We are visiting out of town and wanted Chick fil A for breakfast. This is located inside the hospital and has a limited menu. There were only two people working this morning and I had a huge order, but they were extremely kind and friendly and worked as fast as they could. Service : 5/5

Bria very clearly hates her job. Very rude and made us wait 20 plus minutes for our food while she kept giving us attitude, also served at least 5/6 others before us that ordered way after us. Not an experience I cared to have while trying to get my wife who is in postpartum some food. Lance was amazing though.

I wanted a 12 piece grilled chicken nugget and they only had 8 pieces prepared. They offered to cook me more, but I didnt have time. Further, my fruit cup was not very fresh, with translucent, soft, past prime apples and blueberries. It was better than nothing, but I was a bit disappointed.

Always Great, with outstanding customer service from most of all staff never a complaint from any location ever visited, cooks food in peanut oil so thats always a winner, food can be pricey, but the customer service will keep you returning back!

The only reason this gets two stars is because its a chik fil a and that by definition makes it worthy of 2 stars at the very least. My main gripe about this place is its poor management, its supposed to be an express location which means it sacrifices a ton of menu items at the expense of quick food however, it is anything but express. Its the slowest Chick fil a you will ever go to, I have had consistent wait times of at least 10 minutes even at non-peak times when Im literally the only one in line. They will have absolutely nothing ready: no fries, no nuggets, no sandwiches ready to pick up no matter what time you want to go. I have contacted management about this issue about a month ago and the issue was said to be looked in to but the condition remains. I cant stop going to Chick fil A but I hope this issue resolves quickly as lunch break can be very short and it would be nice to not have to wait ridiculous amount of times for my food.
