LIFE SAVERS!! WOW! My wife had an accident and broke her wedding ring and we lost the gemstone entirely. Wish I could have a before and after photo, but they were able to encrust a beautiful gem to match what it used to look like and they even polished it to a beautiful new shine... the ring didnt look this good when it was BRAND NEW. I could not possibly be more happy as a customer, and their pricing was more than reasonable- Id say almost too good to be true. Thank you SO MUCH, jewelry store. God bless yall, my wife was giddy with excitement seeing her wedding ring revitalized to this level of beauty. You guys are the best!!!

Used to love this store would go with my grandmother. One of her favorite places but went in there recently and he made me feel less of, just because I didn t buy my ring from him try to get it resize he said it was impossible basically judged me and my ring did not expect the owner to act this way guess I won t be going here anymore are recommending any family members are friends had to go in there agian . David gardeners they re sized it with no problem even told me I had a beautiful ring

Went in wanting to get my sons senior ring cleaned. He lost it over a year ago so I wanted it clean and shiny when we give it back to him. (He wasnt aware that it had been found.) The staff there was extremely helpful, honest, and went above and beyond to make me happy. His ring was already clean and looking good. They could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance but they did not. I had my ring cleaned while I was there and it now looks brand new. Thank you so much for helping me with this little gift. Im already hinting for a new ring and The Jewelry Store will be our first stop!!!

I called before I went. He said he could replace my watch battery for $10. When I arrived, a woman took the watch to the back. A few minutes later an older man came back carrying my watch and said he couldnt do it. No charge. When my husband opened the watch, the battery was missing and the seal that prevents water infiltration, was broken. I wont be back for any reason. Yes, I knew it was at my own risk. If he had put my battery back in, I wouldnt have known how dishonest he was. Youve got to be smart if youre going to be sneaky.

I had to have 2 rings resized, one of them had been cut off because of a surgery and the other one had worn thin and broke. They did a great job sizing them for me, which can be difficult because of arthritis in my hands, the turn around was quick and I will definitely be going back to them for any other jewelry needs or repairs.

I took my ring to Robbie to have it sized he kept it there for more than 3 weeks when I got my ring back he had changed the diamond on my ring plus the ring weight less when I got it back when it should have wieght more since it was being size two rings sizes up I have been going to him for 2 years and never expected for him to steal for me the way he did I will never ever take anything to him again and I will not recommend him to anyone either

I have never had a problem before and I honestly still cant believe it.I asked for the price of sizing a ring and it was more than I wanted to pay being that I had other things that needed to be repaired. I knew my mother had a friend that does jewelry repair and I was willing to wait and see if it may be cheaper with him.The owner apparently overheard my mother and my conversation and was apparently offended by me wanting to take it elsewhere. He said I would be paying $10 on gas just getting there. I said thats no problem because my mother lives in the same town as this other jeweler. At this point my head is throbbing and I am really taken back that it was even an issue. I told him it was no big deal and asked why was it even an issue, people do shop around and try and get a good price on things. RIGHT? Apparently, I was wrong. There were some other issues brought up and I could go on and I most definitely believe it will get mentioned with their response. I have been a customer for a very long time and have bought some beautiful jewelry from them. I have always loved looking at their showcases of their beautiful jewelry and never not walk out of there not wanting something! Anyway, I will never go back again. It was not fair the way I was treated not to mention my mother, my daughter and my granddaughter were all with me and witnessed everything. I know they will definitely not hurt by losing me as a customer. I wish them continued success with ,The Jewelry Store.

Chase is great, third generation jeweler! I didnt go in to buy jewelry, but I did momentarily see the cases, everything is beautifully designed. I came in to get my watch battery fixed, it was done in 3 minutes and for $10. Super great service, will come here again.

Have been here a few times. The service is excellent. Recently had my wedding ring sized and it was done in house (not shipped anywhere) they did an amazing job and it didnt cost a fortune. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing jewelry repair or sizing. They also have a cool line of jewelry made there. Go check them out.

These folks are so kind! My 30 year old wedding ring needed a slight repair. Not only did they perform a beautiful repair within a day, but they cleaned it and didn t charge me ANYTHING! Highly recommend and will be doing my jewelry purchases here in the future.

Fantastic experience. Went in for a ring cleaning and they did an amazing job! Even spoke to one person about getting a band designed for my wedding ring and even though they didnt design the wedding ring we still talked about getting a band that would be perfect for my ring. I was given a special ring for Christmas however, the ring was too small. I was anxious to put it on my finger and called around to check prices and timeframe that I would be able to have my ring sized. I called all over town and I was given a two to three week window to get my special gift back.........Except for The Jewelry Store. I called them and they said that they would get it back to me the next day!!!! Unbelievable!!! They listened to my anxiety in my voice and worked a miracle!!! FIing jeweler declined my repair, said nobody in town could repair my invisible setting. I almost scrapped my sentimental ring. Out of desperation I went into The Jewelry Store and without hesitation the owner knew he could do the repair. To top it off his price was 5 times lower than a mall store. I will be a customer for life.

A few months ago I took 3 watches (one was a Movado) to have their batteries replaced, one was returned working fine, I was told that the Movado and the other one had other issues that they couldn t fix, I just took them to another jewelry store and they told me that whoever tried to replace their batteries before didn t know what they were doing or didn t have the right tools and broke the mechanisms on both.

My 1st visit replacing batteries in my watches I was amazed at how friendly they were. The second time I walked in to pick up my watches they didnt recognize me and the feel in the room was completely different. After telling me they would not charge me to put links in my watches they charged me $40.00. And treated me with distance rather than the warmth I felt on my previous visit. If my first experience had been repeated I would continue to be a customer. But I wont be going back considering how uncomfortable I felt going in the second and third time

Went in with problems a few too many times- lots of setting issues that shouldnt have kept happening. Was also required to pay in one instance of resetting that we were told there would be no charge for- luckily we ended up halfing it. Not happy considering the many issues throughout the year but oh well. Other than that they are very very nice people, just need to work on customer services and quality a little bit. But again nice people.

I was in Bryan to chauffeur my mom to a doctors appointment and needed to get a broken link repaired on the sterling silver Tiffany necklace Ive worn every day for 10 years. The team at The Jewelry Store was awesome! I wish they were in Austin. While their repairs normally take a week, when I explained I was only in town running errands, and they saw how simple my needed repair was, they were able to get it done in 10 minutes! I also wish my husband had purchased my engagement ring from them, as theyre so trustworthy and all round good people!
