Had been here about a year ago and just went this past week and its completely gone down hill. The food was very disappointing and appetizers were very overpriced. The tea was very watered down and the flavor or the sauces were subpar. Definitely not my tatse. It was nice to sit and eat but everything I ate I did not enjoy. The staff was okay, smiled but didnt seem like they wanted to be there.

... The Manager (Lindsey) went above and WAY beyond top notch managing on Sunday the 14th of April when my family and myself went there after church for lunch ... The food (pizza) was excellent, but was not as she thought it should be , We saw nothing wrong with it (we all thought it was fantastic, because it WAS) ...so she comped us a second one to take home ( BIG surprise to all of us). . .. Our server was named Cole, and he was VERY nice and attended to us in stellar fashion... We will be sure to come back to BJs more often. ... The price was very reasonable and we so well taken care of that we tipped them almost 50 % of the bill as a sign of our appreciation for them so much care in seeing that our dining experience was excellent ... and it WAS. I would recommend this BJs restaurant. Great food. Great service provided by Marissa. She went out of her way and explained the reward service and for joining, I received a free dessert . Who doesnt like free food! We did not receive the happy hour discount on the margaritas but when we brought it to the attention of our server she happily corrected it. Shout out to Marissa.

Picked up a large catering order this evening. Such a wonderful atmosphere up entry. The music is very cool and the employees were awesome. The vibe in there is inviting and a reflection of management. Two girls at the front were fairly new employees, Sydney and Stephanie. They are absolutely awesome! If I own my own business and have before, I would try to recruit them . Friendly, warm and such a pleasant experience upon entry to this restaurant thank you Sydney and Stephanie!!! Picked up another catering order today, awesome experience again today! The order was ready on time or a little before. The two young ladies at the front were Sierra and Patricia . They greeted me upon arrival, were friendly, and provided excellent customer service. one can tell that their employees are much happier than other places Ive been too. that is a reflection upon management. The music and the employees there create a awesome vibe! Clint came out there and was very friendly and one can easily tell he has excellent communication skills and values his job and the experience the customers feel! Thank you once again BJs., you guys are absolutely one of the best if not the best! Awesomeness!

BJ used to be my family favorite restaurant. We used to go there 2-4 times a year and baby back rib is our favorite dish but last year we were there and we didnt happy about it. Today we tried again and baby back rib so dried and not have enough BBQ sauce . I told waitress and she said she should add BBQ sauce.The price isnt cheap and I just hope they can do better. Their dessert is great. We love it.

Food was alright. Service inattentive. As a legally blind handicap person it is portant for me to note: There is a handicap restroom stall but there are steps leading to it. Also there are no tactile (braille or raised print wording or silhouettes) signs to mark mens/womens restrooms. Also very low lighting. Service was amazing and the food was delicious! Wonderful workers there. As for the customers there, be careful! My daughter forgot her tablet in the bathroom and not even 10 minutes after we realized she didn t have it we went back and it was gone. Whoever took it stole from a 4 year old little girl instead of turning it in to the front. We replaced it and disabled the stolen one but unfortunately we will no longer be returning when we visit from out of town again.

Worst experience I ever had at this restaurant! My steak was a boiled like steak,the mash potatoes tasted from a box, and the Mac and cheese were cold like straight out the fridge. My wife burger was pretty much raw and fries were cold. MY BILL WAS 92 DOLLARS FOR THIS EXPERIENCE.

Hostess was very friendly. Our waitress Erin was very personable. The food came out relatively quickly and was tasty. The only grief was the cooling tower fan pushing out some strong winds. It was a bit obnoxious and chilly when it blew right on you. After we asked our waitress if she could do anything about it, she was quick to get the manager to rearrange the setup. Overall we had a really good experience.

