We came here on September 7th for a kids birthday party. The place was really nice and all of the kids had a fun time. We were in one play room first and after about 45 minutes, we went to the play room next door. That was dark side and was pretty neat with the glow sticks and everything. It was a pretty cool place, in part because it felt like the AC was set to 60 degrees, but all the kids need that with all of the running around and bouncing all over.

We recently attended a birthday party at Pump It Up for one of my son s friends, and it was a great experience! The facility is packed with a variety of inflatable attractions, including bounce houses, slides, and obstacle courses, which kept the kids thoroughly entertained. The party package included a private room, making the event more organized and enjoyable. The staff were attentive and ensured that the children had a safe and fun time. The only drawback was the facility getting quite crowded during peak times. Overall, Pump It Up is an excellent choice for children s parties. My son and his friends had a blast, and I would recommend it to others looking for a fun and active venue for kids.

We went on a weekday first available open play time (11:15 am-12:25 pm). $8 for weekdays and $10 for weekends I believe. Covers 1 kid jumper and 1 parent totals 70 minutes. Half the time in zone one and other in zone two. Socks a must. My children age from 8-9 and both had so much fun. There were a lot of smaller children but physically the inflatables are for school aged- adult. Great fun. Air conditioning kept us cool. Staff was friendly and monitored the rooms for safety. Will return! Party packages also offered.

kids for sure loved it! it s mainly for kids but even as an adult it was so much fun watching them run around. they even have a air hockey area for adults, we paid a little extra for it but worth it. service was awesome! pizza & drinks were good. loved the set up, will be coming back even if it s just to play

Pump it up was such a blast. We celebrated our twins birthdays and the kids loved it. It was fun, the bounce houses were huge and clean. There are activities for kids of all ages. The room hostess was there the entire time, she organized the gift bin and shoe rack. The party hostess put together the twins cake table and gift tables according to their theme. Our guests loved it and said it was definitely a place they d book for their kids. I can t wait to go back for our next party. Also, the party runs on time. You will be in and out in 2 hours which is perfect for our family.

I attended a birthday party for my nephew tonight and the party host was literally mean mugging kids at our party and screaming at them like they were her children. My son is Autistic and a child and approached her to say hello and ask her what her name was and she jumped back from him put her arms out like she was disgusted by him. Then she was telling our kids how many pieces of cake they could have like she paid for the cake or something. She stood in front of us the entire time watching her watch and yelling at our kids before we even got a chance to tell them not to do whatever she did not want them doing. It made the vibe so off and it was weird behavior. My advice is if kids stress you out like that, get another job. People pay a lot of money for these parties to be worried about your personal issues. Now, the atmosphere itself was actually amazing and I liked the facility (I was considering booking my sons party here) but after today seeing the way she treated a child with special needs I could never have a party for kids with special needs at this place. Very sad.

We had my sons 7th birthday party at Pump it up. They take care of everything. They get the kids into the rooms and manage the schedules and get the party room all set up and manage feeding the kiddos and then cutting the cake and even loading up your car when everything was done. Its the least stressed birthday party ever. The kids had a great time. By the time we got to the party room they were all exhausted from having fun. If you want a stress free event I recommend Pump it up.

Have your party somewhere else. Adults/Bigger teens are not allowed on bounce houses/ jungle gyms. Even if your having a party they only allow little kids. So dont bother taking your toddlers cuz you wont be able to help them out. The package the party had the pizza was not only burnt but cold and no one really ate the pizza. Also just not enough time to enjoy any of it.

Seriously not worth having a party here for what you pay for. I was told a day prior bubble package was NOT available and they charged me before the party which was not the agreement, but am now seeing that they overcharged me I had paid for the 25 kids package and only 15 kids showed so at the end of party they were supposed to refund me and well they decided to tip their own selves when I clearly told them what to put on total. I have been trying to get ahold of these people and let me tell you they are quick to get back to you before party to confirm but when you have an issue seems like its a done deal! Im glad my bank will be disputing this charge because it was not right that they charged me the way they did and are not trying to make things right due to their error! Save your money and have a party where people will not robb you folks!

I ve been to a couple of parties here with my small daughter and this past weekend was the absolute worst!! The place is flat out disgusting, the rooms smelt horrible and the party/eating room was so sticky and gross I did not want to stay there longer than needed. Since this is a kids place and how germs transfer so easily with children I would think they would have some staff cleaning in between parties even just a quick wipe down and some Lysol! I would never bring my daughter here for her own birthday and it s a shame the management can t see what should be done for the public and safety of these kids. You have teenagers running the facility and standing around when time could be used much more efficiently.

