Salmon was mostly rare in the middle for my comfortability and was far too sweet. The tacos were wonderful however and if I came back I would get those. Server did not come by often and forgot the shrimp. The shrimp was too spicy, even for someone from Arizona. Overall I dont think this is a place I would return to. Presentation is great but quality needs work.

Came here for brunch and enjoyed it so much. Everything is fresh and the food is absolutely delicious. Fresh made batter for the donuts and the waffles as they come with a selection of fruits as well. If you havent tried this place I would highly recommend it. The customer service is out of this world, and everyone is so nice. Thank you for a great brunch with my family!

The menu has a plant based entree: Cauliflower Steak, served with steak knife. Topped with a sublime hummus sauce and a side of roasted vegetables, its all delicious. I return for it since the opening. Gallery 41 is a fine restaurant I recommend for my vegan friends. The Fried green tomatoes and vegetable puff pastry are two fine plant based appetizers.

The food was awesome. We started with the fried green tomatoes and the shrimp fresco both of which were phenomenal. I had the poblano chicken sandwich, which was delicious. The only complaint I had about the sandwich was that it was a little too tall . I had to smash it down a little bit in order to take a bite, but it was definitely worth it. Good sized portions (not huge) and the wait-staff was impeccable. I will definitely be back next time I am in-town. Dietary restrictions: My wife is dairy-free right now and the waiter worked with us to get her a dairy-free dish. He was awesome. Parking: Plenty of free parking in the lot reserved for that building. Kid-friendliness: We had a 10-month old with us and they were perfectly accommodating with a high chair and everything else we needed while we were there.

Great filet mignon! Only thing is I wouldnt serve it on top of the potatoes. Drinks were really good. Wife had the Southern Sunrise and we both had the espresso martinis with the chocolate churro cake. Great combo!

Had a very pleasant experience here. It was our first meal after landing and getting situated in Corpus Christi. Food was delightful, and the staff was splendid as well. Our servers name was Jerry (like Springer, but without the drama, as he likes to say), and he was very attentive and warm. I highly recommend.

Cute interesting atmosphere. Can t rate the food but I can rate the fact that my wife and I popped in for lunch, were greeted by an uninterested hostess, seated and greeted by our waitress and then sat for 20 minutes before we saw our waitress again. She was just hanging out at the bar talking. No order taken at this point so we walked out. Atmosphere was great, but service was the worst I ve had in awhile. Mind you this is 2pm on a Saturday after school had already started so the restaurant had plenty of staff and only a few customers.

Good food. Horrible service. Me, my fiancé and my mother went to eat here for my birthday on July 12th and I have not stopped thinking about how terrible the service was. The waitress was not attentive whatsoever, my mother never got her main dish- just the sides. the one drink she ordered did not come out until 45 minutes later. We get being understaffed but a waitress who could have been attentive would ve been great. mine and my fiancés food was good but my poor mother did not even get to enjoy a dinner because we were waiting for an hour for it to come out and it never did. When we would bring it to the waitresses attention (the one time she came after mine and my fiancés food came out) she kept saying a couple more minutes on my mothers food and then she never came back outside and finally when we were done eating she came out to ask if we were ready for our check and said oh you never got your food? she would have known if she was actually doing her job. I would never come back or recommend.

Such a beautiful little spot first time there came about a couple weeks ago to visit my best friend and Godsons, we enjoy great service from Gary. I was a little disappointed that there wasn t a sauce for the steak. I would ve ordered it, if I know and I have an allergy to onions so the ones they have couldn t take out the onions, other than that, I tried everyone else s food and it was really good. The macaroni was spot on. The french fries were really good. The burgers good.

