Was only be able to drive on thrusday like the hours they advertised at the door and google Maps. The first time drove there was close, and I tried again the week after, and the ladies told me it was close. They should fix their store hours and stop making believe us they are open when they are not.

Food here was pretty good a few years back. However the food now is terrible the meat feels old and like hay. Its sharp and weird to eat. The tacos al pastor were very dry, the tortilla feels old and tore apart. The lady seems to have a issue with me because she seems to dislike me.

I drove 2 hrs just to eat here all the way from Livingston Tx....Well worth it, I read some of the other reviews specially the 1 .....People just dont know Authentic Mexican Food Like Street tacos and everything else......dont pay attention to them Try them out and you will see and taste with your own mouth......Highly Recommend Estan Riquisimos.

This is your hole in the wall type of place. Mexican soul food, if you will. They serve a breakfast menu in the morning and lunch one later on. They do have authentic trompo carnitas! We went early in the morning and had ourselves a couple of breakfast tacos. Fajitas with beans and chorizo and beans. Small salsa bar and aguas frescas completed our meal. If you want to eat in be prepared to wait for a spot, only two small tables. Thank you!

Mediocre tacos with a high price tag. Stripes has a better tasting breakfast taco at half the price - and theyre not even good. Tacos themselves are small and not filled very much, better value for the price anywhere else in town other than Las palapas which actually has smaller tacos. Chorizo is exorbitantly greasy, had a odd sweetness to the taste and is cooked separately from the eggs which makes it to where you have a grease puddle that drips from the taco. Bacon was ok at best, but worlds better than the chorizo. Menu price shows 2.99 in the store for each taco, was charged $4 for each taco. 1/10 would not recommend and do not look forward to when my stomach expunges this garbage.

I started the Bryan Taco Trail tour and this was my first stop. After eating traditional trompo tacos in Monterrey, Mexico, I have to say that this place is legit! The taco plate comes with four tacos on soft corn tortillas, with sides of lime, radish, cucumber, grilled onion, and a grilled half jalapeño. Pro tip: squeeze lime on everything and put their green sauce on the tacos!

Loved the authentic trompo tacos from Taqueria Poblana. The prices were fair, spent about $18 for two plates which had 4 tacos each. The tacos had just a bit of pineapple in it which was just enough to add a bit of sweet tang while keeping the savory flavor of the meat. The salsa/extras bar was a nice touch and the servings were hefty (each taco had two tortillas!)

Stopped here too grab breakfast. This place was not very user friendly. There were no signs about pricing or the options available. All the food was in bins like youd find on a buffet, unmarked and you simply ask for what you want in your taco. Since nothing was marked and I didnt have the time to figure out what everything was, I went with the basics - bacon, egg, and cheese for me and potato, egg and cheese for my wife. They were fine. The potatoes were cooked with something, possibly chorizo, and were a bit too spicy for my wife. I wanted to like this place as its close by. I might give it another try when I have time.