Came for Mother s Day and I don t know how this place doesn t have a wait list like most places. Food is excellent but the most wonderful part of our experience was the service! Elijah is the MOST friendliest server we ve had not to mention attentive! My husband and I stopped in for lunch and absolutely loved the atmosphere, food and service. I didnt think to take pictures, but I wish I did. The Sriracha Queso was very good. I got the BJs Kicken Chicken sandwich. It was much bigger than I expected but delicious. It came with two interesting sauces, but good. My husband tried the Prime Rib Dip sandwich, which was amazing. I also tried the Cureveza beer. And our wonderful waitress, Elise, gave me a sample of the new prickly pear hard lemonade. They were both definitely worth the try! Overall, a great experience. Next time, I will take pics.

This was my first visit to this location. Usually I go in San Antonio. We were a party of 13 at about 8:45 pm on a Thursday. The restaurant was not busy and we were seated quickly. I had to ask another server to call our server. He gave no expression of good customer service when he said ok. Just very stoic. Our server finally got to us and took our drink, appetizer and dinner order. One of the orders was salmon and our guest, my husband, told her to tell the cook to even under cook it so it didn t come out dry at all. Our meals came and the salmon was very dry and there was a large piece of the stock from the cauliflower on his plate. I asked the same first guy server to call our server but he had started taking another large table s order so I got up to get her attention. Our guest told her about the fish and the stock of cauliflower and she took his plate back to be remade. I, on the other hand had an Asian salad. I was unimpressed with the flavor of the chicken. When the other guest s plate arrived, nearly all others at our table were finished eating. It then also took quite a while for our bill to arrive. The experience was disappointing bc I have received better service/experiences in San Antonio and again, the restaurant was not busy. Service could and should have been speedier.

Wow! First time going to BJ s and I m already wanting to go back! Such a good menu, options for everyone! Good servings! Good very fresh. Staff were also very professional! Indoor decor was beautiful! Just a good vibe from this restaurant.

We had Sals chicken, spicy peanut chicken on noodles and a salad. All were very good. The spicy chicken dish was a little small portion though. Our waiter was nice but a little slow on the service. Other than that it was good and I ll go back.

I ve always loved BJs, but the service at this location is always amazing. The servers are attentive and friendly and our food orders are always correct, even when we come with a larger group. We attended a pizza class here, where my kids got a tour of the kitchen and got to make their own pizza and the chef and manager were amazing at explaining how everything works. AND the kitchen was SO CLEAN! Highly recommend.

March 12 I asked attendant If they have small pepperoni THIN crust pizza. He said yes. Ordered, paid, and sat down. After about 10-12 minutes, finally received pizza, left. I decided to look at pizza, make sure it was correct. It was not THIN crust. Called them, told them it was not THIN crust. Told him why didnt cashier tell me they dont make thin crust. No answer. Very displeased with this BJs. Never returning. Not recommended.

2 stars The service was great but the food was atrocious. Steaks, mignon, sirloin are chewy, not tasty. The BBQ wings were too sweet. The brussel sprouts were too salty and overcooked. Tried beers including brunette, oasis, pilsenser all of them are not impressive, too yeasty. I admit there could be some good people that have taste for your food and beer, but definitely I do not belong to those. I believe for the food and beer quality you provide you are way overpriced.

Walked in and their was No Host. A waitress tried her best to help but unfortunately we could tell their was no organization. No fault of the waitress that tried her best to help but clearly their was organization issues from Management to schedule a Host. So we left and that is why you are receiving this feedback because it does not feel good when you are standing there with no one to greet you and help you. We ate at this location last night and was disappointed. Ordered the filet mignon medium rare and it was so well done that I had a hard time cutting into it. My son ordered his the same way and his was fine. We were with a large group and a few of us had to wait a long time for their food. The meat was over seasoned and was very salty.

I have been to other BJs Restaurants and this one is really disappointing. Coleslaw came with my meal and it was just a bowl of big chopped cabbage no dressing. Bathroom was bad with urine on the floor and only one sink worked out of three.