I will NEVER come here again!! Me and my husband came here for dinner, we got there at 7pm, the manager came to the table and asked if we had been helped and we said no. And she said that she would go get our server, we waited for a little while, then a server came up and asked if we had been served and we said no and she said that she will go get our server. Then our server comes to the table with water and no glasses, plates, no silverware. Mind you, all the other tables was set up already with the plates, and silverware very nicely. We were seated at a table that was not set at all. Then she comes back and we orders our appetizers, and we placed out orders. It took so long for them to bring us our appetizer that I forgot that we even ordered an appetizer. Then I looked at the time and realized that we had been waiting for our food going on an hour and Fourty minutes. The waitress come over to our table and says, we are so sorry the wait is so long but we are very busy and there is a party going on in the inside.. mind you that we was there before the so called party started in the inside and the party that started on the outside. Then she come back like ten minutes later and says, she checked on our food and it should be coming right up, ten minutes later we asked her where is our food? Then then apologize and says that it s not coming up and she don t know when it will be ready because they are busy.. how long don t it take to cook blackened drum fish? Then the party came for the outside, the manager walks over to them and shakes theirs hands and introduces herself to them and made sure their table was set very nice. When she was going back inside, we said excuse me to her several times to get her attention, she saw us and was going to come to the table but then turns around and send a different server over to the table and went back inside. Finally I told my husband, let s go!! I think they are racist!! The manager never shook our hand or anything. I went in to look for the waitress who my husband politely said, if you can t have our food out in the next 5 minutes, just bring us the ticket for the appetizer. And she said ok, she was going to go get the ticket. Which meant that they was not planning on serving us, they brought us the appetizer to play it off but they did not want to serve black people.. when I went in, I could not find her, she was not even at the ticket computer system to get our ticket even though she had came back out to serve her other tables after she said that she would get us our ticket. Then another waitress saw everything and walked up to me and asked if I needed to speak to a manager. And I said, NO because the manager would not even come see what we wanted..

I went to this restaurant with my mom and cousin after spending the day at Rockport beach and in the sun. We were all hot and exhausted and just wanted to relax and this was the perfect place. We had the place to ourselves after the lunch crowd and our waiter Jerry was amazing. He was quick to check up on us and refill our special drinks and get us exactly what we wanted. He was very kind and conversational and made our experience there even better. The food was also amazing and it has a really fun and fancy atmosphere with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Overall i give it a 5/5 for food, atmosphere, and service. Me and my family left there feeling full, refreshed, and happy due to our server and the good food. I highly recommend this place for a casual, fun, or fancy outing that won t cost you much and has a gorgeous view!

We went for Fathers Day expecting Prime Rib which was changed to brisket. The buffet was so so bread left out to dry and the cheese and fruit area seemed like it had not been kept up. Decided to take my mother out for the mothers day brunch. I called the day before to set a reservation, the girl on the phone took my name and number and said they would call back within 5-10min with details of what is all included. Never got a call back. Thats fine, I assumed they were busy. Next morning I called again for more details over the brunch. After telling the guy my name and number he said no reservation was set... They ended up putting me on the list but did not inform me they were putting us outside... Very unfortunate because if we knew ahead of time, we would not of ended up going. The whole reservation process felt very unorganized and a strong need for retraining. I understand they are still a newer location. Overall we still made the best of it. The food options were great, the server was sweet. The interior was beautiful but pretty small.

Went during the Friday evening service so it was a packed house but we were seated quickly! My partner & I both ordered the Blackened Drum with sides and an order of roasted veggies, it did not disappoint! I ordered an espresso martini and he ordered a whisky on the rocks, both were great. For dessert we shared the crème brûlée, yum! Service was excellent, food was awesome, ambience was worth it. Definitely a place for special occasions or if you just want to treat yourself. My mom and I went to dinner early on a Thursday. The restaurant was fairly busy for a week night but there seemed to be ample servers. We were seated quickly, albeit at a random two top stuck against an egress wall near no other tables. My mother and I joked we felt like we got put at the kids table/timeout. My back was towards the entrance and every time someone opened the door to the patio, the wind would come flying straight towards our table. The good: the food (crab cakes, poblano soup , and mashed potatoes were wonderful) we split a filet. Some bites were amazing, some bites were not. The drinks (espresso martini & lavender haze) were delicious. The lavender haze was very sweet. Room for improvement: time it took to get our drinks after ordering (20+ minutes). They were out of our first two requested appetizers. My mom and I split the filet and they did not bring an extra plate, steak knife, nothing. I had to cut her steak for her. So I guess we really were at the kids table. We will be back and hopefully they will get rid of the kids table and work out some things like maybe hiring another bartender by then.

