Wonderful Italian place in El paso!! We just tried here for the first time earlier tonight and we are still full. The portions are large, the bread is delicious, and the food tastes SO good!!! The best part was the service though. Our server, Rachelle, was so delightful! She set the tone for a great evening right from the start, and was just such a gem. We will 100% be back, and will be bringing visitors for sure!!!!

Very disappointed with the service received today. Lunch menu states tea is included so I ordered a coconut tea and then was charged full price for tea even though on the lunch menu it doesn t specify only unflavored tea nor did the server let me know when I added tea to my order. I asked to speak to the manager and I said that I should not be charged full price for the tea since it doesn t say on the menu and that it should only be an up charge if anything because the flavored tea is $1 more than regular tea. He was very rude and uncooperative, said no it s only regular tea and would not credit me. I told him that I would not he back and he didnt seem to care. Does not care about customer service, only about making money. The food was not even good today. I will most definitely not he back nor recommend anyone go there.

Delicious, good service. Table bread was soft on the inside and crispy crunch on the outside OMG so good. The bruschetta appetizer came with bread that was damn good. I ordered a lemon chicken with mushrooms on the side with tortellini pasta. YUMMY. And the tiramisu ahh! HEAVEN. You gotta eat here! Sorry picture I took was what I packed to take home. I get to enjoy twice!

It was quite busy for a Monday, which piqued my interest. The wait was very long, about 45 minutes. The food was really good. The sausage appetizer was delicious. The chicken parmigiana was a two person serving, mouth-watering, savory bites even the day after. The layered lasagna was flavorful and hearty. The cannolis were rather large, the crust was flaky, and the filling was light. We very much enjoyed them, again tasty the day afterward as well. It took about 7-10 minutes for our drink order, so it was a little disappointing.

I am very disheartened to leave this review. My family has been coming here for special events. A little family was celebrating an anniversary and they were not allowed to have a serenade. They were escorted out to play and sing in the sun with 100 degree weather. They had a baby and an elderly couple. I have never in my life seen this happen. I am very disappointed and leaving this review for that reason. I received a reply and I was even more surprised they did not read my review as I was a guest having lunch with my family downstairs. My family did not need to make a reservation and all the tables around were agreeing on how rude the manager was. Not one person complained that was seated around my husband and I.

Crying as I am writing this review, after being customers for years, we were surprised with Mariachi for our anniversary. Management cut them off mid song and told it had to be outside in 100 degree weather. I was disheartened, my group of family and friends had infants, children and elderly. Besides that it was a very important memory and celebration as the first song they played my dad who passed away would sing to my mom. I had to hold back my tears and ask my family to step out in the heat. My niece and mother waited inside because the heat was unbearable. The manager never apologized for this and instead went to go hide in the kitchen after throwing a family of long time customers outside. This has always been one of my favorite restaurants to celebrate family events at but will be reconsidering after today s events. Couldn t imagine a worst way to start my 10 year wedding anniversary celebration.

I feel very sad with this restaurant especially with the manager. While we celebrated an anniversary they gave a serenade. The cost of bringing a mariachi is high and seeing how they made them play outside in the sun at over 100 degrees. I feel like it was very inconsiderate. I hope this never happens to anyone.

If I could leave a lower review I would. My mariachi group was hired to play a few songs for a family celebration. Upon arrival everyone in the restaurant including the waiters and hostess seemed very excited as well as the family we were playing for. That joy lasted for approximately 45 seconds before the manager on a power trip came out and rudely forced us to stop playing. He then told us we had to leave and told the family if they wanted to hear our music they could go do so outside. We played for this family outside in over 100 degree heat while they stood outside with a baby and multiple elderly people. In over 7 years as a musician never have i experienced such horrible customer service and treatment from a restaurant. Manager should be ashamed of himself for throwing this family out when they were celebrating such a special family occasion. Don t work in customer service if you don t know how to treat people. Would like to add multiple waiters and waitresses apologized on behalf of how the manager treated us while manager just stood around with a smug look on his face. Kindness is free management needs to get the memo.

