disdain of ice cream shop employees. The Bar ice cream is good quality but good quality ice cream is available at other ice cream shops. So if you want something unique while eliminating your brains creativity and dont mind paying for unique, this is your ice cream shop. Its good, try it.

The milkshakes are something else. Theyre a little over the top but thats the point right? They are delicious just make sure you have your insulin ready even if your not diabetic. it is really good and we kept the glass. Its a great spot for the occasional splurge desert for special times. OMG - these were some crazy shakes! My sister-in-law and I went on an adventure trying to find crazy shakes. These were yummy, but extremely decadant! My husband and I shared one of the jar milkshakes and barely got halfway through before we had to stop. Great flavors, look awesome, very rich (I would probably have wanted a much smaller size than was available normally).

After coming out of restroom, I went to front cash register first. A group had just entered door, for their talk could be heard as they entered. Worker walked right past me at cash register and welcomed them in only, not I who was here first. They were ushered up to cash register totally ignoring myself. Interesting and fun place. If you ve never been here, it can really be overwhelming. My son and I went and there were so many options our heads were swimming. There is no real menu posted where you can look and make a decision. There is a QR code you can scan once you are in line that will bring up a menu. I didn t see it at first so we just made uninformed decisions on what we wanted when we got to the front of the line.

The Yard has some very creative options for milkshakes and sundaes... one of my sons got the Ultra Cookies N Cream milkshake, the other got a Blue Vanilla Milkshake without the jar, and I got the Salted Carmel Cheesecake. The Blue Vanilla was mid according to my 14 year old... he rates most fast food shakes higher than what he got. My oldest rated his Cookies and Cream concoction as one of the best he has ever had... high praise from him as he usually has very discerning taste. Because my oldest was so excited about what he got, I talked myself into keeping my head down and saying nothing. The cheesecake and whip cream on top of the shake were pretty good... my first spoonful of the milkshake tasted like sour cream or spoiled milk... a taste that came back up several times a bit later. I was certain they must have used sour cream or spoiled milk after the number of times I burped up that flavor. I mixed it really well and grabbed some of the whip cream that had escaped into the outer cup and pulled up some caramel and candies from the bottom of the shake and the sour cream taste was forgotten... until later. I had no other milk products in the previous week... so what I tasted and almost completely regurgitated was whatever was added to the milkshake that did not belong there. 2 jars and 1 normal size plain milkshake and we were out $51 and some change with tip. Not terrible for the best my kids ever had... but also not great for mid and I nearly threw up from the spoiled milk used in my shake. Overall, I would say a 3 star is fair. The service was also hard to pin down... we got a lot of feedback from the shake-makers and she seemed genuinely happy to help us, but we also got a heavy dose of opinion and disdain for daring to ask if they could make the Birthday Cake without the sprinkles... get something else if you dont like sprinkles. OK... well, if it is my oldest birthday and he asks to come back, we may. If he doesnt mention The Yard I wont either... hard pass because the cost is so high and you served me spoiled milk or ice cream.

Super fun place to get some fancy creations in a jar, topped with things you wouldn t usually find on your ice cream elsewhere. The selection is broad and even the vegan and lactose intolerant parties can find some pleasure here. I m not sure if they had any sugar free options, but don t believe so. Prepare to be overwhelmed if this is your first visit (in a good way!). So many options and variations to choose from. Good news is, I dont think there is a bad choice on the menu! And the ladies there were super helpful and patient with a guy like me who loves all sweets and couldnt decide!

This place was insane! Gotta try the Cereal Killer ice cream or shake if you like Fruity Pebbles cereal. The pumpkin spice latte float was a hot for my wife, whos not much of a sweets person. Cute, clean atmosphere. We will return when we come back to town!

WOW! Impressive out of this world experience. I feel sorry for those who haven t experienced this yet. Creamy, delectable, not overwhelmingly sweet, delicious treat. The customer service was amazing, the front lady with red lipstick, protect her at all costs! Incredibly sweet lady, I legit wish her nothing but the best in life. Will be coming back and bringing my friends. If you haven t tried this place, what are you waiting for?

Such a great place. The milkshakes are so creative and sooo good. The girls that work here are really helpful and very friendly in helping you choose a good one. It is a little pricey but you do get to keep the glass. Will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

Look, its not cheap. I couldve bought about 5+ gallons of Blue Bell for the same as I spent at The Yard on 4 people. But...the quality is amazing, the selection is huge, the staff is fantastic, the facility is nice, and you are paying for the experience as much as the ice cream itself. Have been numerous times when passing through and will return many more times in the future. Highly recommend.

The milkshakes and malts are AMAZING!! There are more choices and options available than I could possibly try. The ones we did try were heaven! They have some incredible creations, but I wasnt brave enough to go for that much ice cream. The take home shakes in a jar looked wonderful.

Just stopped in to this gem for the first time tonight. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Now the ice cream!! The ICE CREAM! Its so good: rich, smooth, and so full of flavor! We had the Strawberry & Cream Cheesecake, Double Brownie Chunk, and the Wylie Coyote. Pictured below in that order! We opted for the jars because it was the first time, but needless to say we are taking some home! They also have ready to take home jars!
