Went to five guys had the most mid/expensive experience ever they quality of employees and good has really gone down going to five guys used to be such a treat but now it s just a standard almost like McDonald s experience. I don t know where they be hiring these people just staring at you not even a hello then you can hear them taking trash behind the counter which I would ve been OK with if you know how to cook the food you re making because the food turned out horrible it was so mid and it was so cold except the fries burger fell apart in one bite but atleast this restaurant clean so it gets a 3

The place smelled like sewage. Thats why 1 star for atmosphere. The cheeseburgers are $12 each. For a $12 burger, plus $5 fries, I expected way more taste and flavor. However, even a macdouble from you know where tastes better. The fries were tasteless and soggy. Its a no from me.

Totally worth driving 2 hours to come here!!! Workers were really nice and understanding. Restaurant is very nice and clean. There was a taller Hispanic male who offered to give my son a free shake which was really cool!! Managers or any higher ups should definitely give this man a raise highly recommend y all to come try this spot it s definitely one of the best I ve been to in a while

For two weeks, Ive been trying to get a refund for a delivery order that was never delivered. Instead of issuing a refund, the manager and customer service were dragging and delaying, which indicated to me that they would never issue a refund for the undelivered order. I would probably never order from Five Guys again. Its a shame because I liked their food. However, how a restaurant/brand treats their customers matters most to me.

Ordered from this location on ubereats. Horrible service! We ordered two shakes, burgers, and fries. We received no shakes and very little fries. I tried calling the establishment multiple times and I guess no one works there because the phone never got picked. This will be the first and last time I visit this location. Not worth the money at all. Avoid at all costs!

Uber eats wont let me rate the store, so Ill do it here. My shake was completely melted after a five minute drive home. The little Cajun fries were half the amount of fries this location usually gives, and half of them were the size of steak fries. I have no idea how you make a batch of fries with such size difference, but they were terrible. The burger was fine. I keep giving this place more chances than it deserves, but with the insane prices its never worth it.

I purchased a bacon cheese burger sandwich. The fries and drink was separate. I paid $22.00 That is too expensive. It was my first time going there. I ordered a Little burger, Little French fries, and a Diet Coke, and was shocked at the price of $17.72. The Burger came with nothing but meat and when I inquired I was told lettuce & tomato are extra. French Fries were soggy. My meal came in a paper sack even though I was planning to dine in. Every table was dirty (restaurant was not very busy; 4:30pm). For this price, I would expect top notch food and a full service restaurant. I will not be back. (In-N-Out has the same thing for about $8.00 and it s better, in my opinion.)

Im a fan of Five Guys. However, my visit at the Hebron Pkwy location was an absolute disappointment in Carrollton, Texas, location. Bad experience. Customer service was bad also. The guy at the front counter just stared at me and didnt say hello or welcome... all customers should be greeted no matter who you believe the customer is a good customer or bad customer... Doesnt Matter. You never know whos walking into your establishment. And to say, the staffers were really unprofessional. And to top off my bad experience, ** I was served/given stale fries that were stale and re-dropped in hot peanut oil to make it seem fresh. NOPE, NOT TODAY. I spoke to a staffer, who said these fries are fresh, they are just crunchy... SMH...smh. I told the guy, Ive eaten at multiple Five Guys, and I know how the fries should be cooked. ** I asked for fresh fries and gave back the old stale fries..... well, the * new fries given were still stale old fries re-dropped in oil, mixed with a couple of fresh fries. SMH.... NOT TODAY... NOPE. Bad service, re-dropping old stale fries... thats unsanitary. ** At this location, be sure youre getting fresh fries.

Friend asked me to meet him there. he knows I only eat Burgers medium rare. I asked if they will cook them to order and he said he had already asked them and yes they would cook it medium rare. Quite a drive from SMU but more than happy to do it for a friend. And he said the burgers were great and juicy. Place in the order I asked if they would for sure cook medium rare if not I would be sending it back. Said most definitely no problem but then the manager came over and said they had to cook them well done! I actually begged the manager please I drove all the way from smu. To meet my friend here. They told him they would cook it medium rare. And the guy just told me he would cook it medium rare. Can you please make this one exception this one time. I even asked if he could just cook it the least little bit that he could that wasnt well done and he said no. Then he went over and chastised the employee for saying that they would I started to order french fries. Just so I can have something to nibble on while my friend was eating his burger. I dont remember the price for $5 for a small fries. So my friend paid $13 for a burger without any fries and I think he was drinking water. He said the burger was so dry. And he was so disappointed. $13 he would not be back. It was a little bit of a drive back to Addison near the airport to Burger Street Double meat double cheeseburger .. TENDER MEAT n fresh bun. Swiss cheese! Real swiss cheese with holes in it lol. Medium rare with choice of tater tots or curly fries and a large drink for $13. N piping fresh hot! By the way there were only three of us in the place. And I think I saw three or four of the big baskets of fries being dropped down. You think those were going to be fresh by the time somebody arrived to eat them? Im going to leave a photo of my Burger Street so youll know what youre missing or what you missed unless you get in the car and drive down there yourself

