After being there for 1-1/2 hrs - Obviously I had a trainee. He keep looking for help from fellow techs. Guy under car finally came up to help. I was told oil change and tire aired was complete. I drove off and tires still show too low on my display. I called and was told to drive around for 15 miles for it to update. It never had happened before but I did. No change. I went back and had to hunt down someone to speak with. He made the tech come and check one tire and aired up. I told tech all tires were low. He claimed the one tire was low because it didn t have a cap on stem and air must be shooting out air. Lol. He walked away and I drove to Discount tire. They aired up all my tires and said nothing was wrong with my tires and that the tech at Valvoline was untrained or lying to me. I m praying my oil change was done correctly.

I came by on a Wed around 4pm and they told me that the inspection guy had already left (they are open until 7p). I came back the next day. They took my insurance info and acknowledged that I wanted an inspection in addition to an oil change. They then proceeded to try and upsell me a host of services. They finished the oil change, which was full synthetic, and told me to come back in 3000 miles (synthetic shoukd last a minimum of 6000). Of course, because of poor communication, they forgot the inspection. When I asked, they had me pull out and wait another 10-15 min. The inspecter asked to see my insurance again, and then told me he couldnt do the inspection because it was different in my home county. I asked him to use my second home address and he said no. Complete waste of time. So, I would avoid this place. Disorganized, poor service, no apologies, all upsell. AVOID

Service here is great! Spent less than 25 min.s here from start to finish. Went in for an oil change and chose a non busy day and time to do it. Not only did I get an oil change, they checked my air filter and replaced it for a very great price because it was really bad. They also checked the air in my tires for me! Hands down, the best oil change Ive had in a very long time. They were kind and laughed at my horrible nervous jokes. Lol Not sure if it was real laughs or not, but they made me feel like I was hilarious, thank you. Lol

After getting a coolant replacement had nothing but overheating issues was told the fluids used where the valvoline recommended replacement I found out later that was a lie, the area manager was not willing to fix there problem and costed me a additional 300 dollars would go somewhere else

After sitting through 2 cars getting inspected a gentleman came out and told me the inspector had to go to lunch. He said I could sit around for 30 minutes. I understand the lunch thing but why not have a closed sign you place in the lane or coming out and letting me know before I sat there for a while. They usually do a great job and are friendly but not this time.

Went to get a car inspected on Thursday. The guy doing the inspections, JOSE HUERTA was awful, absolutely awful. He wasted so much time that there was a line developing around the store. Why was he awful? Because he barely did his job. He would wander around, talk to coworkers, walk off behind the shop, etc. When it came time to get inspected, he would check one thing, or ask you one question and then.... nothing! He would wander about, almost like he was trying to make it look like he was busy, but he was doing nothing! I could see his computer screen! He would just stare at it and scroll up....and scroll down...all the while the weather is getting worse and he is telling his coworkers that when it starts raining, he wont have to do any more inspections; he will blame it on safety because of wet pavement. I overheard this moron say that! We had only 4 cars ahead of us and it took almost 2 hours to get the car inspected. Would have left except we were boxed in by other cars either in line for the other bays for oil changes, or other cars behind us needing to get their inspections done. I will never bring my car back here for an inspection and nobody else should either if they value their time. Even when he did look at the lights, etc., he was only half paying attention and took longer than needed for every single process, with each of those processes being buffered by empty time of him doing nothing at all. Im surprised the other employees didnt say anything to him because it was blatantly obvious, what with him doing what he is doing, and a massive line of cars building up for inspections while the oil changes are moving along as you would expect. Thats correct, oil changes or cars getting serviced, were getting in and being completed faster than cars getting simple state inspections.

I came at a busy time, and my car failed inspection because of a bulb. No biggie, I ask how much to have them replace it. 14$, for a 4$ bulb. Okay so I do down to OReillys and install the 4$ bulb myself and have to wait in line again. Again, it was decently busy, but this time I passed. Felt like it took an hour or so. Check your bulbs and wipers before you go. I didnt and it took me twice as much time.