This place was clean but we had booked the ultimate package for the bday party and they did not have the bubbles and another activity included in the package. The lady at the front said they ran out of bubbles they were running around looking for bubbles during the party, don t they be prepared if the booking is already done. I rather use the regular package. But the people serving the food did the good job.

I do not recommend this place, I paid 410.00 for my daughters birthday and was told I was not gonna get charged for the kids that didn t show up which at the end I still did so they had to call manager to be able to work with us on that which she did and refunded the two kids I had overpaid for. But the problem with this place is that they put the kids in the first arena to play for 35 min and then move them to the next arena for another 35 min and they don t allow any drinks or nothing, so the kiddos get tired and thirsty while playing, they only offer the water fountain which is nasty taste water. And then at the end they move you to the room where you eat and do the whole cake thing and opening presents or whatever you gotta do meanwhile the kids already been dehydrated for over an hour, YOU DO HAVE TO PAY EXTRA MONEY TO USE THE THE MACHINES IN THE ARENAS AND THE AIRHOCKING MACHINE OR CARRIDER which I think should be included in the whole package. I do have to say the people that work there as the helpers, they do pass out the food and cakes and they are great and they clean afterwards. But of course after that the kids ask to go back and play so more but obviously it doesn t work like that, they don t allow that and you have to leave because that is the end of your party! so I do feel like it s very overpriced and all controlled, you gotta pay fees to be able to bring in outside food and drinks, to me that is crazy if you are already paying so much for the birthday to be there!. They probably need to work on those things and make it a little better. They charge 15 dollars per minute if you stay passed the time you already paid for which is CRAZY!!!! Will never come back to this place.

This place has not aged well in terms of upkeep. The inside has lots of stains, the bouncy inflatables are not firm probably from small holes and very clearly show signs of wear. They also look dirty now, black and brown dirt substances or stains where theyre touched a lot. Then the service was ok. They brought us into the first room while another party was still there and the kids immediately mixed so there was an initial worry about which kids belonged to which party as they tried to separate. The first room was supposed to have 15 min of bubble time and we even asked mid way through the first room and they still forgot it. The party room where you eat had insanely sticky floors all over which means it probably wasnt cleaned. We had 1 staff member trying to help serve kids but he kept forgetting things like cups for drinks, gloves to serve food, small plates for cake so it took him a while to get through stuff. He was nice just unprepared. We knew this going in but theyre really strict on the outside food which I sort of get but with young kids parents are usually iffy if theyre going to show so you dont know if you should over order their food or under order and just pay the 60 bucks to bring in your own stuff just in case. They offer no food on the day of its pre order only which can sometimes be a challenge. For the price, I feel better service and quality can be had at a similar trampoline type park vs this. Id probably avoid it. It may have been great when it was new but its not and its very much showing its age and lack of upkeep.

Inflatables work, but majority of the other items are out of order. They started the party late, cut the time on the bounce rooms. Employees lacked enthusiasm. The place overall lacked maintenance. A clock in the second room hasnt had batteries replaced in at least two years (went there two years ago and it said the same time as it did last time.) The pizza was good.

First would like to say that I have not been to this location and thanks to the phone call I just had with them I never will. I was trying to book a birthday party for my son and asked if I would be able to view the location since I have never been there. I guess they have more than enough business because they would not work with me on viewing it. So much for customer service and sales. Rather go anywhere else where they actually work with the paying customers schedule.

Overall my kids had fun playing in AC rather than outside on a hot day. However, I was expecting a cleaner experience. I understand this is a kids place so I wasn t expecting spotless but here are some of the things that caught my eye: layer of dust sitting on top of the inflatables was pretty thick, carpet in the arena area was dirty like if it doesn t get vacuumed at the end of the day/week/month (?), there was a hole in one of the nets where the kids climb up about a foot in diameter (an accident waiting to happen), and then also torn netting in bouncy house in arena B where my kid slid out. My kids weren t bothered by any of this but There was also a roach in the middle of hallway on the way to the restroom that they DID mind. I don t think we ll be going back. Staff was nice and friendly but this place needs a GOOD clean.

The place is clean, spacious for your child to play and jump on their inflatable mattresses. It has different types of games to entertain you. It has massage chairs to wait while your child plays. It is advisable to register online beforehand, since doing so directly takes a while and subtracts time from the 70 minutes they give you. The guys are friendly and offer you water.