Definitely worth stopping for! My wife saw this place as we were driving to our hotel and we decided to give it a shot. We were not disappointed. My wife order the salmon and I order the filet. The presentation was Art in my wife s words for both plates and they tasted even better. Highly recommend the whipped potatoes and the three cheese cavatappi sides. We saw another review say, ask for light sauce on the salmon. I second this tip! We would make this a regular spot if lived around the area. As of right now they haven t been open long but can tell it will be something much needed for this area. Even if there is a slight wait it s worth it!

Gorgeous place! This is a venue unlike anything else Corpus Chrisi has. The outdoor patio view of the marina is spectacular in the evening, the building provides great shade. The food is delicious, beer battered shrimp and roasted veggies are very good, as is the chicken and creamed spinach. Parking: You can park in the Art Center lot or on the back side street. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome no doubt (grilled cheese with side or macaroni and sides are meal options), but this a great adult date night dinner place.

Often, trendy restaurants are lacking in food quality or value. This was NOT the case here. The lunch grilled drum sandwich was delicious and fully satisfied my hunger. The shoestring fry seasoning had a lemon backend that was very nice. And service was first rate. The atmosphere is wonderful. A working gallery, a nice view, and entertaining people watching. We had a lovely dinner on Friday night. The place is new and still working to get things running smoothly so patience may be needed while waiting for your meal. Everything we had was delicious, well seasoned and just right sized portions. They have a well appointed bar and a fun artsy decor. The blue velvet setting was very comfortable. Location, service and ambiance are 4 & 5 stars. The food though is 2-3 stars. We ve been twice to be fair . The drum nachos, while pretty good, are heavy on the chips but too light on the drum. The veggie side dish was very skimpy. (About 6 cubes of zucchini) There are no entree size salads. There are no grilled fish or grilled chicken entrees had to order the blackened drum sandwich with no buns and unfortunately the drum portion was too small. Portions overall on all the selections are small but they re on to something good if they can tweak portion size to reflect the higher end pricing, and can add a few more selections to satisfy those wanting grilled fish and chicken. We will back in a year or so to give them some time.

Visited Gallery 41 today for lunch. We had sorbet mimosas, crab cakes with bloody mary shot, roasted veggie puff pastries, salmon, steak, and chicken. Our friends had shrimp and the sirloin skewers, Moscow mule and grapefruit mimosa. We were all extremely satisfied with the service and quality of the food and drinks. The restaurant itself is gorgeous and the service was perfect. The chef also came by the table to check in which we thought was a nice touch. We will definitely be back.

I am an artist member of the art gallery, my artists also are members of the art gallery. We go there to paint for fun, so we all decided to go to this restaurant for the first time yesterday and we sit outdoor patio facing the ocean and the atmosphere is so beautiful. We all like the food, very delicious and a bit expensive. So I noticed the menu with great food, but it didnt show tea, cokes, wine list on the menu at all. They need to put that on menus, so we can see what kind of wines they have and what the prices are. Jerry was our waiter, he did an amazing job and we all were happy with him. I know that the restaurant is so beautiful and creative and they will get better with their menus. Thank you, also I have a service dog Rocky was with me with no problems at all and I was very happy about that. Vegetarian options: Some of my friends ate the vegetables salads, chickpea sandwiches . I ate the hamburger with fries, so delicious. Parking: Theres plenty of parking spaces in front of the restaurant and on the other side of the art bldg.they have handicapped parking spaces too. Kid-friendliness: I havent seen the children there yet, since I first went there. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a new wheelchair access to go into restaurant is awsome.

Typical upscale corpus restaurant, the food was amazing. The drinks were awesome but the service was lacking.

They need some more time to iron out the kinks but itll be nice when they hit their stride. The atmosphere is stylish and lovely and the location is wonderful. We had some issues with drinks and dinner; they were out of both the cocktail and the appetizer I ordered. One of the entrees for our table of four was not delivered and we had to flag down our server and inquire; she tracked it down but by that time it was ice cold. I ordered my salmon well-done and it arrived so undercooked it was inedible (so my dog received a $34 piece of fish as a midnight snack). Well try again when they have had some time to get their legs under them.