I ordered a cheese burger, small fries, and regular drink... The bill is almost $22 and the burger came with no lettuce, tomato, pickle, or onion. Turns out that I didnt ask for them and I would have to pay more to get them. Wow! And... Both soda machines didnt work. One would dispense ice only but nothing else works. The other machine has no CO2 and ice maker is broken. I asked 2 employee to check the machines out and they just left after checking without letting me know the outcome. Well, neither were working still. I spoke to the manager. He said he would and did check it out but again, no feedback and the problem still persisted. Very disappointed. Quite simply, its overpriced. It doesnt matter how many free condiments you can slop on a burger. $5 for a small fry , 13.00 for a cheeseburger in a grease stained bag plus a $4 drink - not even a shake. Dont take the kids. You will need a 2nd mortgage when you gawk at the total. But wait, they prod you to tip counter service personnel. Presumably a proper bad fold is worthy of a TIP. Keep driving. The cashier was really pleasant. Its a shame that I didnt get his name. Smiled, patient and when I wasnt sure if I wanted the milk shake or not coz of the price he gave it to me for free to try. My son loved the milk shake. I always love their fries. A large portion for $7.99 fed everyone in my fam. Jasmine, Katie, and JP. This team of associates hit a home run with their service . Not only was their customer service AT 9:51PM, or 9 minutes before they closed amazing but I felt welcome. For $33 2 people got the smallest hamburgers, shared an order of fries and a drink. Of course you have to add gratuity in because youre a monster if you dont tip the person at the register. The food is what it is, but the notion that you have to tip 30% to everyone you come in contact with is a little ridiculous. However no one wants to be that guy whos perceived to not care about the plight of the food service worker. When the real enemy is the owner who only pays their employees 12-13 dollars an hour and forces the public to subsidize their wages. All of this on top of exorbitant prices for food that is on par with Jack n the Box is unacceptable.

My wife & I decided to order burgers from this location. We got our order by Uber eats. The food was delivered and noticed that our bag was very greasy. (Now thats not a good indication of tasty cuisine.) We open the bag and the food was wrapped up, so I am not sure how the grease came about. We unwapped our food and noticed that our hamburger buns were soggy and fries werent crisp. The burgers had a good flavor but the soggy buns ruined it. My wife removed the top bun so she could salvage what she had. I personally usually dont care about soggy buns but the entire bun was too much. Our experience was overwhelming and ruined our meal. We will not be back!

First time every going. Darrail (I think how you spell his name, was one of the most professional, and friendly employee I have ever met anywhere. Food was OUTSTANDING and fresh. I manage a restaurant that I have worked at for 8 years and this kind of professionalism we look for. Very very happy, will be back and would recommend! The lady at the front desk was very cold, rude, and did not care about you as a customer there. The burger was overpriced as such $11 for 1 burger. The burger wasnt anything special, not to say it was tasteless. Dont come here. Do yourself a favor and get burger somewhere else!!!

Went in for a quick bite. I took my food to go since I was in a rush. The employees were very friendly but they took so long on my order l order a Hamburger with 2 ingredients and a small fry. They were busy laughing and carrying on. It took forever and I only have so much time to eat. I was already pushing it by taking it to go but I was in a hurry and famished. Im more upset as to why my little cheeseburger and small fry with a beverage was almost 18 dollars. No. Never again

I ordered two burgers, two fries and a shake online for pickup at around 8:20PM. It said it would be ready at 8:35. I got there and the staff were too busy talking and were moving slow, and I didnt leave until 8:55 with my order. It was not super busy either. : /

The burgers from this 5 Guys are fantastic. I have come here a few times over the years. The down side is there is a 50/50 chance that you will get good service. Today was extra strange though. They said they didn t have fries. I look around me and everyone has fries and there s a whole batch of fries in the back. I said out of complete curiosity and confusion aren t there fries right there? He said well we can t sell those. And we can t use the machine right now. Weird. I don t know what was happening, but it was just a really weird and awkward situation to be in, without a good explanation that made any logical sense.