If I could give it a zero I would. My sister in laws both had a party here once before and it was not like the experience we had. Not on schedule, where was the host cause we didn t have one, booked with confirmations then get a call that I have to order outside food as Jims pizza would close by that time. Paid for a 15 min of bubbles that hardly threw any bubbles, second arena had no a/c, and pizza arrived at 945pm as I was instructed by facility. Then had to wait longer for the party room and setup. Wasn t in our party room until 10:15 pm which should have been 10pm, so pizzas sitting there for 30 min and cold. Again party host should have more enthusiasm, and friendliness but that s not what we had family had to help me pass out drinks and pizzas to everyone as everyone was already hungry. Had to hurry to do cake and presents as everyone was tired. Forgot to mention bathroom in poor condition with no toilet paper available. It was an experience I will never forget and not for a good reason so no I definitely would not recommend Pump it up to host your next party!!

Had a party there 02/04 at 6:20 and i have to say this was Absolutely WORST PLACE TO HAVE A PARTY!!! Dont book here the staff is nothing but young SUPER RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL kids!! There was 2 out of maybe 10 that were good and had maners one boy and one girl! But there was a girl with a du rag, a girl with two tone hair and they were so rude and ugly pushing us through the rooms so disrespectfully. at the end of the last room we didnt even get to open gifts there the girl with the du rag had the nerve to say to my guest to hurry up and say our goodbyes elsewhere cause THEY WILL CHARGE ANOTHER HOUR IF WE DONT MOVE! We spent about 30 minutes in each room and the experience was horrible! The outside parking is super dark no lighting at all! The second bounce room the bounces were runned down and partially deflated! TRUST ME LOOKE ELSE WHERE FOR YOUR PARTY PLACE DO NOT RENT HERE IT IS SO NOT WORTH ONE PENNY!! AND he worst party we ever have had to host! Would have been better off renting a bounce for my own home! One star is by far too good for our experience!! They should have adults showing these children how to do their job cause they are NOT COURTEOUS, polite or professional at all especially for a party hosting place!

This place used to be amazing. Ive been taking my 10 year old daughter here since she was 2 years old. They used to allow adults on the inflatables which allows toddlers to actually have fun and do a lot. I recently brought my 14 month old and discovered they no longer allow adults to get on the inflatables. He basically ran around and played with some foam blocks for the same price as my 10 year old who was able to get on all the inflatables. Its insane to me that they charge a toddler full price when they know full well they wont be able to play with majority of the attractions due to not having adult help while on them. The inflatables have also not been well maintained throughout the years and they also have some attractions (like wall climbing) that cannot be done without a crew member present (fine until you realize theres no crew member to help you majority of the time). Overall not worth the money. Do not recommend and will not be taking my kids back. There are plenty of other places that are fun for ALL ages and around the same price.

Place is not safe would not recommend for a birthday party unless you want to stress out parents in attendance. The safety video made the place look well moderated but our party host spent seemingly the entire time: oddly pacing in cycles by the door, checking his phone and knuckle drumming on his clipboard when while appearing to talk to himself for some reason. The glow in the dark room is not age appropriate for 6 year olds safety wise and when my daughter was the only kid not to get a glow in the dark ring, I was told they did not have anymore... right... Daughter got hurt twice in the glow in the dark room due to kids rough housing without company supervision but the chaperone appeared to only be in the room half of the time, guess they think we should correct and discipline complete strangers kids... interesting. Party wait staff was awesome though, should definitely have to switched thier roles Worst birthday party experience I have ever had.

I had my daughters 9th birthday party . I was not impressed . The rooms for jumping smelled like bad feet . I asked for the bubble upgrade for 15 and I got charged the glow in the dark experience and I couldn t back out of that choice even though I didn t choose that. Amazing experience! Had my daughter s 5th birthday party here yesterday and everyone loved it. We had kids ages 1-8 years old and all of them were able to participate! There were staff members nearby the entire time which made it much easier for me to enjoy the day than I expected. They even set up all of the decorations we brought and inflated all of our balloons with the helium pump I brought so I could enjoy the party as well! Love this place. Had my 2 boys birthday party here. From the time I booked, the confirmation they do to the time of the party it was stress free. I brought all the party favors, the cake and some cake decorations. You put it on a cart and they take care of everything. I got to enjoy the party with my kids and talk with the parents. Went there for a birthday party yesterday. The place is filthy dingy and smelly. Its hott and muggy. The bubble machine which they charge extra for was making the carpet (by the way looks like they havent cleaned it in years) soaked. The inflatables are hardly that so many air leaks. Understand why they are so adamant about the waivers. You know the inflatables are not properly inflated. Looks like nobody works here. The party room where we ate was so sticky my shoes were peeling off the floor it was disgusting. I am surprised given the area How trashy this place is. It was honestly a joke at how horrible our party went. The party host was laying down on his phone in the two rooms. At one point I had to show them which goodie bags we brought because they had accidentally set it up in a different party room. Then our host said the pizzas (you have to order pizza through them when you reserve a party) were on the way but running late, but we found out there would not be a pizza delivery at all, even though we had already paid ahead of time. The staff gave us the runaround about the food until we were walking into the party room to eat, giving us no time to go purchase our own food (even though we shouldn t of had to do that). We had no food to serve our guests and just had the cupcakes we brought to give them. There was no manager on site and let the young workers deal with this mess.