I had such an unfortunate experience. I drove in the bay and advised the CSR that I needed an oil change and I have a fleet vehicle so I should be in their system as I had been there once previous with great results. They performed my oil change, and before they closed the hood, they put 2 new wiper blades (in the boxes) on my hood. The young man then gave me the copy of my bill. I told him I didnt ask for wiper blades and did not want them. He said he couldnt reverse the charges. I pushed to the onsite manager and he also said it couldnt be reversed since my fleet vehicle management co approved it already (in truth, fleet drivers have a dollar limit they cannot exceed w/o approval so NOT the same thing as being approved.) I had no options but to take my not-installed wiper blades with me. I have called their customer service, my fleet management company ,and my in-house fleet manager to advise all that I feel like I was hustled and the company is paying for extra charges NOT asked for by me. I will not be returning so maybe they hustled an extra $50 today from my company but in the end they have lost a customer forever. Fleet vehicle owners beware!

Went on my lunch break to get oil change. EVERY interaction with ALL staff was amazing and beyond. After done with service, my car would not start! Several staff came to take a look and offer help, started with checking my battery. (Not the issue) car displayed an odd error and Everyone jumped to research and try to help! I was so impressed with the kindness and compassion offered. After some time, I had to call for tow, and Christian, wonderful employee, offered to take me back to work...and did!! They kept my car and took care of the tow pick up for me!! Definitely recommend this place and all staff! Thank you to everyone that made a stressful and embarrassing situation manageable and not be made to feel like an inconvenience!!! A++++

After waiting for over an hour in line, my daughter and myself went inside the small lobby area to wait. A sweet, older lady was inside as well. One of the technicians came out and tried to convince her her air cabin filter was dirty. When he left she said she had just had it changed and it didn t look that dirty to her. I explained they like for you to change them often but she said it was expensive and didn t have the money to change it again. I told her I m sure it would be fine to wait until the next time. All of a sudden the technician came out and rudely told me I needed to leave for bad mouthing their business and they made us leave after waiting over an hour. We were from out of town and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Well. I was a customer back when it was Time IT Lube through the transition to Valvoline until this incident. I will never go back. They handled all of the oil changes since we purchased the car from a local dealer. This trip, they made my wife wait two hours in the heat because they stripped the oil pan bolt. She called me, and i got involved. I spoke with the shift manager and ended up waiting for an additional hour for him to go back and forth with someone from corporate to approve another shop doing the work. The shift manager failed to inform the store manager and the next shift manager before he took his time off. I wasted an additional 2 hours waiting on staff to get in touch with the shift manager in order for him to keep him word and make the arrangements. After the work was done, they only wanted to pay for half.

Charged 60$ for a 10$ cabin air filter. Over filled my ram 3.2 by an entire qt. (Have the oil for proof and this also caused issues with my check eng light) did NOT fully reattach my air intake to my mass air flow sensor. Over torqued my oil plug. They give quick and courteous service, in and out very quickly. Yet I know I had sway bar bushings that were bad and they had a grease fitting on the bottom of them and yet they never made mention that the upper bushings were gone. I normally dont get under my truck unless I have a leak, but I recently replaced my a/c compressor and saw they were bad. Just think it would be nice to inform me of the problem.

Went to get an oil change. We ve only ever take our truck to this location and they told me the oil plug was stripped. Well, we ve only ever gone here so they are the ones that stripped it. This time, they informed me the oil plug was stripped and put an oil plug that didn t fit. And oil leaked all in my driveway once it shook loose. I had to buy a new oil plug and oil.

I waited from 1045 until 1215 here for an oil change. I never got my oil changed. I had to leave for an appointment. When I called the store about it Jason put me on a brief one to two minute hold while he talked to the manager. After holding for 15 minutes. I had to leave my number for a call back. Got my oil change any a state inspection here. Basically at the end of the day. Everyone working there had a really good attitude even though its 100 degrees and theyve been working on oil changes all day. They checked everything out, didnt try to sell my anything that wasnt called for (the main reason I dont go to these places) and they were very fast. This is where Ill get my car inspected every time. I hope these guys are paid well because none of the competitors seem to be able to offer state inspections due to low staffing.

