The Folmar, is absolutely the cutest and most perfect wedding venue Tyler might have to offer. They have a sweet little chapel, reception area, brides get ready house and groom get ready house, restrooms on site, two large lawns if you wanted to have the ceremony not indoors, and so much more. I highly suggest working with their team!

This venue is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is fantastic at making sure everything is running smoothly! The portable bathrooms are clean. The chapel is the perfect size for a smaller wedding and the ceremony tree is just gorgeous! The grounds are well kept and you can tell the owners really care about what they do.

Beautiful venue that is lacking management. The landscape lighting in the flower beds are either burnt out or laying over and the lights over the lawn and the reception area dim as the ac kick on and off all night

Beautiful place to host your event or wedding!!! Worth every penny!!! I loved every square inch of this property and buildings. The bride and groom homes were both beautiful inside and out. I would probably put a tiny bit more effort into the landscaping on the south lawn where the arch is. The ground cover was a bit unkempt. Other than that, you should definetly put this place in your top 2 decisions. Ok, with that said, i do want to point out something a little annoying that they should work on. The wedding is over, the bar is all packed up, the food all but a memory, everyones super exhausted, kids are cranky, uncle scott is still flirting with the security guard, lol, we are all just trying to get outta there and you come last minute and tell us we must go pick up all the rose petals. Are you serious? Surely you have a lawn boy or crew, or a mower that mulches or maybe you can go pick them up. Idk maybe im being petty, but yeah, that was an annoying things to spring on everyone at literally the last second. but would i or we use this place again? ABSOLUTELY!!! Brides to be, im telling you, go check this place out. Youll be so glad you did. But you better make picking up rose petals into a fun game so the kids can get that done when running amuck around the property while we all eat, drink and be merry!!!

Wedding Photographer here. This venue is stunning. I have had the opportunity of shooting here through different seasons and each one is lovely. The most recent shoot was in July and it was absolutely magic! A perfect space for an intimate affair with the most incredible lighting to be found and the most beautiful aesthetic. A photographers dream location. I highly recommend.

I helped livestream a wedding here and the location is beautiful, spacious, and very accommodating! The location manager was present and ready to help make sure things ran smoothly. She even had delicious cookies as a treat for everyone present! If you are looking for a nice venue for your wedding-- definitely check this one out!

The Folmar is an absolute dream wedding venue. We had such a great experience booking our wedding through Ashley at the Folmar and had a great experience with Megan on the day of! They were always so friendly and accommodating. They respond to emails quick and help with personal requests. The bridal cottage and boy s clubhouse are spacious and houses a lot of amenities, making it the perfect spot to hangout and get ready before-hand. The chapel held our 45 guest easily, even with some social distancing. The staff helped us with set up and breakdown for the reception at the pavilion. I will always hold fond memories of this venue. My wife and I bartended a wedding here. It is a beautiful venue. One of the things I appreciated immediately was the location. It is right off of Old Jacksonville Hwy which is a main connecting road in Tyler. The venue offered several packages that the bride and groom could choose from depending on your preference. The server staff worked very hard all evening and the place was cleaned up by the staff very quickly. The weather was rainy and very windy but you would not have noticed because everyone was having a great time. There were many ready-made spots on site to have the ceremony and a nice spot for the cocktail hour. The bride and groom parties both have separate houses for getting ready complete with poker table and assortment of other entertainment. Really nice venue.

The Folmar is absolutely perfect place for a wedding. The chapel, brides house, man cave are well maintained and provided plenty of space for the wedding party to get ready. The reception and orchard areas were well lit and landscaped beautifully. The facilities manager was available the entire time to assist as needed.

From the roadside chapel, which is literally picture perfect, to the giant, oversized mature trees on the property, to the glamorous bridal suite and handsome groomsman hangout (which may be the coolest hangout Ive ever been in), every detail of The Folmar was meticulously thought out and comes together beautifully to create an experience that you and your guests will never, ever forget. The icing on the cake is the wonderful, helpful staff at The Folmar. If you are looking for the best, do yourself a favor and schedule a tour. I LOVED every second of my experience.