I am utterly disappointed in the way the manager acted. My family was celebrating an anniversary and were going to get serenaded. As soon as the mariachi arrives they are harshly told they can not play inside and that they would need to go outside. It s 100 degrees outside and I have a 5 month old baby. As much as I wanted to watch the mariachi preform it was extremely too hot for my baby. I was very upset to need to step inside and not enjoy the performance. Our entire family was very bummed and very hot. we had all pitched in to hear this mariachi. Never seen so much inconsiderate management at a restaurant.

When you walk in it looks promising. The decor is a bit Roman kitschy, but it fits the bill of classic Italian. The bread we got with the salad was great, very fresh. The salad was ok, but the cheese on top(feta?) was unexpected. The pasta was hot, but very bland. The chicken Parm was lukewarm. Coming presumably out of the oven, theres no reason/excuse for that. I had a chicken Marsala which was ok, but could have had more flavor. Overall, uninspired. We drove across town to try a new place, but will not return. Much more expensive than our usual, but less quality.

My second time here, but first for my wifey! Loved Rachel as a server! Ask for her if you can! I had the coconut tea, then I put a lime in it and stirred it all around! I had the fettuccine with mushrooms and shrimp in garlic cream sauce! It was to die for! I suggest adding a little pepper. My Wifey had the spaghetti and meat balls. The marinara sauce was great. The meatballs were a little soft for my taste.

Im giving you guys a fantastic rating even though I dont like the food. Hear me out. Ive learned to cook most foods from scratch, I took a dabble on Italian food. What I learned is most dishes are made with anchovies. To me anchovies are way way way too salty. Why? Because of anchovies. Even one anchovie makes a dish too salty for my liking, but I respect your craft! You guys are authentic! Id give you guys a higher rating if I could.

My family and I had the most delightful lunch experience on a bustling Saturday, and boy, were we all beaming with satisfaction when we left! The service was as prompt as can be, and our amazing server, Nicholas, truly went above and beyond by recommending some mouthwatering entrees when we were placing our order. Now, while the wine menu may not be extensive, I must say that the house Pinot Grigio was a real winner. Plus, who needs a sprawling drink selection when you have a cozy spot dedicated to wine and beer? Were already making plans to come back for another round good food. I would have given 5 stars for atmosphere, but it was a little warm in the restaurant.

Great service, great prices, and delicious Italian food! Can t get any better than this! We love to travel and love to try different foods. This Italian restaurant is hands down top 2 in our list!! Their home made tomato sauce is the best! We love to bring family and friends! Definitely a place you must try!! We eat here at least once a week. Because it was the day before mothers Day there was quite a crowd, but even without a reservation four of us secured a wonderful table within 20 minutes. Our server was sweet, on the ball, brought us everything we asked for with very little delay - and mind you, this is the day before mothers Day, they were packed! We got our water, soup, bread, everything right on time with no delay because our server was so on top of it. And the food was extraordinary! You really wouldnt think that you would find a delectable Chicken Piccata in El Paso, but we did! So fantastic!

Food was not as advertised on the menu, when you pay to go eat at an authentic Italian restaurant you expect the best Italian homemade food. To start off, for antipasti we ordered Bruschetta and fried Calamari. The bruschetta consisted of chopped Roma tomatoes with the cheapest olive oil possible and balsamic vinegar with 4!slices of toasted garlic bread. There was no fresh garlic or fresh basil in the mix at All! The calamari, was probably left over pieces, as it was not circular pieces or calamari as you would expect and mostly got served little pieces of fried calamari. One of the mains ordered was Farfalle Bella Sera, which is bow tie pasta with grilled chicken, jumbo shrimp and garlic white sauce. Well, the pasta used at this restaurant is not of a quality imported pasta brand and is not pasta that is home made. is the GRILLED CHICKEN is not even a fresh chicken that is grilled in house.. it is a store bought already cooked chicken grilled strips that are reheated and tossed with the pasta.. absolutely disgusting..the shrimps are not Jumbo and are boiled at best as they have no markings of ever touching a hot pan to be cooked. The Caesar salad, does not have a homemade dressing, so expect to be served a ready bagged salad from the store at best. What a disappointment, I can t believe this people call this place Italian restaurant. Having been in Rome, Venice and Florence I was totally dissatisfied with what I was presented as Italian food. I asked the served to shave some Parmesan, and what he brought me was a little container with store bought Parmesan. The place is outdated from the early 2000 s and lacks the Italian homie feel! Will never go eat here again or recommend this place to anyone I know.