I attended a birthday party here and I would NEVER recommend this place to a parent. First, its hot....I should not be sweating while sitting watching kids play. The first room was cold but as you move to the other rooms it got hotter. The carpeting in the playrooms is disgusting as well as the white toddler play area (the white floor). The party room floor looked like it had not been cleaned at all from previous day and was sticky over the entire floor. There werent any hand sanitizing stations for guests. The teenage party hosts seemed unprofessional and did not look like they wanted to be there! Overall would not recommend! Also, this is the second pump it up Ive been to and the other one wasnt too different....seems like it could be an owner issue...

Your website sold me!! Party went well the first hour or so, in the play rooms. Both rooms were super hot!! You d think we pay 500$ or so, bc we want the luxury of the AC. Wrong. My party coordinators who obviously work there, were aware i bought the deluxe package which came with ice creams and goodie bags. They failed to pass ice cream to my guest and my guest didn t get to take home their goodie bags! I m not pleased with this at all! Who can i speak to?? *Honest opinion from a guest/family who s attended other pump it up locations for party s and doesn t nitpick the little stuff.Had my kids 5 and 7 bdays here since they a day apart, ultimate package for 15 kids .Before party, was made easy by Monique, when we called in to ask questions, add pizzas, and overall just prepare for party she was GREAT When it came to party day we had our one party host named Cameron, young lady with reddish hair who did GREAT job as well assisting with setup of decorations , passing out food and basically another pair of hands helping. Am sure she would took care everything but we like to have hand in it .Rooms we re filled with plenty for kids to stay entertained and had a lot fun .When it came to billing it was confusing, turned out to be 10 kids so my package was reduced and woman who was our cashier didn t walk me through charges ,just told me I d be returned a certain amount and when checked my bank app that wasn t amount I received so I called to verify and was told a manager would call me ,which a manager named Joanna did and was all sorted out to satisfy the mistake OVERALL, honestly it was fun for kids to have fun and for reasonable price ,just be on same page when comes to billing part if circumstances do end up changing and communicate to party host to what you want and stay in tuned with them to make sure things run smooth.

I like that the whole area is booked ONLY for your party. The slides are really fun. This is mostly for kids 3 and up. Not really alot to do here for kids under 3 if you are thinking of taking your littles. The little machines they have on the side seemed to ALL be out of order including the little Elmo ride. If you add on the bubbles they are only for the 1st room NOT the other 2 rooms (waist of money in my opinion). You have to know how many pizzas you need in advance b/c you cant order more when you arrive. You cant use their fridge to bring your own drinks and u cant bring a cooler with ice for your own drinks as ice is not allowed in the building. We used ice packs and it worked out fine as we also refrigerated the drinks before taking it into the cooler. 2 huge downfalls are as follows: #1 They are very strict on time and if you have not finished eating/opening gifts/etc. before the time limit ends they charge $15/per minute that you go over. Our host gave us a 2 minute warning and that was it. They should have given like a 20/10/5 minute warning. Not 2 minutes and 2 minutes only. Thankfully they didnt charge us tho. #2. You CANNOT eat until after the 1st hour of the party starting. They do 35 minutes in each play room before you can eat. Recommendation is to let the party room be available the entire time of the party with all the food and allow us to go in between the 2 rooms as we please and then when its cake and ice cream time everyone can go into the room to close out the day. By the way that ice cream did not taste all that great. My overall rating 3 stars. It would be 1 star, but I put 3 for the single fact that you do get the rooms all to yourself with your party guest and the play equipment is actually really fun. Other that it was not the best experience and we will DEFINITELY not use them again for a birthday party especially at the price that they charge.

