I had Boot sandwich and it was amazing. Then I had a slice of their Almond Raspberry cake and it was Heavenly. I bought two cake balls for teenagers and they loved them.

Fave was the peach hibiscus drink--would return just for that and to chat with a friend. Dancing bee mix of salads and pastrami sandwich were too small, although ok im taste.

I ve never been to this spot before, but I ve always wanted to try it. My boyfriend is not as adventurous of food as I am so I finally got an opportunity when I was home alone today to get some. I ordered it through delivery, but not only was the food amazing, they sent me an extra sandwich because they had accidentally made an extra one and I got it for free. That is the coolest thing ever. Everything was delicious

I ordered a catering order from The Hive and it was a wonderful experience! They were very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. I ordered The Boot, B.L.A.T, Chicken Salad, and Basic Bee and I had an overwhelming amount of people request that we order again for our next event. The food was amazing! Several people mentioned theyre looking forward to trying more from the bakery! Thank you again for catering our event!

This place is my new Fave! The fresh food in creative mixes makes it so special. I have to watch my blood sugars and there are so many choices I had np problem finding something perfect! The owner says hello and even remembers me when I come in!

My husband and I stopped in for a later (1pm) lunch today and everything was perfect. We took the advice of another reviewer who suggested the half sandwich/soup combo and I second that. I grabbed the Blueberry-Havarti, and he had the GOAT. I cant add anything else to the amazing reviews youve seen here on both of those. We also both did the chicken poblano soup which hit the spot on an overcast day.

I am shocked this place has so few reviews! Let me just say - this place is a must try hidden gem. I had the blueberry havarti turkey sandwich and every bite left me wanting more. Subtle sweetness balances with delicious savoriness. I paired this with the Bleu Caesar, which was the perfect complement. The bleu cheese Caesar dressing was pleasant and the bleu cheese was not overwhelming. They also had a refreshing hibiscus drink that I tried. Peaceful vibe inside. Must try!

If you have never been to The Hive, you are highly missing out. Everything they have is delicious. I would suggest getting a combo (half sandwich + soup or salad) so that you can try multiple things.

This is a great little sandwich restaurant that offers unique and very tasty sandwiches and soups. I especially LOVE to order 1/2 grilled hatch pimento cheese sandwich and their vegan tomato soup. The absolute best!

Super friendly staff. I got the Goat and it is easily one of the better sandwiches in the DFW area. Came on a Saturday afternoon wanting a good sandwich and left feeling great about it. Solid cookie, too. I d want to come back and try another sandwich as well even though this one was really, really good.

Sandwiches were good, but the girl who took our orders were extremely rude. Unbelievably rude. She didn t even greet us or even try to show any hospitality. It was my turn to order but she ignored me until I had to go up to her and ask if I can order. No hello, no what can I get you, she stared straight into my eyes and just looked at me until I had to order. The only thing she said was $12 the three stars are for the sandwiches.

Very nice place for lunch in downtown Arlington. Agree with some comments that the price for the sandwich is a bit higher than other places, but this place is competing against places like Subway, so the price tag makes sense as they are not a franchise. Would like to have them open for longer hours like on Friday & Saturday when family & friends are more available & I can show them the place. Havent tried their soups yet but the salads & sandwiches are good. And they are connected to a bakery next door so you have a wide selection for dessert

Such a cute little spot in Arlington! Love the decor and the employees were kind and helpful. I ordered the summer salad with tomato soup, my husband got the basic bee, and our daughter got the grilled cheese with tomato soup. Everything was delicious. We will definitely come back! Also love that sugar bee sweets is right next door. Grab some lunch and then a sweet treat after!

NO WHERE on the menu or the descriptions do they tell you these are ALL GRILLED AND SMASHED HOT SANDWICHES. (except the chicken salad sandwich) This was a total surprise! We stood in line to order and were told to pay after we received our order. We found a seat outside and waited and waited and waited. We were asked 4 times during our wait if the order being carried by the wait staff was ours. They were not. No identifying names or numbers are added to the orders. After 50 minutes and two trips back inside to inquire about the order we were told it was just being made each time. The third trip in after 3 groups of 4 orders of people BEHIND us in the original order line came to them.... We gave up and went inside to let them know we could wait no longer. We made the comment that names or numbers or some identifier to each order might help and we were told that they in fact had some code written on each sheet of the order paper that then becomes your sandwich wrap See picture below Maybe they will regroup and rethink their process and add a little more detail to their menu as well as post the prices there as well

The hive is such a cute little lunch spot. If I lived in Arlington Id probably come back and try the whole menu. My only complaint is the sandwich being pretty small, its basically half a sandwich. Otherwise a little more inside them would be great too. Everything was delicious though.

Very cozy atmosphere and super fresh sammies and soups. I tried the Boot with chicken poblano soup and the flavors were amazing. Definitely a meal you want to savor. The staff was very kind as well. Looking forward to coming back and trying more! Cant help but peep at the Bakery on the way out as well, the smells are fantastic.

A hidden gem! Me and my husbands absolutely favorite place to get a sandwich. He compares EVERY sandwich he gets to the boot and no other sandwich is good enough for him now. I always get the goat and it s amazing every time. Their soups are amazing as well, and we normally head into the bakery connected for some delicious cookies when we re there too.
