Wayyyyy better experience than our past birthday events at Altitude, Urban Air, etc. I was genuinely surprised. Staff are actually friendly and trained, which is never the case at the other venues we ve used. (Usually a terrified teenager with no training or social skills, or a complete absence of employees) Richard (the owner/manager) was on site, and is very involved with parents to make sure everyone has what they need. The program they run at Dart Em Up had a really good pace. We never felt rushed, and the staff on site handled a lot of the details and transitions (so the parents don t have to sweat the small stuff). If you re gonna spend the money on a kid s birthday venue, don t sleep on Dart Em Up. You get a lot for your money. Check it out and decide for yourself.

Great, clean place for a party! Kids had alot of fun. Feel bad I forgot our hosts name,(i know her last name started with a G.) But she was awesome. I didnt really have to do anything and was able to just enjoy the party thanks to her control over the party. Big thanks to you! Also a big thanks to Richard. This place is AWESOME. I ve taken my 6 year old to urban air and catch air (which are both good places) but this is by far his (and my) favorite. It s VERY CLEAN and organized. I have had no concerns bringing my infant while big brother plays. Every staff member I have met has been incredibly kind and patient. I have seen them all helping kids with different nerf guns and making sure each kid is having a good and safe time. Staff members are happy, engaging and responsive no matter if it s Tuesday morning or Saturday night. Quality and selection of nerf guns/ammo 10/10 Venue (it s much larger than it appears from the parking lot) 10/10 Arcade and prize shop 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 (there was even a guy wiping down and sanitizing the shoe cubbies!) Customer service 100/10 Overall experience 1000/10

We just had my 9Year olds birthday here today. My kid had the best time, and the staff were great and made it so nice for everyone. Im a working mom and quite busy, dart em up took care of all the planning so we just had to walk in, and things were taken care of. Highly recommend!

This is my second time here in a few years. This place is great for birthday parties and walk-ins for kiddos. Brought two boys 7 and 11 as walk-ins. Purchased 3rd tier monster nerf guns (1hour) +$15 arcade card(s). Came on a Saturday 12:30 pm; great time, great fun. Staff are Amazing. There is a bar area that has drinks for kids and adults. The arcade is quality entertainment. The bathrooms are quite nice and clean. Owner was there both times. Great to see this business shine.

This is the CLEANEST childrens establishment I have ever seen! No dirty feet or BO smells! Blown away... kids had fun and it was sanitary. Also, low numbers so didnt feel loud and overwhelming. Definitely recommended!

My son went here for a birthday party and had a blast. Its looks like lazer tag but with nerf guns, its very cool. It has really nice individual party rooms and a good size arcade where they have ticket earning games and regular arcade games. Lots of good things for the kids to spend their tickets on, too.

Amazing place for kids and teens. *UPDATE added below, now that we had a birthday there* They have staff in each of the arenas to keep an eye on things and to keep the games going. The joy on my kids faces as they played warmed my heart. There is also an arcade area with lots of popular games. Staff are so kind and helpful. An unbelievable treasure! BIRTHDAY UPDATE- I cannot recommend this place enough for kids birthdays. The kids were non-stop smiles the entire time. The price is an amazing value. You only have to bring your cake. Decorations, candles and lighter, and party bags with really fun prizes inside of them are all included. Additionally, Debbie was my party coordinator/assistant- I have never had ANYONE run a party so well! She was on top of everything and made the event so stress-free for me - PHENOMENAL YOUNG LADY! To top it off, when we got home, we realized that DartEm Up also gave my son a handwritten note and a small gift (that was really cool). My boy was beaming!!!! And as if that was not enough, for every 10 birthdays purchased by people in the community, they give a full birthday party to a child in foster care.

I ve been here a few times before and today we did my son s 6th birthday party. What an incredible venue! The kids had an absolute blast. My party captain, Noah, was a fantastic leader. Took my youth basketball team here and they had a blast! The staff let us celebrate in the kitchen area which was really nice since we didnt reserve a party room. Would be 5 stars but I am disappointed because they told us that we get 20% off with groups over 4 with the play and game card package over the phone... Then when we showed up, they changed their tune and I had no choice but to pay full price. Pretty manipulative. Nevertheless, its a great place with a good staff.

We had our 6 year old sons birthday party here and it was such a hit! They handle everything for you - paper plates, candles, napkins, cleanup, goodie bags, food, activities, etc. All we had to bring was the cake and plastic table cloths. The staff was super attentive and all of the kids had a super fun time. The owner chatted with us personally and will make you feel like family. He seems to really care that everyone has a positive party experience. Would 10/10 recommend for a birthday party and we will definitely be back!