We went here for a birthday. The kids seem to have fun. But the girl that was assigned to my nephews party just was not into her job. She literally couldnt fake it to make it at all. She looked mad & annoyed to be there. To be honest they all did. Even in the party room when they passed out pizza & drinks they all looked mad. Also my kid ended up getting an infection from this place similar to foot and mouth virus. Thats what her Dr said since shes had a fever & a look at her throat. This was literally the only place shes went to all week/weekend. The place does smell & I would recommend to the owner to get the place sprayed every three months from a bacteria company that sprays inside buildings, furniture, items, vehicles (examples) places to kill bacteria including Covid when touched. So if a kid has whatever & coughs on your playthings the stuff they spray kills whatever on contact. Carpet is sticky. Most of games, rock wall, and other things are closed or out of order. Wouldnt recommend. Sorry guys.

What a nice little venue! Private party set up is terrific!, keeps the kids from getting bored and keeps the party moving nice concept. I can see that larger groups would be a bit cramped as there s not much sitting room for parents and parents could be in the way of children playing However, our group (we filled the party room) was well accommodated I particularly liked the presence of an attendant in each area to help keep watch and ensure the children s safety. Very much recommend this party location

I got to the place at 12:52. Brianna should have told me their open session ends in 20 mins. Instead she let me pay and they told me my kids had to leave because of a party. Their website says open jump was from 1-2. They said it wasn t their location but the website clearly says that s there location it stinks really bad like feet. I would leave 0 stars if I can. Then had a half off coupon then said they can t offer that because she didn t know how but will offer me a free jump. Why would I want a free jump when The first experience was horrible. I would not recommend

Clean place, friendly front desk staff. My kids had fun. There wasnt a lot of staff on the floor. It was also a LOT smaller than ones I have been to in the past. We feltike cattle, pushed from one room to another and only allowed in one. Then suddenly with no verbal communication herded out. The staff literally said nothing, we happened to see people leaving and asked what was going on.

We had my sons bday party here (May 8th) and it was the first time we actually spent $ for a bday. Very disappointing. It felt so rushed and kids couldn t use all that was there like the rock wall, table hockey. The kids had fun but definitely was NOT worth what we paid. You only get 35 min in each room then 50 min in the party room then you re rushed out of there too. After spending soooo much the ONLY thing they offer the birthday kid is to CHOOSE from stickers, a cheap bag, or something else from the dollar tree store (I m sure I could have gotten all this at the Dollar tree next door). How upsetting. STICKERS!!! Is what my son picked after spending almost $500!! Not even an open play pass. I m definitely Not hosting a party here. I will say the girls that helped us were nice.

Ok I felt a 3 star was fair for all the effort that they do put in with hosting and entertaining guest. As I was looking around Ive noticed that some of the lights on the ceiling were not replaced so theres dark areas lets just say by the snack machine which should be lit up so that way we could see what were trying to get. The bathrooms were clean just need to be dusted in areas like on top of the frames of the doors oh and lights-out also in there . And I noticed a foul odor. Floor needs to be mopped really well like with Pine-Sol. And another suggestion can we please paint some art on the wall. Thank you for taking time to read my review.

I really love that older kids and adults can jump with the kids here and the kids really did enjoy it. My only issues are that the rooms are pretty small (only about 3-4 bouncers in a room), its a really short time slot (70 minutes), and even though I am specifically signing up for the glow bounce only half of the 70 minutes is actually the glow in the dark part.

Booked a party 2 months in advance. When we arrived for the tour and to finalize paperwork no one was there. At this point we cancelled the party only to be fraudulently charged for it 2 weeks later. When we called the store, we spoke to an incredibly rude employee erica. She told us that her manager (who she claimed she had no way of getting a hold of) would have to fix it and then abruptly hung up on me. Would NOT recommend this place! Spend your money elsewhere

Had my 2 year olds birthday here and it was really fun for her but the price is not really worth it. You only have two hours and everything feels rushed. This place would be so much better if they didn t move you from room to room. The setup is very weird. When you go to a party you should be able to go to the party room right away. It makes it very awkward for guest. This place is nice but seems like they just want to get as many parties as they can in one day. This is not really what I think of as a private party. It is misleading it should probably say that they do semi private parties since there is so many other parties going on at the same time that you have to wait for. Staff was very helpful though. I probably won t be having another party here. It isn t worth the little time They give you and money.

It was ok. The kids had fun but it really wasn t enough time. Luckily there is a McDonald s play place in the same parking lot, so we went there after since they still had so much energy. I did not notice a smell like some reviews mentioned but there was a huge roach in the hallway. Don t put money in any of their machines. I have blank pics from the photo booth that cost $5. The guy working there seemed to think it was funny... I didn t. What a waste
