I have had a few appointments here and, overall, I have had a great experience each time. The staff members are always kind and eager to help whenever I come for an appointment or call. Dr. Slater is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He also explains things in ways that are easy to understand. The only negative thing I can say is that the doctor and office staff seem to be busy and a little rushed at times. It is completely understandable since they probably serve quite a lot of clients and I dont really mind since my issues still always get addressed. However, I figured Id mention it because it took me off guard at first. To me, it isnt a big enough issue to take an entire star off. If possible, I probably would have given a 4.5 rating, but I had to round lol

My first appointment was for September 30th, 2024. Next week on Monday. I receive a call today that the doctor needs to take the daughter to a doctor and needs to cancel my appointment and for me to reschedule. Kudos, treat the patients and their time like trash. The same office called yesterday pressuring me to fill out all the insurance paperwork on Zocdoc, which I did. Lame! Nothing more than a business the patients are to these docs, and because theres so many of us to go around these docs dont even care about the money aspect by cancelling because someone else will take my place. God forbid if a patient cancels within 24 hrs.

I walked in because I was having an allergic reaction to medication and they were able to fit me in almost immediately even though they are not an emergency center. Everyone was incredibly nice and Dr. Slater was very open and honest about his treatment plan which is something you want to have in your primary care doctor.

Dr Slater did a great job reviewing my health history and lab results in great detail. I felt he cared about me, and asked great questions- especially about my mental well being as well as my physical health. I felt he genuinely took an interest in helping me achieve my health goals. I d highly recommend Dr Slater to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring physician.

One of the best Specialty Care Clinics or just Clinics period that Ive ever been to. Everyone there was very courtesy and professional and after meeting the Doctor I know why. I use them as my family physician. Had an appt today at 930. Arrived at 9:15. Door was locked lights off. No answer on phone. Spoke with them 2 days prior didn t mention anything. Use them as an Urgent spot but patient I don t recommend

I was so glad to approach statMD. The staff was friendly , did finish vitals quickly got the doctor to see me in less than 5 minutes. -Dr Mohammed listened patiently and addressed my issue with ease and lot of care. I recommend statMD for your urgent care needs anytime.

Bad Experience with my visits for my two kids, they charged 328 for one kid and 268 for a sore throat visit, Strep test charge is 50$ , called their billing department but in vain, will never visit again.

Just wanted to say thank you to the amazing staff !!! As a veteran and military beneficiary with Tricare it was very hard to find a medical office that knows how to bill for Tricare. I was very lucky during my first week here in Texas they took care of me. The front desk lady Dina is phenomenal very kind and good with patients. I was taken care of by Nurse Hussain and as a medical worker I have to say he is one of the best nurses who ever took care of me! Most people who do an IV for me always have trouble he is one of the first people who has always gotten the IV right without even hurting me! Hes very caring professional and you can tell just by his care he became a nurse for the right reasons to help others . As a medical worker I wanted to learn from him he was kind of enough to show me how he gets the IV perfect eachtime. I always feel like I am in good hands with him and the providers who took care of me! Also wanted to mention Dr. Elsakka he is also one of the best doctors I got to meet! He makes you feel at home and is very professional and knowledgeable and takes time to listen to you and provides you the best care possible. I was so worried due to an ER doctor nearby not being able to help me with the vertigo but Dr. Elsakka knew right away how to cure my vertigo with an IV and medicine and took time to suggest some medicines to help my vertigo. And made sure I was covered by Tricare.I feel very blessed they took care of me when I was very ill and cured me. They are the one medical clinic I always trust with my healthcare needs.

Worst response, consulted doctor medication are ineffective and when reached out to the center they mentioned the doctor is on leave and won t be back for couple of days nor they can give free consultation when the patient was in severe condition. Not at all recommended.

After getting no help for over a week from the Denton VA clinic, Dr Muhammad helped me. He took his time to explain the issue I was having, so I could relay what I needed to my job. It refreshing to have actual MDs that treat the patients. Also, the receptionist and medical assistant were super nice and helped me when I was clearly having a hard time. Second, we have taken our son here to be treated and that Dr was also kind and great with kids.

My Husband had a visit here and was completely misdiagnosed. He s been having unbearable side/back pain with an on going fever, cough and could barely walk. Generally a fever means infection of some kind . Duhhhh! They didn t offer to perform an X-ray, recommend going to the emergency room, antibiotics of any kind, nothing! Gave him a shot of pain meds and sent him on his way. The next morning he woke up feeling like he was dying. Checked into the hospital and it turns out he had a terrible lung infection/pneumonia! Unless you know exactly what is wrong with yourself and good at self diagnosing DO NOT come here!

I went here for annual physicals.As soon as I completed paperwork work my name was called in for check up. Besides minimal wait time, pleasant staff and quick response time was really welcoming . Doctor cared to patiently listen and explained entire procedure. 2 days after the appointment doctor personally called to explain diagnostic repot and went through each and every detail. Strongly recommend this place.

As a healthcare worker I highly recommend this facility. Jennifer the MA was super friendly and compassionate even though you know she was busy from the moment she came to work. She also does the best IV. Debbie was kind, accepted my copay and checked me in as well as provided an update on wait times. Dr. Mohammed had excellent bedside manner and was very thorough with testing and treatment plan as well as compassionate towards patients. Hopefully I won t have to come back but if I need an Urgent Care I know where I ll go or be recommending to friends!

Dr. T. and the front office assistant were very nice and accommodating. I got my Covid rapid test done and back to me super quickly as well as a diagnosis for my illness with meds already sent to the pharmacy. I will definitely be coming back here for any future medical needs.

The doctor and assistants are nice. However they should really be on the same page on whether you do or don t have a copay. Came in on Wednesday for a Covid test (didn t pay anything)was told by the dr. To come back for another one today. I came back and was told I had a $30 copay. I get it it, it s not much but I don t have that right now, I asked if I could be billed but they don t do that here. So I left. So yeah, decent urgent care, unless you need to see someone urgently and don t have money on you. They really are nice, just need to get on the same page.

Went for Covid test with Covid symptoms and a positive at home the day before. Cost was $125. Front desk was nice, nurse was nice, receptionist on the phone two days later was nice; arrived at 9:50 and completed paperwork before 10am appointment time; did not get into appointment until 30 minutes later; actual test took about 10 min, then sat in patient room for over 30 minutes waiting on doctor; I finally just came out and said, can I go?; Doctor finally came 5 minutes later and checked me for about 30 seconds; they overcharged me (they didnt even attempt to use my insurance), now theyre talking about having me come pick up a reimbursement check or Zelle-ing it to me, having issues getting actual test results now too. I absolutely would go elsewhere if given the opportunity again.

Dr. Sakka and Dr. Darwish have always provided me with excellent care and have great beside manner. They are willing to spend that extra time to explain the answers to all of my questions so I can truly understand what s going on with my body rather than just giving quick solutions without explanation.