We just had our son s birthday party here and it was absolutely amazing! Everything was so organized and taken care of by our Party Captain, Jean, and other staff members. We didn t have to worry about anything! Everyone was so friendly and so great with our son and his group of friends. All the kids had a blast! We had my son s eighth birthday party here and it was an absolute blast! This was truly the easiest party I ve ever thrown. Our party host, Noah, did absolutely everything for us. From tending to the kiddos in the arena, to cutting the cake and handing out pizzas. I was able to mingle with parents without a care in the world. The kids all had the best time and are begging to return. Totally worth every penny. Plus the owner was a gem! We had our six year old with us (he has autism), and the owner was so kind and thoughtful. This place was not only fun, it was inclusive, accommodating, and had out of this world service all across the board. I can t recommend this place enough! Thank you, Dart Em Up!

I like this place. Very reasonably priced and super fun. My child has their birthday there and has for the past few years. Adults ALWAYS join in and if the kids show up a little late workers will join as well. The parties have always been on time and without any issues. The party leads are always kind and thoughtful. New game room is nice and open. All of this is great but there is NOTHING like watching your grandma, brother, mom and dad pelt each other with foam bullets. 10/10 will go again.

We have been twice, once for my sons friends birthday and once for my sons birthday. Both times we had an awesome experience. The staff are so friendly and when we were there for my son s birthday the staff and owner went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. They take care of everything and it made the experience so pleasant. Plus there s a whole area where parents can watch the kids play, have soda, snacks or alcoholic bevs and watch some sports. SO. MUCH. FUN. Weve done birthday parties all over Austin and this was the most fun and easiest by miles. All we had to do was bring the cake and Dartem Up took care of everything else. We had a group of kids ranging in age from 5-11 and they all had a great time. Our Football Club had the BEST time and overall experience as we hosted a Spirit Night for our club. Richard and staff were so genuine and attentive from our first phone call up until the moment we left. We had a rowdy bunch and Jason handled our crew with ease. As a small business owner myself, I love to seek out and support other local businesses wherever I can. Not only did we have an opportunity to get the team together off the field, and raise some money for our club, but the parents had a chance to get to know each other as well. BONUS: Not one kid or parent for that matter on their phones, just good ole conversation and movement! Oh, and there is a bar that is conveniently located right next to the action. I am not sure who had more fun, the kids or the adults!

This is one of my 7 year old s favorite places to visit! It is extremely clean! I really appreciate how long they allow the kids to play in the arena, it s a great value! The amount of nerf guns they have to choose from is awesome; you can also bring your own if you wish. If you wish, non-participants can wear safety glasses and can be a spectator in the arena in a secluded area(where participants can also go if they need a safe place). Though, most people choose to sit outside the arena and spectate from the windows surrounding the battlegrounds. In 1 paid session, they play different type of nerf gun battle games which are all reffed by multiple referees. Each arena has cool artwork on the walls, black lights and music playing. They also have a small/medium size arcade that has a good variety of games. I highly recommend this place for those who love a good, fair, refereed nerf gun battle!

My son had an AWESOME birthday party here. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Our party host did EVERYTHING, from decorating the party room with the decorations I brought in, to serving the kids their pizza and cake and cleaning up. I was actually able to relax and hang out with the parents and tend to the kiddos. I would 100% recommend this place to any parent and we will definitely be back with friends and family. Best way to have a nerf gun battle birthday! They take care of everything! We showed up with dessert and the birthday boys. There is a bar / snack area for parents. The nerf gun battle area is totally contained. There are windows you can see in and watch your kids. All noise and projectiles are contained. A pretty big arcade area in case a kid needs a break from the battle. A blast will be had by all. Easy parking as it is located in a generic strip mall.

There is not a more fun place for family fun in Austin than Dart Em Up! Our entire fam (guys & gals) had a TOTAL BLAST & we got to play for SO LONG!!! There are SO many choices too for your nerf battle & so many different games you get to play!! The neon glow was so cool, my kids loved it!! It was my son s bday & they made him feel so special too! They employees are so kind & helpful & put everyone at ease. We had a blast playing in the arcade after too!!! This place is so well designed & immaculately clean & professionally run!! We hosted our 6 year old s birthday party here yesterday. I took a gamble and booked it sight unseen. All the stress that I was feeling was immediately alleviated when I walked in. They have their system down, and I didn t have to do much of anything. Our assigned party host was great. She set the party room up while the kids played, and when we walked in it looked great. Everything was smooth. I chatted with the owner, and it is obvious he takes a lot of pride in what he and his son have built. The place is clean, and the employees are very kind and attentive. Took my kids here tonight and they had an amazing time, this truly is a family friendly place (they have Adult only nights thinking about doing a date night good selection of can alcohol) we met the owner who was super friendly and took the time to check in with us to see how our experience was. Youd think an hour of nerf fights would get boring and you would be wrong they had mini games during that hour. the arcade was great for its space. It wasnt like it had a overly crowded space with old games that are breaking down, everything was new and had a good amount of elbow room. You can tell the staff takes pride in the cleanliness of there space.

