I came to get an inspection and they said it would be a 20-25 minute wait because there were a few in front of me, but I drove out of there in about 15 minutes. They are super quick, nice, and not very expensive at all. Will always come back here

Very bad, they wanted to charge me 300 dollars to change the brake fluid and the windshield fluid, I only came to change the oil in my car, I was in shock because of that when it was time to deliver the car to me they put it in a puddle of water on purpose because I told them that I was not going to make that change!! I wont be back nor would I recommend it 0 stars if I could

I highly encourage you to use your coupon for your oil change and or fluids and promptly leave that store. I came in for an oil change only and was told I needed new fluid, new rotors and new brake pads. My brake fluid was cloudy and coolant was low. And I did need an oil change, all accurate. My issue is when I asked for the estimate of all four rotors and brake pads to be replaced they quoted me for a little over $1,200. I felt uneasy about it and went and got a second opinion from Ethridge Auto Center in Colleyville. Not only were all of my rotors okay, my brake pads had 50% remaining on the front and rear. No maintenance was required at all. Ethridge charged me $39 to confirm and road test everything. I have the receipts to prove it and would be happy to share if Google would allow me to post a picture. Use your coupon to get your oil change and promptly get the heck out of that store.

It helps if your car is very low mileage, but 14 yrs old and in great mechanical shape. Then on a cool summer day at 10 am with no other cars waiting and all bays open but 2, you too can zip through a Kwik Kar at Marsh State Inspection in 20 min. start to finish. Everyone here was pleasant, especially Kevin the inspector, who also cashed me out and was as nice and friendly as could be. I passed the inspection with only the standard State law fee due. Based on this experience and Kevins swift and friendly performance, I must highly recommend this Kwik Kar on Marsh Ln. and I will be sure to return next year and for future oil changes.

I was trying to find a new car place closer to my apartement, when I came in, they tried to charge me a crazy high amount for the oil and tire rotation (literally the dealership was cheaper). When I asked about engine inspection, they tried to suggest that previous services hadn t been done (I don t trust that). I left, but they said they d already changed my oil even though I hadn t actually approved that (although they didn t charge me thankfully). Never coming back here, it seemed incredibly sketchy Update: I went to my normal provider (farther away), and they mentioned none of the additional services they tried to push me into here. This place felt incredibly fear-monger-y. I dont need follow ups from yall, I wont be coming back

I needed my AC fixed before the hot summer weather hit and I made my appointment for today. The location is very clean and the waiting area has comfortable seating. For over 25 years I have used AAA Auto Inspection on Keller Springs-Carrollton. For whatever reason, they lost their license. Using Google Search I found Kwik Kar Marsh (1049 Marsh Lane-Carrollton. Their office & waiting area is immaculate. The work bays appear neat and orderly. The Staff was friendly and very helpful along with prompt service. Even if AAA Auto Inspection gets their license back it will be hard to return.

Today, I visited this place for the first time to do state inspection. James and Omar helped me, and they were very nice. The place has ample parking lots, indoor and outdoor customer lounges, a kids play room, and a clean womens restroom with basic female hygiene supplies. One kid visited during my visit and found an Easter egg from the kids play room and got a prize from a staff member who was very kindly responding to the kid.

I ve taken my car here several times for oil changes/maintenance and I have had 0 complaints. But yesterday was what sold me on making this place my go to for car shops. I had to get it towed as it was unable to drive and the engine light came on. I spoke to someone on the phone (I didn t catch his name) and told him what was happening, he advised me to go ahead and tow it up there and they would look at it. About an hour later, they called me to tell me what was wrong. They were very transparent with the cost which I appreciate, but, luckily some of the parts I had on warranty as they had been previously replaced at this location back in February. They told me the time it would take, which I thought was very reasonable as the last time I had to replace a coil it was at the dealership for almost 2 weeks. I called to check in because it was a little bit passed the time they told me and was told they were still waiting for a part and would let me know when my car is ready. Fair enough, I can wait for the next day. However, I forgot to take off my house key from the car keys! So I went back up there to get it and they told me it would actually be ready in 15 minutes! I was shocked because I was expecting to get my car back the next day as it was about an hour before they closed. Sure enough it was ready and has been working fine since. Huge shoutout to the guys who helped me yesterday!! I will not take my car anywhere else for service.

We took my car to another place for several on and off noises; they couldnt fix the problem after taking the car back 4-5 times. UPDATED REVIEW / October 2023 If you watched Super Bowl 51, the score at halftime was 21-3 in favor of the Atlanta Falcons. The Patriots would eventually come back in the 4th quarter and won it in OT. Something similar happened with my 4th visit to Kwik Kar Lube & Auto Repair or at least it felt like it. Just when I was absolutely DONE with this shop, Austin Vick reached out to me in regards a negative review I left about my THIRD and what I considered FINAL visit to this shop. I want to note that he did NOT ask me to give them another chance, he did NOT ask me to edit or change my review, he simply wanted to acknowledge me and concerns. A few days later after this call, my vehicle had an issue with overheating and leaking coolant. My biggest fear was the water pump. This is the CLOSEST shop to me and I had no choice but to try them again, so I called Austin. Explained the situation and he told me to bring it in. The problem was diagnosed, fixed SAME DAY!! I was BLOWN AWAY at the service, efficiency and how fast I was able to get my vehicle back on the road. So yes, 4th visit, talk about a 4th quarter comeback, thank you Austin, thank you for going ABOVE AND BEYOND into what felt OVERTIME to make sure I was good. My family and I appreciate you. You did the impossible and resurrected a relationship with your shop that I truly believed was finished. I commend you sir.