I blame myself for trusting and not checking before I left. My brand new jeep engine cover went missing....its a $200 replacement cost. I cannot prove anything but I park in a locked garage at night and in a secured and monitored lot during the day. I had only had the jeep for a few months and this was the first oil change. When I asked if she knew anything about what could be going wrong with my air conditioning, she got on hands and knees and stuck her head right under my glove compartment and helped me replace my cabin air filter as well as conduct my oil change. First time coming here. They were amazing. I pulled in they guided me in my car to go inside the shop,and got it done in 13 min. Its awesome that they are open on Sundays. They were all so nice and professional. Will come here again! I paid 31.58 for basic oil change with Lobo band discount card. They checked my lights and aired my tires, filled my windshield fluid.

My intial review would be zero stars for the McCann location. Horrible service, oil pan damaged, oil leaked completely out of car and what could have ended in tragedy. The 5 stars is for this location.....hard working, and very nice team!! Also to the absolute best Area Manager I have encountered in years, Jeremy, thank you for the excellent customer service and for going above and beyond. I appreciate your attention to what happened to my vehicle and I hope your company realizes what a huge asset you are to them!!

Phone goes straight to voicemail, no one answers the phone . My oil was changed 6/13/21, The oil change process was quick and the team was kind, however 4 days later my skid plate came loose while on Road 259. The Valvoline manager quickly sent someone to my home to inspect the car that night. The skid plate needs complete replacement. they accidentally ordered the wrong part. August 23rd, 2 months later, I still did not have a new skid plate. Update, skid plate was put on in September 2021. I received a free oil change. Gave them another chance January 6, 2022, they did not attach skid plate correctly again! Even after explaining what happened in the past. Not going back.

When the high level kids know more about ford specs and how to do things than ford techs theres an issue. You argue with someone who knows how to change the oil in their truck especially if youre struggling from the get go. You also dont tell someone they dont know what they are talking about when trying to help. Learn better customer service and dont be arrogant. All cars arent created equal.

Over the years I ve taken everything from a regular car to class C motorhome through their bays. The service is always fast and efficient, the personnel has always been friendly. If you need windshield wipers or an air filter they ll get you squared away, but they don t try to BS you if yours is still good. They ll also ask if you have a coupon or discount to use. If you give them an email or download their app you always have a coupon for your oil change. There s a reason they stay busy.

Went to then for an oil change and a cvt fluid swap. They drained my coolant and added transmission fluid into the cooling system. Promised me they would do anything in their power to make it right, but refused to pay my mechanics what the cost of repairs would be, but instead put me to a point where it was let us take it to our shop to bandaid it or were not fixing your car. So not only did they screw up my car, they also refuse to fix it right and only want to band aid it. Also Im left without a car at the moment because they wont pay for a rental but will reimburse me after its all said and done... After talking with the management these types of mess ups seems to be common place and happen all the time my thoughts, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

I actually enjoyed getting my oil changed here. Robbie, the manager, is extremely nice and very personable. I can tell he values customer service unlike several of the other places ive been to around town. I will continue to go here for the quickness and the awesome customer service.

My husband and I were in and out super quick! They were out of the air filter we needed, but with a quick trip to the auto store and back, they took time to change it real quick even with them being packed. Super great service and professionalism that is top notch! Highly recommend!

These guys are great! Super nice, polite, and professional. Just the best. They completed my oil change within 15 minutes as they always do. Today, when they checked the oil level after completing it, the oil on the bottom of the dipstick had a lot of foam for some reason. Without question, they drained the oil again and refilled with fresh oil. They explained everything well and assured me that it would not change my price at all. I appreciate them being honest and caring about the wellbeing of my vehicle. 10 out of 10.
