The rooms here are large and clean. I am in a wheel chair accessible room. Once I figured where all the buttons were in was very nice. I was surprised by no free breakfast but the lower cost made up for that.

Recently renovated hotel, but most of equipments are dated, small roaches are found in the bathroom. Air conditioner is very noisy with water leaking. Service of the front desk is horrible, waited 15 minutes for the check-in, nobody at the counter, only a piece of paper said leave momentarily. When the guy is back, no smile, no greetings, only cold words, hi can I help you. Same service quality for the checkout. The lady was on the phone, another 10 minutes waiting. It happens, no problem,we understand that, she is doing her job, but not a word sorry for the waiting. The front desk service definitely not matches Hilton brand and Im wondering how they got Hilton honor reward. Wont come back again and make me seriously doubt about the brand.

Likely would have been ok but not having a working elevator is a big pain. If you cant have a fully functioning hotel you should close. Very impressed with the level of service. In particular, I would like to commend Elizabeth. She was on the night shift and checked us in. She was very pleasant. The next morning she was still at the front desk just as cheerful! When the restaurant wait staff failed to show, she served an entire dining room full of folks breakfast while she also kept the front desk going! Her cheeks were flush as she rushed around keeping everyone happy. Elizabeth is a rare gem and I hope she is appreciated by her superiors. We will definitely stay here again.

We ve stayed here several times and we have been very satisfied. Over the past few years we ve observed areas that need a little TLC.(bathroom sink, shower, lighting, TV, and door security locks). The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. We usually choose to dine at local restaurants, that are not too far away. The most important thing for the wife is her cup of coffee in the morning and they have plenty when we are there!

Found bugs in the bathroom. Disgusting! Front desk lady wasnt the most helpful, nor the friendliest. Called the manager directly several times...no response....we should get our money back but at this point it probably wont happen. Terrible management. I did not stay here as I live local. I spent the week here for a conference with individuals that flew in from various countries. I want to inform the reader that I honestly can only post wonderful reviews about the staff. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. The restrooms were always clean, the appearance of the facility was clean as well. I heard no issues from my coworkers about the service or issues with the rooms either. I tagged onto a business trip with my husband, and we stayed here. It was nearby the mall and close to Space Center Houston. The rooms were nice. It was quiet in our room even when I stepped in the hall and realized that the room next to us was full of giggly teens. The staff was super helpful. We especially appreciated that Daisha, the night front desk employee went above and beyond for us and several other guests. I recommend!!

This was our second stay at this hotel. Employees are very nice. In the room, the bed was comfortable enough to sleep, kinda firm with not so firm pillows. Reserved a room. As a 100% disabled veteran I need the room to be accessible with a roll in shower. My wife spoke to them on the phone to verify that I would have what was needed. She even called back and spoke to someone else and they verified that notes were made regarding my needs. When we arrived at the hotel they said they didnt have any accessible room. They also said We dont guarantee accessible features. REALLY?!?! Its not like I wanted a king but got 2 queens. This is the worst Hilton hotel I ve ever stayed in. You expect way better quality and service when you stay at a Hilton, especially when you can select from hundreds of other hotels in the direct area to stay at for FIVE DAYS. For starters, as a Hilton Honors Gold member, you typically receive a bottle of water upon check-in or some credit for food if you choose, yet I didn t receive anything and was not given an option. However, others who checked in with me for the same work event, received a welcome goody bag with water and their stay was $20 less a night. We all had breakfast included, so there was no reason for my stay to be $100 more for five nights than everyone else when I received different service standards. We had breakfast and I didn t get potatoes with my eggs to order (which was included) and asked why and the server said well I can have them make you some if you order them. Really?! It s included! Everyone else got them on their plate! The bar and restaurant was closed on Sunday, despite it being advertised as open 7 days a week. The elevators were past inspection date (see photos), and they were questionable for service (one with a damaged firefighter call button and the elevator would move before the doors finished closing). My shower was NOT clean there was a used bar soap when I arrived and orange scum around the perimeter of the shower (photo included). They decided to remodel the surrounding rooms next to me so I heard hammering, pneumatic drilling tools, and the horrific strong smell of paint at 5 pm (photos included). Why fill the room if you re doing maintenance right around it? The bar experience- I asked for a Paloma (form the menu), was told they have no grapefruit juice. I asked for a cucumber gin and tonic (also on the menu), was told they have no cucumber juice. The gym only contained dumbbell weight sets 20 pounds and higher with one set of 5 s I took a photo of this as well. Floors were consistently dirty all throughout the hotel. My curtains had gross stains on them. Upon check-in, they did let me check-in early, but at my own risk apparently since the room wasn t clean or ready for occupancy and the staff didn t welcome me as a Gold member in any way. The toxic smell of paint on night 4 left me with a migraine and I had to line towels in the doorway to keep the smell from seaping in. The staff was nice at least during interactions, but clearly super inconsistent with service. I still don t know why I was charged $20 more than everyone else I checked in with when we had the same package. I would NOT recommend this hotel at current standing.