We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and everything was so good. The restaurant is very beautiful and cozy, food and drink was so delicious. This is definitely our new favorite spot for date nights. We definitely will be back!

Everything was perfect, had the nachos, chicken with mac and cheese and my friend had the salmon with skinny fries, dessert was the chocolate churro. Aubrey was our server; fantastic. Only suggestion is please more variety for wines by the bottle!

This place is exactly what corpus needed. Although the menu a bit expensive, the food was great. The bf and I both enjoyed the Salmon with the whipped potatoes and the cavatappi as our sides. We got a side of the vegetables as well which were seasoned to perfection. The Cavatappi melted in my mouth and the whipped potatoes couldn t have tasted better. My only change would ve been less sauce on the salmon as it got mushy fairly quick. We will definitely be back, the service was great and the inside is very clean. I hope they stay around. Vegetarian options: They have a Cauliflower steak among many vegetable sides!

Decided to try out Gallery 41 for lunch Saturday afternoon. This place does not disappoint! Not only does this place have amazing views and atmosphere, but the food is amazing as well!! Absolutely worth putting on the regular dining rotation. I ordered... Poblano chicken: Roasted chicken breast, smoked provolone, fresh poblano peppers, tomatoe, onion, pickle on a brioche bun with a side of shoestring fries.

Let me just start by saying this was such a great experience on all levels. I saw a post for this place on Facebook maybe 3 days ago, and we decided to give it a try for lunch today. We walked in, were seated right away, with the option of inside or outside. It was a gorgeous day, so we opted for outside, and were seated with a great view of the water. We started with some drinks, and the crab cake appetizer. I had the burger and he had the beer battered fried shrimp. *We even went back for a second round of crab cakes after our meals. They are the BEST I ve ever had* The sever we had was very sweet and informational about the space and menu items. The other staff who came and checked on us were very quick, attentive and truly cared about our experience. Who I believe was the owner, was even out greeting tables and checking in with everyone.. she was even helping to clear plates. I really liked seeing the effort from every member of their team. Food and overall experience was AMAZING!! 110% would recommend. We will absolutely be returning.

Terrible hostess. He skipped us because he didn t write down our name and would not allow us to order a drink from the bar because the wait was 5-10 minutes. Lol! We drove miles to enjoy ourselves. Would not recommend

Such a wonderful restaurant by the coast with a great view! The ambience is very modern and bright inside and the patio is lovely as well with great choice of music. Jerry was such an inviting and friendly waiter who took such great care of us and made great recommendations. I ordered lavender haze cocktail, which was lovely with not too tart lemon flavor with nice subtle notes of lavender. I tried the filet mignon (with espresso Demi glace) with a side of cheese cavatapi which was amazing. The filet mignon was very tender and cooked to my liking, and that Demi glace had such depth of flavor that accompanied the filet mignon so well. The cheese cavatapi had a nice gooey texture with buttery breadcrumbs which I enjoyed as well. My friend ordered their burger which she absolutely enjoyed. To my surprise, the waiter brought another plate of filet mignon entree as we were finishing the meal. He explained that the kitchen had made a mistake of serving me a 6oz steak instead of 8oz as the menu had said, and that they wanted to be honest and provide me with an extra plate to make it right. To be honest, I didnt even notice the size of the steak but I thought it was such an honest and integral part on the restaurant that I felt touched! It speaks to the business value in excellent customer service and providing quality and an honest product. I absolutely would be back and recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

At first I was skeptical since I m not one to always venture out and try new places, but it was SOOOO GOODDD! The flavor of everything I ordered was so full, rich, and perfect! Drinks 10/10 - ordered the Sorbet Raspberry Mimosa Appetizers 10/10 - ordered the crab cake appetizers Entree 10/10 - Pan Seared Frenched Chicken, with seasonal vegetables (it was VERY MOIST!) Side 9/10 - Three Cheese Cavatapi The ambiance was amazing along with the decor of the restaurant. Our waitress Ariana was kind and very attentive to our table. I ll definitely be visiting again when I m in town. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!!!