Our dining experience was a great one. The waiter was very nice & even made a great suggestion because of my allergy. But one thing - & Im SURE it was not HIS fault. I asked him to bring the bread & Olive oil with rosemary & garlic. He said they couldnt do that anymore until they bring out the salad. There was too much being wasted. I have 2 thoughts on this. #1)ASK the people if they want it. If they arent gonna eat it, theyll say no, & it gives them something while waiting. And 2) I ASKED for it, therefore, we intended to EAT it. So WHY exactly did we have to wait?

Beautiful Gem in East El Paso is Bella Sara. My server made me feel so comfortable I felt like I was home. The restaurant is huge and on two stories. Plenty of parking and the food is delicious. This is a Woman owned business and she brought her family over from Italy to perfect the kitchen cooking. I had a wonderful time here. I hope you go for lunch or dinner. I ordered take out and the bruschetta was nothing like when I ordered it dine in so I was very disappointed The artichoke pasta didnt seem fresh . Cesar salad is not homemade Cesar dressing Food : 3/5

Food was OK but nothing better than Olive Garden. I ordered LASAGNA and the PLATE was very hot but in the middle, the pasta-meat had a piece that was actually cold. The sauce tasted like they opened a jar or can with no real special taste. To much rich tasting melted cheese. The bread they serve tastes like hotdog buns that have been heated. Other pasta plates had same tomatoe sauce. It lacked some spieces and not so dry. It was dryer than catchup. The best part was their service. Prices are not high but it didnt leave me with a feeling of getting my moneys worth. Olive Garden would have been better.

One of my favorite Italian Restaurant out of all of El Paso, been coming here ever since Ive started living here. Affordable quality food, elegant tone but still very casual feel for you enjoy time with friends and family. The servers are ALWAYS the nicest people, and will make conversation 24/7

We went on Saturday before Valentines Day. The food is always delicious. The atmosphere is enjoyable. However, the young lady that served us was insisting on charging me for two extra glasses of wine, then just on extra. I had to argue it and she finally figured out she was including wine consumed by another customer.

Its an authentic Italian restaurant that is rare in El Paso! Its really delicious! Everyone is smiling, and there is no staff who doesnt like it even if its crowded. However, its really crowded, so you need to go early and get on the waiting list. I went there around 18 oclock on Friday, but it was around 18:30 when I got to the table. Its a great restaurant, and highly recommend you to try here

Came here for dinner last Friday. Payday weekend so it was packed. Got here at 6pm and had an estimated hour wait but we were seated in 30-40 minutes. Very nice interior design. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Food looked amazing and they had a large selection to choose from. I ordered the carbonara and while it was tasty, it wasn t amazing. That s how I felt about the whole meal, nothing was wrong with it but, to me, it fell just short of being great. Except the Lobster Bisque, that was pretty amazing.

We had a very pleasant dinner at this Italian restaurant. It is the third time we have gone to this place and they have always treated us very well and the food has been very well served. Daniel attended us and explained the menu very well and gave us very good recommendations. It is good to reserve because there are always a lot of people. We will definitely visit this place again. Lastly, I ordered the orange salmon and it was a very good choice because it is sweet and spicy.

I am a Dallas resident. My experience at this location would never happen in Dallas. The owner rushed my party out of the Restaurant to seat others waiting. The male owner aggressively came at our table and in a very loud and condescending voice in front of the whole world asked why, not everyone was seated. I left Humiliated and Embarrassed in front of everyone in the Restaurant. What gives this man the right to degrade and direspect his own customers in front of everyone to see.

Who does the owner think he is telling us that he needs the chairs that we reserved for family, why because its been over an hour and our family is stuck in traffic. As for the server...top notch. El Pasos best authentic Italian food. We absolutely love this restaurant! Great food, nice setting, experienced and helpful serving team. Just a great all around dining experience. Try this restaurant and travel to Italy without getting on an airplane.