Dartem Up made my sons birthday a magical experience. Wed attended a classmates Dartem Up party 9 months ago, so when I asked my son what he wanted to do he instantly said Nerf Party! I looked into other vendors, but nobody offered comparable service. Richard made sure our party went off without a hitch, despite several complications, including the guest of honor arriving late. His attention to detail and orientation toward customer service made it easy for me to sit back and just enjoy the party. Our party captain kept the kids engaged and on track. I will definitely go again!

This place is insane! My family was blown away by how big and well put together the building was. They had thought of everything you could need or want. The building was super clean and organized. My son got hurt and the owner stopped to come and bring him some ice and chat with us. It made us feel so welcome. I highly suggest you bring your kids or just go and have some fun. I recommend for adults and kids. We did a walk in style birthday for my daughter but will definitely be doing an official party for her there next year. Completely worth every penny. Stroller and wheelchair friendly.

We recently hosted my son s 8th birthday party at dart em up and it was absolutely perfect! The venue is very clean and organized, bathrooms are spotless and the staff is incredibly friendly & helpful. We just showed up and they took care of the rest. It was the best kid party hosting experience I ve ever had. Most importantly, the kids had a blast! The owner is hands on and aims to please. He made the experience seamless and very enjoyable for all the parents. I highly recommend dart em up!Thank you for such a great experience!

Paid for nothing, wasted money! Paid $40 for adult unlimited attractions and $32 for my almost 3 year old to also do unlimited attractions on Sunday at 11:30am. Walked outside to ride go karts, my son wasn t tall enough to ride with me, so we were told to go to the kids go karts. No one was there working it. Walked over to the merry go round, no one working there to ride that either. Walked to the small roller coaster, again no one was there working it to ride that either. Bumper boats, nobody there working that either. Only little kids attraction open outside was the school bus, which we did not ride, my son was wanting to ride the merry go round and didn t care about the bus. Walked back inside and paid an additional $40 to play arcade games with my son because the $72 spent on wristbands for attractions was a complete waste of money. Ended up leaving after an hour. Complete waste. Don t advertise unlimited attractions, and charge for unlimited attractions, if you aren t going to supply them. Thankfully my son is young enough that he was happy that $40 in the arcade was able to get him a bouncy ball that costa $.50 at wal mart.

Great fun the selection of nerf guns is insane, kids and adults can enjoy together, getting your own party room though is where its at and they have a great selection of games and prizes. We had our sons 10th Birthday party at Dart Em up. We the price, we were very satisfied. As a mom, the one thing I dread about having (four) kids parties to organize is all the prep and set up. At Dart Em Up, they do it all for you! I did not have to lift a finger, serve a slice of pizza, or hang one decoration!! My kids loved it, our relatives - young and old - all enjoyed themselves, and I count it as a win!! We just had another party here, and we are even more satisfied. The arcade has been expanded, there is a bar area, as well. The service and hospitality was on point.

My team went for a Team Building Exercise and we had a blast! The owner was very communitive and the 3 hour event went flawlessly! It was a fantastic place to kick back and relax while also acting like children. The whole building was super clean and the staff were a great help and also kept things super fun and upbeat. Absolutely wonderful experience. Theyre very helpful and organized. We rotated from the foam dart experience which was so much fun (even for adults) to the party room for presents and pizza, then to the arcade. I wish there was a bit more games, but we got plenty of game play for the money! I would definitely recommend anyone celebrating a birthday to try it out here. Dont forget your socks and closed toed shoes!

Disclaimer: our group was a bunch of adults, college kids, and high school kids. This was one of, if not the most fun we have had at an amusement park/arcade/etc. The organization was amazing, the games they had us playing were great, and it was very well priced too! I am BLOWN AWAY with the organization and staff at Dart Em Up. This was the BEST and EASIEST birthday party! They thought of EVERY detail! Mom of the year here forgot birthday candles and guess what, they had some in the party room! Our party captain, Ana, was kind, joyful, and never got overwhelmed despite a million kids asking her for things. Our group was a younger group and some needed help here and there with the guns in the arena. The refs In there were so great at just jumping in and helping! Seriously thinking about having all kinds of other parties here! My 5 year old has said this was the best birthday party he s ever had and I agree!!

Great experience and birthday party! Richard and his staff take care of ALL the details. All you have to do is bring the cake and kids!! Anna was very helpful and responsive leading up to the event and Trevor was a great host who was available, patient, and professional with a large group of excited and energetic boys.
