It sounds like a wonderful spot for toddlers to have fun and play! The combination of a playground and a large grassy area provides plenty of opportunities for little ones to explore and enjoy outdoor activities. However, the lack of shade on sunny days could indeed be a downside, especially for families looking to spend extended periods outdoors. Bringing along umbrellas or seeking out shaded areas nearby could be helpful solutions for such occasions. Overall, it seems like a great place for toddlers to burn off energy and have a blast!

Nice little park with lots of grass to run around on, a good selection of playground equipment, and limited picnic facilities.

Gteat place for a toddler. There is also the play ground of the school here so you can mix, and a huge grass area to toss a ball and run. No shade, so its a big downside on sunny days.