Very polite boy at front desk!. I believe its Jeremy maybe? So helpful with unbelievably sharp customer service skills .. I just love staying here. I had snacks in my room ready, the housekeeping staff is the BEST cleaning my room and replacing things, theres a bar/restaurant that has an awesome chef in back (Salmon plate is fave), and plenty of amenities like a computer room, meeting/business area, breakfast, pool, and more. I only stay here!

As a diamond member I really would have expected better. Before I get into my issues I do want to say the hotel staff is accommodating and friendly. With that said, the toilets suck, the shower was mediocre and the worst part was I came down at 9:45 and I realize I miss d breakfast but no coffee or hot water for tea? When I asked about it they just said yes we are done with that after breakfast and made no attempts to accommodate me. Normally Hilton properties has 24/7 coffee and tea. Lastly my T.v. remote didnt work and so I finally took the battery cover off and there was no batteries. Heres the worst .... When I checked in I asked when the restaurant/bar open and she said 5, yet at 5:30 t.v. was off and no one there. I had to walk to bdubs down the street for food. I dont think they ever opened. Next time Im in this area there is a Hampton not to far and I think thats where I will stay. Been there before but the housekeepers walk in on their guests before check out. At this point I may just switch to IHG and give up my diamond staus

I am forever grateful to Melanie and Bridgette (sp). I was in a rush leaving in the morning and forgot two rings and my charger, and didn t realize until I was at the airport. The rings are my grandmother s, and while not expensive, are irreplaceable and hold incredible sentimental value. I was absolutely heartbroken and so worried, but when I called the hotel, Bridgette and Melanie were just wonderful. They reassured me that housekeeping had found the items, and that they would ship them to me. I of course said I would pay all shipping costs, but I was surprised that they didn t even charge me. I received everything within a week (even my phone charger), via UPS, and even had sign for it. Melanie especially was so sweet and took the time to update me as to the shipping timeline. The stay itself was excellent, the bed was so comfortable, and I will 100% stay here again. Melanie, if you see this, you have no idea how grateful I am. Thank you so, so much.

The service no good to begin with I was there for quarantine for 5 days for the last 2 days no service no food The last date I was there No breakfast no launch I know the company that I work with paint top dollar I will not recommend this place Thanks

Front desk was very very kind an accommodating. I needed my room changed because there were kids in the pool being kind of loud around 10pm. I was able to go back to front desk and the lady, without hesitation, moved me far away from the pool so I could get a good nights sleep! Room was very clean and the shower was nice.

The manager, Bill Dalleske, is the worst. I didnt even get to stay a night because the manager cancelled my reservation one day and a half prior to my stay. The reasoning is because he booked the hotel for a whole group and I guess my stay didnt matter. Very unprofessional and not someone I would hire in this role. As a long standing Hilton Honor member, I am appalled at how this situation was handled. The manager needs to go.

Rooms had such a strange set up. You cant have the bathroom door open or it will run into the front door or closet. Unlike other Hilton properties, this one doesnt provide breakfast. Also, while we were there we were given no warning in regards to some kind of water boil that was going on in the city. My husband had drank some water from the tap and we learned from family later in the day that it was dangerous to do so. Hes immunocompromised, so we were pretty worried until the boil was cleared later that day!! Would have been nice if they put a sign somewhere in the lobby or room saying to not drink the water!

Overall, the hotel is what you would generally expect from Hilton. The main entry is the nicest part of the hotel and is very welcoming. Ashley at the front desk was amazing and very cordial at check in. The rooms are average and clean but feel a bit small. The proximity to local businesses is a plus and here is breakfast for $11.95. For the price, I would recommend trying it out if you are in the area.

This was a great place for a weekend staycation. Close and within walking distance to many restaurants and small novelty shops. The breakfast bar was awesome. The pool was never crowded and was a lot of fun. Our view was awesome too. Please remember to hit the like button if my review helped you in anyway.
