Blessed to be part of this group . Family! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! Its a safe space to be YOU ! Our coaches always want the best for us and help us every way they can possible! Its a judgement free zone ! Wether youre nee to working out and healthy eating or youre a pro you are treated with the same love and respect ! Shout out to Hector Vela and Roxana Torres the most fun and helpful coaches ! Always treat everyone like family ! And always answer if we have questions nothing is small for them ! Not to mention all the shakes teas lit teas ! Everything is so flavorful makes you think its too good to be true , but it is! You wont find flavor like this anywhere else ! Kid-friendliness: My kids love the shakes and diferent flavors! All the colorful options and the great ad ons!

Highly recommend. A lot of options for protein shakes - with amount of protein, carbs, etc all displayed. I didn t know what I wanted and the guy helped me choose - very friendly. There s also tons of things I want to go back and try. I got the mud slide protein shake. Delicious. 8g of sugar - so not sugar free. (I would ve liked a sugar free option). But this was a great alternative to a greasy lunch.

I will have to admit, I was not a fan after the first time, but upon finding the shake flavors that I like, I have become a 3 time per week regular and will continue to do so. The shakes are just slightly more expensive than I was paying at Smoothie King and they have far fewer calories and seem to keep me satisfied as long if not longer through the day. I have not tried the teas, but I am definitely a fan of the shakes. I have recommended to co-workers and friends. I started the shake journey around the same time I returned to the gym, and this has been integral to losing weight/inches. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I was skeptical at first since I really don t like teas but my coworkers and I decided to give it a shot and we do not regret it. All the drinks are fantastic and we feel more energized after, I never know what to order so I just ask Roxy to serve me something she recommends and I m never disappointed. 10/10 recommend!!!