THEY SHOULD LET YOU PUT 0 STARS. DO NOT GET YOUR STATE INSPECTION DONE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went in to get my state inspection done. Thought it would be an easy in and out. I was wrong. They called me to check my car, claiming my serpentine belt was cracked. Tried to show me, looked fine to me. Quoted me $270 to do it. I usually take my car to nissan. So i told them i would take it elsewhere and come back. After i said that, they seemed bothered. I Don t care. Something was telling me to get it checked by someone else. I am glad i did. Took it to nissan, not only did they charge me less, but also told me the belt was fine, and that they shouldn t have failed My inspection for it. I kept the belt, and sure enough, the belt was fine. Texas heat makes it crack, but it wasn t like about to pop or anything. Should have read the reviews about this place. They got to be paying people to give them 5 stars. Next time i will just drive to the Nissan dealership for the inspection. I will making a complaint to the state.

They made a poor interaction right. Thanks a lot.. update came back today Sunday 7/23. I have a tire pressure issue. First thing out the guys mouth is we don t plug tires. I m puzzled because who said I wanted that? I then asked so you can t replace a tire ? He said not on a Sunday and we would have to sell you two because of our vendors but come back on Monday. 2 tire minimum without even being willing to see what s going on feels scamish. We love this Kwik Kar location!! Manager Clarence Watson did an amazing job, as he personally saved our family vacation with his skill, problem solving and willingness to deliver high quality customer service. As the need for a new radiator was diagnosed by the dealership (along with a riduculous quote), we shopped around and discovered Kwik Kars ability to do such work. KK promised same day service, ordered the part on good faith wed show up, and somehow turned a 4 hour job into a 3 1/2 hour miracle! Clarence did the work himself to ensure we were able to have our vehicle prior to the holiday; thus allowing us to take our family vacation with no futher complications! Horrible place. I brought in my car for an oil change and they brought me to the garage part and started telling me all these things were wrong with my car and I should get them replace or filled. One of those things was my transmission oil. I said okay go ahead and change it. BIG MISTAKE. A $80 oil change turned into a $3,000 mistake. My transmission started failing not too long after that. I know for a fact it s because they change it. Don t trust them when they start throwing additional repairs.

I had a warning pop up on my Nissan Rogue that said Engine Malfunction, Power reduced, Service Now. I was driving down Marsh and saw Kwik Kar and pulled in. I was greeted as I pulled up and told them what the problem was. They gave me an estimate and also told me up front that there would be an extra charge for the oil change because of the extra casing on my car. I went into the waiting area that was clean and smelled good. There was a nice play area for children and the bathrooms were nice and clean. Teacher and military get a 10% discount, which was a nice bonus. I will definitely be back!

I dropped my car off to get a wheel alignment; they called me back to tell me that my wheel alignment was not going to be $139 but $350. I asked them why it was so high they told me that my vehicle speaks where way far out. When I got the alignment read out the specs where only off a little. I even called competitors and even one else charges a flat rate. **Note I spent 10 years as a brake and alignment mechanic and what I experience here was ridiculous . I was charged a $32 fee for an inspection because I wasnt willing to pay $350 for an alignment. What a joke. Will never use them again.

Took my car in for an estimate based on what I was told at the dealer. I m always nervous and usually I go straight into panic mode anytime I have to visit the repair shop. Upon arrival I was greeted and Gary confirmed several of the quoted repairs weren t needed. It has been my experience that many automotive repair shops tend to take advantage of female clients. However, that is not the case with this repair shop. My vehicle has been serviced here many times and each time I have been told ( in understandable terms) the problem, the cost, and any options. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. My husband took the truck for inspection. The previous year they said the light for the stop was out. We paid the replacement by them $30 ish + tax. My husband took the car in today and was told it needed the same stop light bulb AGAIN. He declined the service and asked to get the car back so he could go to Auto Zone and buy it (less than $10). Another guy came out and said he was missing a bolt/nut in his tire. Again he asked for the car to be returned. The lady waiting in the lobby with him said they also SOLD her a light bulb replacement because guess what? It was out. Not coming back to this place.

My first time going here and honestly I would go back every single time. The manager Austin got his training at Chick fil A or something because I never met anyone so thorough, nice and detail oriented. He went out of his way to make sure I was able to get what I needed done. The part I appreciated the most was explaining the things in the vehicle for me that are important and that I didn t know because I just purchased the vehicle newly. They re trustworthy. Their customer service is top notch the best I ve seen in the entire DFW area. I m truly impressed. It s the little kindness that matters that can change someone s whole day. I forgot to mention.
