I m curious why they changed the name! Anyways let it be known! Several years back my wife and 2 kids were struck by another vehicle! 30ft skid marks from other driver who was at fault! This document is filed in the courthouse under oath and it false! Robert White s attitude is everyone should go by contracts but him, his wife Lori is also involved with hiding this money from the victims! Stealing from the victims! You are stealing through the checks! You are not giving copies of written checks or canceled checks. So you need to stop your lies. You also add on to the doctor bills. You know how Lori White likes doing that with false appointments to pad your pockets! Tax free money for you, stealing from your clients! You didn t get to add the 20% because I didn t settle where Cal Hendrick that was mediator from the defendants law firm and Eric Rich was the defendant attorney that was there. They are involved with your theft ring! This law firm will steal from YOU, Beware. Padded doctor bills, false appointments! Refusing to show written and canceled checks. Robert White was my fathers lawyer and Mr White did NOT fight for my father. My father doesn t speak good English and trusted Robert White and his staff to help him. Commercial semi truck accident: Robert white s Lawfirm is absolutely horrible. They never keep you in the loop or give you updates. Actions were taken that were counter productive to both my health, well-being and my case. It seemed like I was being sold out to the major company that destroyed my life. His wife handles situations she s not legally allowed to for him, I was never even allowed to speak to Robert White until I fired him for unsatisfactory services and breach of contract. Take my advice and hire a lawfirm outside of the oilfield and West Texas area.

Robert Whites office was great and really helped my grandma when she got in her auto accident! They relieved her stress and ensured she had the medical treatment she needed. My husband was hit by a guy, who was on the clock for Kelley Grismsley, while he was riding his Harley. We had witnesses saying it was the other guys fault. He pulled out right in front of my husband. We called Robert white and he said he would represent us. We went to the doctors like Robert whites associates told us to for a few months when we got a letter from Robert white saying he could not longer represent us. No explanation. Nothing. Now we are getting bills from the Dr office to pay for the visits! They were supposed to be covered by the lawsuit. I cannot say for sure but it sure does seem like SOMEONE paid them off not to represent us. I will never recommend this man for anyone!! I cant stand seeing his commercials on tv. Hes a LIAR!!!!
