The establishment is fantastic. Recently, theyve revamped the interior and introduced cozy booths. The cuisine is made with fresh ingredients and is absolutely delightful. Our server, Ali, provided exceptional service, and the hot tea was exactly what we needed. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience. We were looking to dine in at a new place since we haven t tried it so we thought of trying this place. Some of my friends actually did tell us not to go here as they had mixed types of service each time they went but we still thought to give it a try. The minute we got there we were seated the server was seemed very friendly and welcoming we got there at 8:20 by 8:25 our order was taken. We ordered appetizer with our regular order which took quite sometime to come. It was 8:45 and we asked the server to give us updates on our food which she went in the kitchen and said additional 15 mins will take we weren t happy to hear as it shouldn t take 45+ minutes for a simple order to come through anyhow we waited. At 9pm a guy came by I beleive was either the owner or manager to ask how we were doing and if need anything we told him we have been waiting for our food and need to know if it s ready since it s already 9 he said he will check and let us know. He came back out and told us the food was placed at 8:41 so it won t be out so soon it will take 15-20 mins more for it to come out. We were so furious we told him we place our order at 8:25 and the server told us it will be here by 9 and now you are saying it was placed at 8:41. He kept arguing without any empathy towards a customer and his customer service skills amazed us we were blown away how he managed to blame us and our impatient behavior. He kept repeating that they had a big catering order which required priority and that our food was complicated one so that was also taking time. We were 3rd customer in that big restaurant but after us whoever placed the order received their order without a delay. Anyhow our kids were hungry we were running out of patience we somehow managed to wait and food arrived at 9:11pm. The server was apologetic but that guy was nowhere to be found afterwards. I will never be returning to this place where customers are treated like crap. This place does require a lot of work in terms of customer service.

Kasra, a great restaurant you can call home. I have been in Kasra for Birthday, memorial wedding, celebrating New Year or only getting with family and friends to have a great time. I honestly believe Kasra is a big plus for not only Iranian population here but other nationalities for all occasions. Staff are very kind and professional and the food and service is outstanding. I wish Kasra best wishes and I hope they stay for years to come as they are needed in different occasions . Good luck to management and their future

Had an amazing experience here! The service was great, and the staff were really friendly. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for a meal. Ive tried this place several times whenever management changes, and while the quality of the food has definitely improved the Koobideh and Barg kabobs are tender and delicious the experience was ultimately disappointing. Charging $28 for the smallest lamb shank (if the quality of the meat was good I would understand but it wasn t) Ive ever seen served at a restaurant feels excessive. What really sealed my decision not to return was the unexpected 3.5% credit card fee. Despite the menu stating that this fee only applies to credit card transactions, I was still charged when using my debit card. Thats just unacceptable.

We had a celebration of life for my father at the restaurant. Planning went well we were provided many options. The staff was so respectful while we talked, we had a sideshow playing. The areA was closed off so we had privacy. Food was plentiful and displayed nicely. A great experience for us all around! Our guests were very complimentary. I visited the restaurant on Sunday. While the interior is nice, I found the food to be tasteless and lacking in flavor. Given the high prices, I was disappointed that the meals only included rice and meat, with no salad or vegetables on the side. Additionally, the food was very dry. When I asked the waiter for yogurt, I was told that there were no sauces or yogurt available. The restaurant was also uncomfortably cold. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and do not plan to return.

I went to Kesra restaurant today with my family because of the compliments of my friends, but alas, the pounded kebab was not good at all and there were too many onions, pounded grilled chicken and also chicken. A few weeks later, I came back to Kasra with my family and I regretted it The reason is not coming sooner because the food is amazing. Now, Im planning to come here every week. I definitely can say here have the best Persian dishes in Dallas! Kabab is incredibly delicious! And tongue was so juicy and well cooked! The portions are more than enough for one person and good for the price! Service is awesome! Restaurant is not crazy busy so you can hear your friends and stay as much as you like! Nicely decorated for taking photo! Oh! I forget to mention their tea and rollet cake! Try it ! You wont be disappointed! Definitely itll be our place from now on! We went again and our guest enjoyed a lot !

It is a privilege to specialize in something. I was one of the patrons of this restaurant previously before I moved to another state, and on my last visit yesterday, the owner of the restaurant told me that they specialize in Iranian food only, there are no other dishes. It was a wonderful and special experience and we got to know more about amazing Iranian dishes. we will always miss frequent visits our favorite dishes

I went to this restaurant a month ago but I just got a chance to write my review! Food: 1. The best Gheyme I have had in the US! Hands down. 2. There was a stew with almond called Khalal polo! OMG! Try! I was shocked how delicious it was. Worth every penny! 3. Their kebab was so good and so yummy! Mouth watering. 4. Try ghorme sabzi tahdig. Wow! Another stew with tahdig. Top notch! Food gets 5 star! Note that in a lot of Persian restaurants you could potentially find good kebabs. To my opinion a good Persian restaurant is the one that has good stews. The three stews we tried were the best I have had in a long time, specially their Gheyme! Service: 5 star. I drink a lot of water and my cup was constantly filled by our waiter. The food came in good order and there was a very nice convenient time gap bt appetizers and main food. All the people in the restaurant were nice and they were so kind to my toddler. Atmosphere: 5 star lovely and the music they were playing was so calming. The decorations reminded me of Iran my beloved country. Not many restaurants have this atmosphere. The beautiful colorful windows were eye catching too. If I visit Dallas again, this will be my 1 choice. Overall everything was way over my expectations. I really hope they keep up with the quality of their work, food and everything. A lot of my friends and family travel to Dallas on a regular basis. I highly recommend this place to them. Parking: It is easy to park, right in front of the store, free from charge. Kid-friendliness: It is such a spacious place. Kids will love going there and enjoy the water fountain inside the place.

I got three dishes for my family and (special combo of ground beef and chicken kebab, Zereshk polo ba morgh, Akbar joojeh). This was our first time trying Persian food. The service was extremely good which is why I was extremely excited. The vibes of the place were nice as well, I liked the fish tank and fountain. What I didn t like was the food but to be fair the beef and chicken combo kebab were tolerable. I think it was a combination of low quality ingredients and the flavors just were not coming together for any of the dishes. All the rice had this distinct chemical like flavor for the ending note. This is nothing against the restaurant I really wanted to like it but maybe we can revisit the quality of ingredients and the overall preparation of the food.

I have tried many persian restaurants in the US, and Kasra restaurant really stood out. The service was really good, our waiter was very gentle and nice, and he served us with courtesy. The manager lady stopped at our table a few times to ensure all was fine. Our friends had young kids, and the staff were very accommodating. The food was also on the top side. We tried kashk-e-bademjoun and khoresht plate as appetizers. Well made and tasteful. I had barg kebab as the main dish, the beef was very tender and juicy. Desserts were good too, although I would have appreciated slightly more options. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.
